They kept the house as clean as possible during a messy process, and diligently cleaned up afterward. The floors are beautiful and beautifully clean!

Our experience with My Flooring in Webster was really good. My wife and I had a small 2 bedroom project for carpet. Chip was the Sales Associate that helped us and came out to measure. Friendly and very professional. After we purchased the carpet we where put on the list with a date for installation. Later we also purchase some mosaic glass from Chip. Although the installation date was postponed due to the workers mechanical transportation setback. We where quickly notified via txt and call by the Foreman. He insured us that we will be put back on the installation list and when he knew when that was he would call back. Not only did he call back and left a message, he called back 2 more times just to make sure I got his message. I called him back letting him know that the installation date was good and that I would also like the mosaic glass we bought to be delivered along with the carpet. He said no problem. Come the day of installation I get a call from the foreman letting me know what time to expect the workers. He also called to let me know that order of mosaic glass did not make it onto the truck this morning (Before I could even express my first feeling of disappointment he said) However, would it alright if I just bring it to you personally and that he can be at the residence in an hour and a half. I said Great!THATS SERVICE AT ITS BEST!! Keeping Us Customers Informed!Having the Common Sense to see the problem and give a solution. The home we purchased had faulty flooring installed in the upstairs bathroom. We had My Flooring America pull up the old floor, level the area underneath and put in new tiles. Advise to Beware and Avoid, or at least look into other options.Referred to us by our insurance company for repairs needed we elected to go with them after having problems finding someone else that could help us about a year ago.We chose not only to upgrade the flooring that was being replaced, we also got a few more areas of the house installed. The product that we chose was supposed to be Life Proof. A very good warranty was being pushed about the product that we liked. All this during the start of Covid.They came in, removed old flooring and installed new flooring, took money. We supposedly were going to get this amazing warranty is all we heard from the salesman and the installer.After about two months of the flooring being laid in place we had some minor issues that required a service call from the original installer. He came out and injected some epoxy under a few areas and pulled up a few additional areas to cut and adjust them to fit correctly.At this time we were advised to let the flooring go through more heating and cooling cycles for it to finish fitting itself in. We gave it about a total time span of a year, now we have major issues with fit, and finish.We are currently on about week eight of the waiting for an actual repair. I have lost three separate days of work waiting on people to come look at the problem, file a report and give me the run around. I have to often call to even get an update. These updates often consist of no actual answers, passing the buck to someone else, or everyone that is needed to make a decision is in a meeting or just unavailable.When the team first came out from My Flooring America, They noted themselves that the problem was from installation error due to the plastic membrane not being put down... Like the very first step in installment I believe. I then had to wait for a factory representative from the manufacturer to come and file a report that would not be official until two weeks after his visit - So now a month of wasted time still with a broken floor.I was assured that when the My Flooring America rep came out that replacement material was in stock and easy to get. I have now been waiting about three weeks for the flooring that was suppose to be easy to get and in stock to come in. Now that it is apparently on their dime this flooring turned to air and has escaped the warehouse. I guess they tried to get the manufacturer to pay for it first - Which I kind of feel was wrong given that they know it was the installer all along.We also now have to supposedly come out of pocket, during their repairs to later be refunded by them.At this point it seems that My Flooring America has some serious anti consumer practices and policies. Two weeks ago I told the team rep that we would be talking about my flooring problems next month due to their slow nature in handling problems, he assured me that we would not. I guess we will find out in two more weeks...If you use them pray that you do not have a problem.

The gentlemen who did the install at our home were prompt, courteous, professional and did a wonderful job. They hauled our old flooring off and cleaned up after they were done. Had My Flooring America replace our 1970s wood floor with the original wood. It took a little time to find the original wood flats but they found them. OMG! They made the floors and house look like new again. I was able to even change the color of the floor when it was replaced. They did an Awesome Job I would recommend them to do your floors mainly because of the Communication Efferts they make during the process. They always made sure the work was being scheduled on time. The workmanship was great! I would highly recommend them!!!

I began working with Broderick Jackson more than 6 months before I contracted with My Flooring America. The job included removing wood floors in two rooms and replacing the wood, installing wood upstairs, and installing wood/tile on stairs. Mr. Jackson was patient and worked with us as we entertained different types of wood flooring and the tile to use on the stair risers. Also, the installer (Jaime) was professional. He and his team clearly take pride in their work. The work is complete, and we are extremely pleased with the quality of work.

From sales to installation to furniture reset, the folks from My Flooring America were fantastic. This is our third time to use them and it was great working with Chip again. I plan to use them again in the near future to redo our staircase!

We absolutely love and recommend My Flooring America in Webster Tx. We had dealt with them in 2001 when a plumbing flood took all the carpet and linoleum. I had forgotten their name but loved the tile and carpet work. After taking damage from a major roof leak during Hurricane Harvey, we were very unsatisfied with the two tries to get Lowes to lay the tile in our living room. We cancelled their order and I had my husband go check the name on the building and we contacted Brock Jackson at My Flooring America.What a fantastic experience! Brock came out with samples, showed us the ideas and measured the room. He had us sign the contract and we paid. Two weeks later (which is good since were in the Harvey recovery zone), a tile layer named James showed up at 8:00 a.m. with the tile and went to work. Im disabled and we had been told by Lowes that I would be sitting in the kitchen on the sofa for 3 days because they couldnt do anything with me in the room. James said oh no, we work around you. and started prepping and laying the tile. 8 hours later (no knocking off early!) he had all but the area under my couch laid. The next day he moved the couch to the new tile, finished the laying, and they moved us around one more time as they got the grout finished. In a total of one and a half days, half the time Lowes had quoted.We can recommend Brock, James, and My Flooring America-Webster Tx for anyone who wants their flooring project done right and meticulously. We are so very happy with their work.The photos are of the final finish (without mopping, we are still letting it cure). This is wood-grained tile.

After a busted water pipe under my moms kitchen sink and having to file an insurance claim, we were referred to My Flooring America to have her flooring replaced. Although a very difficult time, dealing with Chip from the beginning and choosing the flooring, to having the floors installed with the installation crew was a very easy and comfortable process, even when there were a couple of flaws I made them repair. I would highly recommend them and use them again if the need arises. My mom is happy and that makes me very happy!

My Flooring America Webster was highly recommended by a friend of ours. My wife and I spoke with Brock Jackson about two weeks ago about having our family room, upstairs and stairwell carpeted. We have been in the process of getting our home ready to put up for sale and the carpet was one of the last steps in our project. We had scheduled the realtor to come in the next couple of days to begin the listing process. Today the Installers arrived on time and everything was going according to plan until the end when we found that the landing of the stairwell was not completed due to running out of carpet. Hopefully this will be finished in a timely fashion as it is holding up our putting the house up for sale. Not good business for a carpet company to not be able to measure the area to be carpeted correctly. Interesting to me also is having written in the contract to pay the balance due before the installation work is begun. Definitely have learned my lesson to read the fine print carefully. At this point I cannot recommend this business until work is complete.Update: Heard from Jim Bryan the Director of sales. They are taking care of the problem. Here is my response.Thank you Jim,I received a call today from Danny. They are coming out on Tuesday to install the carpet. I appreciate you working towards getting this done as soon as possible. We all make mistakes. I wish I had this kind response from the person I talked to yesterday. My reaction would have been more tempered. Again, I appreciate you reaching out. I want to let you know that other than not having the correct amount of carpet the rest of the installation and the quality of the carpeting has been great.

I got a new built house, and wanted to replace all carpet to luxury vinyl in bedrooms. The installers were very professional and hard working. I am going to be looking for new flooring for my kitchen and I am most definitely using My Flooring America again.

I was getting my flooring done with Costco and Xpress Floors was my rep and contact.Kamal G. was my rep and he was super knowledgeable and very helpful. Anytime I called the company or him with questions, they answered immediately or within the day. If I wanted written information, they sent everything via email for my records. They never made me feel like I was asking too many questions or my requests for written records over the top. I had some bad experiences with not having things in writing, so this was to protect myself.We had ordered a particular flooring and when they came, I did not like them. Kamal sent me some information within a few hours of my complaint, I selected a new flooring, and he ordered it the same day with no issues or extra charges.The installers were also with Xpress Floors. Danny V. was my scheduler and two guys came (I forgot their names) to install and were amazing. I didnt have to babysit them at all (I took off work to make sure they were working; after the first day, I didnt even bother to watch them, they are that good). They came, did the work, cleaned as they went, walked me through it, notified me of issues, and that was that.

We had wood flooring replace in all areas of the home except bathroom, bedrooms and laundry room.Chip helped in our selection and we set an installation date. The flooring was back ordered and we set a install date 6 weeks out. Fortunately the flooring was coming in a head of scheduled and installation was moved up 1 month.The installation crew showed up on time and the actual installation date. They also showed up promptly at 8:30 am every day and as quoted was done in 6 days.They were very professional, cleaned up daily, and listened to our concerns and addressed.My Flooring America did an awesome job from initial contact through completion.

Express Floors, you’ve done it again! First, “wood look” tile and now hardwood floors. Both times excellent service and quality product. Fast response to my initial call. Both times, Patrick set up appt, brought material choices, measured and had order ready to go ...when I was ready to say go! Patrick is fun, knowledgeable, and defers to experts if needed. Several folks checked in with me along the way. 2 very skilled workers got the job done.

After we chose our carpet and pad, Ron Currie came out to measureour 5 rooms. We needed to do the carpet in 3 phases because we were emptying each room for repainting and new baseboards and new closet doors. Ron determined that to do the carpet installation in 3 phases it would require more carpet and we were fine with the extra $300.00 for the additional carpet. That way when the installers arrived they justbrought the carpet for that installation and the other carpet stayed in the warehouse. The schedulers at My Flooring American did an excellent job, putting us on their schedule each time in just a few days following the painters completing their work. The first installation was for one bedroom. Javier and his associate did that install and were on-time, efficient, easy to work with, and did a fantastic job. The second installation was for the master bedroom and the office and Javier and his associate did that install too with the same high standards as before. The third install was done by Roman and his associate and they did the same high quality work as Javier and his associate. The entire process started August 23, 2018 when we purchased the carpet. Then we hiredthe painters in 3 phases and the final carpet installation was done on October 16, 2018. The reason it took almost 2 months was that we couldnt schedule the carpet installation until the painting was done and couldnt schedule the next painting until the carpet installation was done.Both the painters and My Flooring American scheduled us as promptly as possible. All this work was putting the icing on the cake from a renovation of the rest of the house that started March 6. The entire inside of the house is now renovated.

Using Express Floors was easy and I’ll consider using them again. Great choices and personnel. I’ve used them before this time as well for my carpeting. The only drawback (4 stars vs 5) was the install crew left an adjacent room a mess with laminate debris and dust. I figure they used this room to do some cutting. I did the cleanup.

Jennifer Hadley was my sales representative and she was great throughout the process. We had an issue at the start on the day of installation but it was taken care of immediately. The installers did a great job and the floors look wonderful. Will never go back to carpet. I used Flooring America to install tile a few years ago and they did a great job then too.

I visited with Ron at the Clear Lake store 2 months back, explained what I needed and picked out a couple of carpet choices. He came out to my beach house on the far west end of Galveston the next week to measure. Trusted him enough to give the key code so I would not have to be present. He got it measured and put everything back like he was never there. I visited the Katy store a few weeks later to zero in on my final selection. I found something different than I originally picked, but that was no problem. The quote was revised, payment made and carpet ordered. Sure enough the following week the carpet had arrived and I got a call to arrange for installation. I picked a Friday I would be on-site and we were set. The following Friday I stripped the beds and removed the clutter. The crew showed up and had me installed in under 6 hours. The whole process was flawless, wish I had done it years ago. Another GREAT experience with Jennifer and My Flooring America. After installing our carpet 4 months ago, we used them to replace the tile and wood floors in our home. Jennifer brought out the perfect samples for us to choose from. She was patient with us as we added and removed items from the list during the initial conversations. Turn around time was quicker than expected. The Installers James and his helper were on time every day and were always ready to go and greeted you with a smile. James took his time every day to address any concerns that we had. Eddie, the head of Quality Control called at the beginning of the project, in the middle to check the progress and once the project was complete. All around great experience. Thank you!

I fully recommend this place for flooring. My wife and I were in the store for less than 30 minutes before we had everything picked out. Broderick Jackson was an excellent consultant and had all the measurements within days. I think the whole process took less than 2 weeks to complete. The company was great about calling and updating us with contractors, timing, payments, and satisfaction notes.

Jim Bryan and his team were excellent. We needed help with repairs of our hard wood floors after Hurricane Harvey, and everything about the experience was wonderful. Jim coordinated the different contractors needed for the repair work, and all the workers showed up on time and did a fantastic job. The crews were quick and efficient, but not rushed. Everything looked great after the job was done. I especially appreciated that the house was so clean when we returned home after his crew sanded and varnished our wood floors. I expected to come home to saw dust in all kinds of nooks and crannies, but there was hardly anything. If you need anything related to flooring repairs, I highly recommend them.

We used My Flooring America to replace flooring in our entire house. Ron Currie was our sales rep and was very knowledgeable, offered great suggestions, did not pressure-sell us and even offered cost saving advice. Additionally, we had many delays to due contractor issues and My Flooring America worked with us to install in stages to accommodate delays and changes. My flooring is beautiful and I continue to get compliments. I am very pleased with our decision to use this company!!!

Our salesman Ron Currie did an excellent job showing us the different between carpets and padding. He didnt pressure us at all. He explain all that would take place, far as the ordering, labor, and installation of the carpet. The guys that came to do the installation also did a great job. They move the furniture without breaking, or tearing anything up, plus put everything back in place. The carpet was laid correctly and they clean up afterward without leaving a mess. We had a great experience working with My Flooring America from the moment we walked into their store. My husband and I werent exactly sure what kind of flooring we wanted and Ron Currie help us out by letting us take home samples and coming out to the house to measure and give us an estimate. The installers all did a great job especially Smalie and his team. The floors were installed quickly and look wonderful. We are very happy with the whole experience.

I was contacted right away by Xpress Floors to schedule an in home consultation. We got a date & time scheduled and I was provided with the name of the in home consultant, Kamal. It was also helpful that they asked questions about which rooms needed the carpet, what kind of carpet did we have in mind and for what purpose. I also like that I was called the day before to confirm the appointment, and I was contacted by Kamal the day of the appointment to let me know that he was a few minutes away; I appreciate the heads up so that I can prepare for the meeting. Kamal was very patient as he fielded lots of questions from my mother (who was purchasing the carpet), my brother, and me. He brought good carpet samples and explained the process of the installation including the removal/disposal of the old carpet, padding, moving the furniture and installation of the new carpet. He was available on all days at all times and via text, phone, and email. He was always polite. We also appreciate him helping my mom meet her budget. The carpet looks great, and is exactly what my mom needed. She is very happy with it. It was overall a great carpet purchasing experience.

I had been looking for flooring for a really long time. It is a big investment and I so wanted to make the right decision. Last week I stopped by My Flooring America. It may have been the most pleasant consumer experience Ive ever had. I was blessed to have come in during a great sale but more importantly to have been helped by Myck Beard. He was extremely easy to talk to and I felt like I could voice any concern. I never once felt pressured....which made it so refreshing and comfortable. I was totally honest with him and I feel that he was the same way with my husband and I. Today we finalized our decision and purchased new flooring for a large section of our home. I got in the car and thanked God for directing me to this place. It was a wonderful experience.

First and foremost, I would not recommend using My Flooring America for your flooring needs. There are plenty of flooring companies out there with great quality in service and better communication skills. Their 43 years of experience has not given them the customer service that is required in any commercial service.If you do choose to work with them my only suggestion is get everything in writing and be very specific on every detail on what you expect on their service and material. The most minor details will not be debatable if not written specifically and you’ll have to be very involved, I personally missed several days of work to direct changes and make modifications to keep them moving forward.I still have grout haze in my bathrooms and a threshold to redo due to lack of communication. Their products are good and we are happy with the look but you can get good products anywhere, it’s the experience that makes a company.Update: They replied to this review faster than returning my calls or responding to my emails. Online image is more important than actually taking care of their customers.Im sure theyll flake on their warranty as well, find a reason to void it.

My husband and I needed to select and install new kitchen flooring very quickly after a remediation. Seeing that it took us almost 3 years to pick out the flooring for our living area, we were a little concerned about the process.We then remembered how easy it was to work with My Flooring America when we installed carpeting in our guest bedroom a year ago. The installation, timing. politeness, efficiency, and quality, to our amazement, was performed perfectly.Chip Reeder was our contact for our kitchen floor project; which due to our “open floor plan”, included the pantry, dining area, and hallway, down stairs half bath. He had been to our house with the insurance adjuster when accessing initial damage. Chris knew what our house looked like and could tell basically what our taste was like. Thus, when we went to the store to look at product he already had an idea of what type of flooring we would want and what colors would look nice in our home.We looked at some products, took samples home, but did not like how they looked in our actual lighting. We took them back, picked some more, took them home, did not like them either. Repeat, repeat, repeat. Chip always kept our spirits up and always said you WILL find something. He ordered samples from the manufacturer when we wanted to see additional tile for pattern variation, provided product specs, and even came by our house a few times to advise. He was extremely patient with us and stayed with us until we FINALLY found something we loved.When there was a small problem after the installation, Chip, Eddie, and a few others made sure the problem was fixed immediately and every one of them repeatedly called afterward until they verbally heard from us that we were happy with their service.We feel My Flooring America has EXCEPTIONAL customer service.

We recently (September 2018) had our wood flooring replaced by My Flooring America, Webster location. Our experience with the entire operation - sales, scheduling, installation, and follow-up was nothing short of excellent. The sales rep, Brock Jackson, did a great job visiting our home, taking measurements, and helping us through the decision process with wood selection. Brock and other store staffers were always helpful and patient, even as other ongoing house repairs from Harvey caused several delays in the flooring project. The installation went very smoothly, with minimal effort on our part, thanks to Julio and his co-worker. A follow-up visit for a couple of minor fixes was handled efficiently. We are quite satisfied with our new flooring, and wont hesitate to deal with MFA in the future.

Had them install carpet in my rental home before the new renter came in. The process was easy and the salesperson provided me with affordable options and arrived on time to the house for measurements. The team that installed the carpet showed up on time and did everything exactly as instructed without me being there. When I stopped by the house to take a look they had cleaned everything up and left the house spotless. No damages to the walls or anything. They even locked up. Will definitely use again.

I highly recommend MyFlooring America for anyone who is planning on refinishing their floors, or even remodeling and adding new floors. Chip Reeder was extremely knowledgeable about all of the products offered, and worked with us to stay within budget while still getting the quality flooring we wanted. I wouldve given them 5 stars however there was a slip up on our order. Other than that the install went great, the guys were in and out in two days. Overall it was a very good experience.

These guys are awesome! We had them install about 1200 square feet of hardwood flooring in our house. They had to prep the concrete by grinding and resurfacing part of the area, but even with that, they were done in 3 days. Very fast and the work/install is top notch. Outstanding work!

My Flooring America just completed my new floors and I love them! What is historically a cumbersome experience was actually very pleasant with a beautiful outcome. The salesman, Jim Bryan, was so patient with us as we went through hundreds of samples and had several quotes written up. When we finally decided on what we wanted, he sent an awesome team to my house to do the installation. These men were friendly, trustworthy, meticulous and professional. I had no problem and no worries leaving them in my home alone at times. If you are looking to get new flooring, My Flooring America is the best choice!

I used Xpress Flooring for the entire home. The floors downstairs are beautiful. People see them and think theyre real wood. The are easy to clean as well. The stairs and second floor is a nice berber like carpet with a nice textured pattern but what makes it really nice is the thick cork padding underneath. I appreciate my sales rep, Patrick Garley, walking me through the process beginning to end.

My Flooring America just completed installation of Engineered hardwood floors in four of my downstairs rooms. Chip Reeder, the sales rep, was very patient, as it took me about nine months to make my flooring decision. I never felt I was rushed or inconvenienced. The installation of the floor itself went smoothly. The workers did a fantastic job with installation and were very respectful and helpful. I would definitely recommend them and use their services again in the future.

Horrible. Had new carpeting installed after Ike. That was so bad, had to call the BBB on them. After all that fiasco, the carpet was STILL half done. Then they sent me a bill, when I didnt pay, they called me and I told them they hadnt finished the job. They had no idea. After 2 months, it was finally done, I paid... Life went on. But I still deal with the badly laid floor in my dining room. One day, Ill have it redone. NOT by this horrid place.

This was my first experience purchasing carpet EVER. Mike Furin (in Webster) put me at ease the moment I met with him. He was amazing. He visited my house to measure and show samples. I made the appointment for the purchase and it was so easy! Mike was wonderfully patient as he advised on the best carpet value for my home. He was truthful regarding practicalities since I do have a small child and a cat. I appreciate his honesty and the great deal he made on the carpet. My only hiccup with the purchase was the installation. The installers were NOT NICE and it sort of took me back a bit. I was not aware they would not move items, so I had to before they would begin and they let me know I had to hurry b/c they had another job to get to. I was by myself and it was a bit stressful. Prior to them arriving, my husband and I moved some furniture for them and if Id known they would not move it back, I would not have done that. They told me they could not move any furniture that they had not moved. It was a very strained installation process and they left a bit of a mess and carpet pieces outside on my patio. I wasnt sure of the rules of installation, but was glad when it was over. Other than that issue with installing, I love love MFA and will recommend them to anyone. I love my carpet!!

We were very pleased with the whole process of ordering and installing new vinyl plank flooring in our kitchen and family room. Patrick did the estimate and was very thorough and worked to minimize our costs. The installers Alex and Raul went out of their way to fix pre-existing problems with our sub-flooring. Overall, great service and a great product. I always expect the best from Costco contractors and Xpress Floors was no exception.

We worked with Jennifer Hadley for our Carpeting needs for our home. She was very cordial, customer focused and delivered the product on time. She was very helpful with the product selection, orientation, installation schedule and smoothed out all the little issues while doing the transaction.

We had Lowess come out and measure a room we needed carpet in. Once we got our quote we were shocked. The price was outrageous. We had some flooring installed by Flooring America a year ago and we had a wonderful experience then so we headed over there after getting that crazy quote. We had the best experience. The sales people have always been amazing and kind. Our quote there was WAY less and more along the lines of what we were thinking it would be to begin with. This will be the only flooring company we will use from here on out. We look forward to being repeat customers for a third time when we finish off the floors in the rest of the house.

Fantastic experience with salesman Chip Reeder at My Flooring America. Chip was able to come in and take measurements and walk us through the process. Then after our in home consultation, we had some additional questions and Chip met us again at the store and helped us choose the perfect flooring for our home.However, the installers took a few tries to get things better but still some minor issues. The installers are subcontracted by My Flooring America but since they were hired through My Flooring America I cant quite give a perfect review.Despite taking a few visits after the install, I would still highly recommend going to see Chip at the Webster store for all your flooring needs.

Great service from start to finish. We had a problem with the original installation but they came out as soon as we called and fixed everything to our complete satisfaction. Love doing business with an honest company and LOVE our floors!
