Excellent experience shopping at JAMAC! Went in, bought a washing machine, they immediately followed me home, came in, took my old washer out of my basement, (for free), put a new washer in its place, (for free), and hooked it up without a hitch. Amazing! You don’t get it service like that anywhere these days! On the sales floor, Jack was super informative and straightforward. His son was the best delivery guy we’ve ever had! Everyone was super polite and respectful - it was a delight to shop there. I recommend this store for your appliances if you’re looking. I got an amazing deal and supported a local business! Unbelievable service! A few days ago my dryer stopped working. When I called the manufacturer I was told they wouldn’t be able to come diagnose the problem for 6 weeks. That was to just diagnose the problem. I decided to open the back and investigate the issue myself. I saw that the drive motor was smoking and not turning the belt. Thinking that this was too big a repair for me and not willing to wait 6 weeks, I called JAMAC. They were super professional. The owner explained that he could come and replace the motor and tension pully but felt that I was capable. He spent the time walking me through the process each step of the way. When I went to the shop for parts, he gave me some additional maintenance tips and gave me grease for all the wheels. Clearly, they could have come to my house, made the repairs, and charged me. Instead, the owner had confidence in me and took the time to help without making a penny. It is this type of service and support that companies lack today. I will be buying all my appliances from JAMAC in the future. I can’t express how much I appreciate the support and service. Thank you.

Called Jamac this past Friday regarding a problem with our dryer. The gentleman on the phone was so nice and courteous and polite, I can’t think of any more words to explain how nice it was to speak with him. Set up an appointment for them to come by on Monday (today). Showed up on time and troubleshot the problem with the dryer within minutes. A very knowledgeable man, he knows his sh&$. Jack is his name.Highly recommend!!!! I know who I am going to call If any other appliances fail to work :-)

Fantastic service! I stopped by on a Monday for a new washing machine, they delivered on a Wednesday and took my old unit away without a charge. They happened to be the same price as the big box stores but far superior service. Why go to a giant company when you can shop local with these guys and get it sooner with better service? I would recommend them to anyone.

Our washing machine died and we were extremely happy with the service. The owner came and looked at the dead one and we went to the store and picked out a new one and it was delivered and running in 2 hours.Could not be happier with the service !

Sending this review for my mom who is totally satisfied with her new washing machine. She purchased the Maytag with the glass top. She said the service was outstanding, she originally bought another Maytag first and did not like it and asked to return and by the better one, they came and changed it out that same day and hooked it all up for her!

Super friendly, professional, funny, and didn’t hesitate to help take the door off for our appliances to fit easier!We’ve been shopping for appliances for a little over a week and due to the pandemic there were delivery issues, some places wouldn’t deliver, others needed 900 measurements and requirements.... and these guys were professional and so easy to deal with! Went to home depot for a dryer said they dont stock nothing. and wanted me to by a cord seperate. i went to jamacs had unbeleivable service. and the dryer i wanted in stock. even put it in my truck.highly recommeded . i will return and send more people to him.

I just had the BEST experience with this appliance store! I bought a brand new washer and dryer a week ago Friday afternoon about 4:15pm and the machines were here and installed all within 30 minutes of purchase!! I have NEVER had such an experience like this before and Jack and his son Mathew are absolutely wonderful to work with!! Then this past Thursday, I bought a brand new portable dish washer and they delivered and showed me how to hook it up!! Needed a washing machine. They had to order it and it was delivered to my house the next day. Very friendly staff. Delivery guys were good. They tried to make my old pedestal fit to save me money, but it didnt fit. They are ordering me a new pedestal for the new machine.

Credits itself as the biggest used appliance store/repair shop between Worcester and Springfield. Good service. Take care: they dont carry GE products, but are ok about Maytag and Kenmore.

My dryer had an error code so I called to have someone come and fix it. Its now been a week and I have not received a call back. Mind you, I called twice in between. All I got from them is its the crazy time of the year. He assured me I would receive a call....still waiting.......
