I went in to return a battery that I bought at a different advanced auto two weeks ago the battery ended up not working so I simply wanted to return it and get my money back. When I walked in I was asked by a young kid with black hair if I needed help I said I just need to return this battery and I handed him the receipt he then proceeded to ask why I was returning it and I told him that it didn’t work and I just wanted my money back he then told me that he couldn’t return the battery because the battery was from 2019 I told him no I just bought this battery two weeks ago and he said well because there’s a sticker on it that says 1219 I can’t take it well I bought this battery two weeks ago so apparently just because a sticker says 12/19 on it means I’m lying? Weird but okay the. A girl coworker decide she was going to jump I. And say we’ll even if it was bought two weeks ago we don’t return batteries ? Really ? Because I’ve returned batteries at advanced out before never had any issues until today. When I asked to speak to the manager the girl who was extremely rude decided she was again going to jump into the conversation yet again with her nasty attitude and tell me the manager isn’t here. What more could I do? Nothing so I left and will never return to this advanced. The definitely lost my business for good.

There are 4 major auto parts stores on main street in my town. I shop at Advanced Auto Parts because the staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and will help with finding parts in the store. They take their time and explain differences between brands. Never a bad experience here. Last time I went, the guy behind the counter offered to come outside and replace my windshield wipers! Highly recommend this store.

My teenage daughter had a battery in her Corolla that needed replacing. I sent her to the Advance Auto parts location in Webster for help. Everyone at the store was very nice and incredibly helpful. Bridget found her the right battery and even installed it for her on the spot (in the rain no less!) They had her in and out in less than 10 minutes. I am so grateful for their assistance. Highly recommend!

The store is nice and clean and they have a great selection but the employees are young and inexperienced. The person at the register asked me to join the club, I said no. I placed my order and paid it was $126. He then told me you should have joined the club it was free and you get $5 for every $50 you spend! If you had told me this before I purchased I clearly would have joined. If youre looking for windshield wipers this is your place. If theres any question about the part youre purchasing buy it from a more knowledgeable establishment

Horrible. I wouldnt give any stars if it were an option. The girl in charge at the store was ignorant and rude. The only bright spot was the woman on the phone for the online site was very nice and helpful. I will not do business with my local Advance Auto parts store ever again!

After having a positive experience with advanced before, I went back when my battery died. Christian was great! He checked my car himself. He then found me the best replacement option, walked me through the whole process and gave me a few extra tips to follow that saved me a lot of trouble. This is the type of customer service experience that supersedes anything else that a company can do to earn trust and future business. A+ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I have never been treated so rude! The young girl who works there told me there’s no such thing as a limited warranty on head light bulbs, she’s wrong but couldn’t be bothered to look it up on a computer, when I bought the bulbs for $50 the sales clerk told me to hold on to my receipt, it’s good for a year! This bulb lasted 15 weeks, I will never go back to that store again! I was treated as if I was trying to scam them, I left there feeling scammed!

Product prices arent available on shelves. Patrons must ask the register people. I wont patronize this store again. l switched to Auto-Zone and gave away the balanceof my gift card.
