Mercy me! They had the batteries IN STOCK! I ordered them over the internet and picked them up a couple of hours later! What could be easier?!!!! All the other stores had to order them and then Id have had to pay shipping!

This afternoon I picked up a replacement battery for my home security system. The old one only lasted about 8 months and was shown to have a 1 year warranty. The rep at your store checked and was able to give me a full refund so my replacement was free of charge. I brought the new battery home and my security system is functional again.

Always wondered what this place was like and so stopped in for a visit. The lady of the desk was very helpful and very nice. I was really super surprised about all of the batteries and other things that they carried. Everything from full size car batteries to little hearing aid batteries and everything in between. It was just very impressive and I thought the prices were decent also. The lady was very helpful and friendly.

They fixed my phone just fine but as I was walking out the screen popped up. I had to go back in and ask why it’s doing that. He fixed it and I was on my way. The guy was nice but I hope that doesn’t continue to be a problem.

They need to update their website, drove 30+ miles because website showed they had my key at this location and I could pick it up at this location WRONG. Was told that they are a franchise and that corporate is in charge of the website. I wont be back

Wow, how things have changed since last visit. Total lack of customer service, technician or salesperson never got up out of his chair to greet me(video gaming perhaps), when I told him of issue with batteries I purchased a while back his quick - judging response was I neglected the batteries. Was told he would charge the batteries and contact me if they would be warrantied, its been five days. Fortunately, there are several establishments in the area that carry the same battery and are greatly enthusiastic to put forth an effort to assist.

Awesome Team here! We use them as needed for when our bulbs go down, we have specialty bulbs that we cannot find anywhere. All I say is I am from Salata - they already know what I need, they go in the back grab it. I had the screen on my Samsung Galaxy+ replaced. They broke the back in 3 places. They had to order a new back and it took a week and a half to get there. In the meantime, a week later I was fishing with the phone in a lifeproof case inside a waterproof bag around my neck. The phone hit the side of the boat and broke the screen. I have since found out that the broken back compromised the structure of the phone. Also if not glued back down properly, the structure is compromised. They finally replaced the back, and told me no guarantee on the screen. Very dissatisfied. $250 later, still a broke screen.

Rude staff. The young guy working could have cared less if it was people there or not. Didnt speak to anybody or acknowledge you were even there.

Overall a great experience! Ordered golf cart batteries online, went to store an hour later. Batteries were ready, friendly technician, Jeremy, unloaded old batteries, loaded new ones, then credited the core charge. As good of an experience you can have.

I brought in an APC UPS battery back that I didn’t realize was actually two batteries taped to a bracket together. I forget the name of the girl who helped me but she was amazing and had me fixed up in no time flat. Thank you!

I would not suggest using them for Samsung phones. They initially claimed it would be no problem to replace the battery- they do that all the time. Well, it was a huge problem because they could not get the back to go back on correctly. (You have to use glue and heat the seams to melt the adhesive- which is exactly why we did not want to do it ourselves.) The phone was ready multiple times- over several days time- and looked terrible. At one point the employee said: It is really hard to get the back on- Samsung makes it difficult because they want you to go through them. Total opposite of what we were told when we dropped it off.

More than just a battery and bulb store, they also repair cell phones. Joanna and her team are very friendly and helpful.

Buyer beware.... don’t get anything from these people. Warranty doesn’t matter. You pay premium pricing for “5 year warranty” and they’ll twist the situation around to blame you, the customer, for the short lifespan of their battery products. I’m done with this company. Hopefully, I’ve save a few of you from having the same thing happen to them.

Went in for a BA cell battery replacement and one of the guys says thats not a type, that just means battery. We asked if he could look at the watch and see. After going to the big box stores and failing to find what I needed, I found the perfect light bulbs here. The manager was extremely helpful and patient with me as I made my choices.

Placed an order, received notification to pick up battery at local store, on arrival the sales person could not find my battery. he was very confused and said that he was tired and he did not have that battery in his store. He said that others stores have it. (closes store 23 miles away). He said he could get one to his store by maybe Saterday. I needed the battery by Friday. He refunded my money, and I went to Harley Davidson store to get my battery. Im was not a happy customer.

Both a curse and somewhat blessing coming here! I came in on Tuesday morning for an appt at 8:30 am to fix the cracks on my iPhone 6S . I was told my Omar, who is a heavy set younger dude with glasses, that my phone would be fixed in about 30 minutes. I came back to be told that he was having some trouble and that the screen is perfectly fine but that the phone wont turn on and I had to wait til another tech Jason arrived til about almost 10 or 11 am. I stayed there as they worked on it and overheard Jason tell Omar that he had foolishly forced the screen into the phone and broke it . All the while this took place no one told me to my face what was going on I just overheard it . So I waited there in ignorant bliss until Joann the manager said she would take my phone somewhere else free of charge to have it fixed. I expressed my frustration not only because my phone was now broken but because the employee Omar never once bothered to tell me to my face what happened . He wasnt worried as he left at 11am still with not a care in the world. Joanna came to my job to personally deliver the news that my phone still wouldnt work and that they would buy me another one. The loaner phone they gave me in the meantime did not work . My phone luckily arrived on Friday and I received it free of charge. I appreciate that they replaced my phone because it was working before Omar touched it but I would hope that they dont allow techs that do not care about their customers nor know what they are doing to touch peoples phones.

Only because I couldnt rank them a zero. Went to have a watch battery replaced for $4.99 with a coupon that I received in the mail I was told that I couldnt use it even though it had not expired. I was told that I could only use the coupon for a reduction in their lifetime watch battery replacement plan - which was considerably more. What a ripoff.
