I dont go to this store very often but was up that way and stopped in and used the auto service people for an oil change, new battery and a tire repair. The folks got me in as quick as possible and I shopped in the store while they worked on my car. I always find great people at any Walmart store I shop in, I just wish they had more items made here in America. Remember they used to tell us to by that way????

Employee was helpful in the men’s department but I think I did more work than the employees are doing with all the new ways they do things there. I think if you use the self checkout they should at least give you a discount of a percentage of your purchase since your doing the work …lol

High prices for low end Chinese products that you have to locate on your own Because Walmart doesnt hire enuff staff to keep the shelves full AND assist shoppers. Then when you finally attain your goods, they expect you to bag your own purchases...I hear they are going to make their patrons come and stock shelves on Sunday mornings so they can cut their full time employees hours. They have single handedly put every mom n pop shop out of business since the plandemic started, ( they got to stay open) and had /have NO COMPETETION.

Walmart just isnt the same. They used to be one of the best places to shop for good deals and now its almost 5 dollars for a small thing of cottage cheese and almost 5 dollars for a gammon of milk. Its just crazy.

They no longer carry Bushs onion baked beans.They no longer carry blueberry Toaster Strudels.They do not carry Limburger cheese.I need to find someplace new to shop instead of having big business dictate what I will and wont eat.

This visit was to use the Eco machine where you can recycle old electronics, such as phones and tablets. Working items with little damage and fairly new do well producing cash. Old models not so much but you can still recycle them there. This month almost all items yield a dollar as part of a summer promotion. Each one adds up! Way better than saving pennies!

Sometimes I just come in because the woman that decorates the cakes in the morning is the most wonderful cake decorator Ive ever met!

The Walmart is good but everything is tied down or wrapped and no one send to ever be around to open some case. They also had absolutely no knives in the sporting goods section. Its bad enough you cant buy air pistols anymore but apparently some places dont have knives

I think I may have just went on a bad day, but there isnt a big selection of stuff. My kiddo has food allergies and the joplin stores carry more options than this store. Employees were stocking as quick as they could so that may have been the issue. Also boys selection of clothes was tiny. Just wish the food section was bigger I guess. May have to go back to the joplin stores despite just moving to webb city.

Place has more online shoppers than customers. Most shelves half full to near empty. Such a decline in the almost two years since I moved here from East Coast.

They leave lunch meat, potato salad, OJ, etc on the floor on pallets for hours at a time until the food becomes above 40 degrees. I refuse to purchase anything that requires refrigeration from this store. Ive been coming to this store for years and am constantly surprised by the rudeness and lack of knowledge at this store. Dont ask where anything is, they dont know. The store is dirty and unorganized, the set up doesnt make sense. I go to stones corner now and they have a different variety of a bunch of different foods I like.

Great place to find anything you need and delivery service outstanding

Its looking pretty bad. Clothes on top of food, product not in the right place, kids not doing their work. They like to stand around and talk. Product needs faced, etc. They need to mandate mask.

Typical Walmart experience. Store was well stocked and not overly crowded.

Amber the general manager walked right by us and told us she cant help us yet. A manager needs to know how to talk to the customers and not be rude.

Employees are not real quick to help, their just kind of there, prices are comparable to ever other store. The meat department, the meat is shipped in, prepackaged else where, I dont buy meat from here. The produce department on the other hand is great, always fresh fruits and vegetables

How can you do any better, they just about everything you could ever need under one roof. Just stopped in to pickup some butter and also found a new style can opener that cuts along the outer edge of the can lid and a light kit for my bicycle so I can ride in the evenings for exercise to get in better shape and live healthier. Thanks WalMart.

The associates cant seem to be bothered to help you locate an item you want they seem to only want to be on their phones. Also items arent priced correctly either in their system or the shelves, also when checking out it seems rushed and they dont share what the price is that rings up on said items so you can point out issues. I honestly would give negative stars if I could none of my experience today was good customer service.

Webb City location....store was dirty shelves were empty or full of empty boxes the only are that seemed to be even remotely stocked was garden center. Front end was terrible. The only real positive was the associate i dealt with was very nice even though you could tell she was exhausted; one full star is for her!

Hate, hate, hate the remodel! They have almost completely removed customer service unless you order and pick up! The people filling orders seem to have no courtesy for the shoppers! I havent seen prices go down since I gave to do everything myself!

If there is a clearance aisle I will find it...its my go to first always. The employees are overworked but when you ask them they have answered and scanned /priced anything I handed to them. Nice and polite when not running around like a chicken with head cut off.

You can find most anything, some of the things that made Walmart great are gone. i.e. youre always next, buy American ect.

Got what I needed, but bought some store brand product because the name brand was completely out.

May I say the bakery has excellent cakes. I had that decadent chocolate one. It was rich but didnt affect my gut like most would. Its the one that is portioned for two people. Better selection than Neighborhood.

Well stocked, quiet shopping before 9AM and after 8PM.

Had a prescription filled. The script said for 90 pills. They said they only have 84 pills I asked if they could call another Walmart pharmacy and I will go there. Pharmacist said no since she already started the order. I asked if I could get the remaining pills when they get more in she said no that I will have to call my Dr. and get another script for those 6 pills. They were very busy but that is no excuse to short people on medication.

They have a big selection of items in every department, and nice wide aisles, but it is always crowded in the parking lot and in the front of the store near check out. The pharmacy takes over 30 minutes to fill any prescription. This is not a place to go if you are in a hurry, but if you have time and need a number if items.

Called at noon to see about getting tires balanced.was told didnt need an appointment and to bring it at 5 would be fine they would get it done. So took truck at 5 and turned it over to them. 20 min later the guy comes out and says his service manager did not want to do it.and would I make an appointment and comeback then! Pretty damn lazy and un professional in my opinion!

Whats to say..its a Walmarts.. I hate they are still closing ealry because Joe Biden asked em too!!! How is that even good for us as Americans??

Its WalMart, this one is a little more run down than most, but its also an older store for Walmart, staff is pretty friendly, not over bearing.

Crazy busy most of the time. And employees are usually too busy to answer questions. They have a good variety and pretty much anything you need. Just need work on customer service.

This location is always understocked, dirty, and crowded. Just take the extra few minutes to go to one of the Joplin Walmart locations.

Love how Im treated here. For a non-mom & pop this is a good one. I always get greeted by the associates here who know me and love to catch up with them when we can. Maddie, Alex, Lori, Abby, and all the rest I cant say enough about everyone! Always find what I need and if by chance theyre out its usually back in stock within a few days time.

Its Wal-Mart...what can you expect they are great for buying cheap, horrid for small business. Pick your poison!With that all said the manager at this location is great and takes issues to heart when you bring them to his attention. (Dont be a Karen and complain for the sake of complaining though, nobody likes that.)

Walmart has changed. They used to be hometown and a store for the family. Now they are a corporation that forgets who their customer base is. I have been so disappointed in the last couple of years. Go in and try to find something or get something and either have terrible customer service or find out that they are out or have moved something once again and you cant find it. So Ill quit going to Walmart and spend more money and go to a regular grocery store for a while. Then I give them another chance and they screwe it up again. How can it be in the middle of spring turkey season, which is the second largest conservation season in Missouri, and they decide to one not having anyone working in Sporting Goods in the evening. And then when you finally do get someone back there they do not know how to sell you turkey and fishing licenses. So after another 20 minutes finally another guy comes back and tells me that he is updating the computer, and he cant access the computer to sell anything. Again, remember, this is in the evening time when the store is full of people and there is a long line of sporting goods with people trying to buy licenses. Terrible customer service. So I drove down to Academy Sports and was immediately met with someone who knew what they were doing in the department and fixed me right up. You lost another customer Walmart. Way to go

Landscaping looks terrible, one day I had to hunt down a cart when I entered the store, shelves always need stocked, and when they are in the process of stocking they have all aisles blocked. Seems like its time for new management.

Clean and well organized but lacks variety in international foods and gluten free options.

Was a normal experiance. Most walmart now a days are blah. Wish i could say other wise. The home shoppers with the blue carts block isles. And per usual customer service lacking. The bathroom to no suprise are not kept well...

I dont usually rate walmart stores. However, yesterday stood out as the young lady assigned as the greeter was very nice, had a truly genuine smile (they eyes dont lie lol) and helpful directions. The in-store staff actually made sure to ask if we were finding everything alright, and the young man at the express check out was polite, friendly and very helpful. Cudos to these staff members and the management team.
