Kevin Tran did an excellent job getting me set up with new phones! Very patient and informative throughout the whole process.
My service today at T-Mobile on Bay Area from Austin, Larry, Amber and Raquel was amazing. The service was incredible. I’ll recommend them 10x over and over. If I could rate them 1000 I would. The time I spent here was well worth it. They took care of me, I am so thankful for them. I pray they stay here and continue to be a blessing to others. Thank you so much I appreciate all of you. GOD BLESSThey took care of me from the time I came in until I left. Again thank you so much you guys are a GOD send!!!!
We are very satisfied with our T - Moblile ( KT ). Thanks for everything.
When we walked in Kim greeted us right away and helped us get exactly what we wanted, she was very polite and made the process easy!
Visited the sprint store now T-mobile today. KT and Jeremy were so awesome. They both assisted me with my issue with such ease and professionalism. I’ve been a t-mobile customer for many years. I highly recommend this mobile service to everyone.
After leaving another T-Mobile location (that was formerly Sprint) due to a horrible experience, it was refreshing to work with a couple of very wonderful people. Adrienne and David - thanks so much for all of your help! I recommend both of you highly!
I visited the TMO store today and received excellent help from Larry & KT SUPER CLEAN AND FAST SERVICE. Help me reset my phone and I got a PhoneCleaner. The Young Ladies Managers were Awesome 🥰
The general manager, Jacob, was rude, arrogant and unhelpful.
They did a wonderful job replacing my screen, my information was intact when the phone was returned after the repair. The most wonderful part for me was interacting with an employee named Chloe. She was extremely helpful, full of patience and most importantly my conversation with her helped keep my anxiety in check when I realized my phone would be there overnight.5 stars!!! And Extra Special Star for Chloe.
I cracked my phone screen super bad...dropped it on concrete... and was able to pick it up next day. Very pleased with new screen. Was also surprised with how fast I was able to pick up. I honestly thought it was going to take days to get my phone back. They even had to order parts, which made me think it was going to take 2-3 days. I dropped my phone off at noon and was able to pick up next day at around 4 pm. Didnt even need a replacement phone in the meantime. Thank you sprint!!
Shout out to JJ the phone technician. He was very pleasant and fixed my phone issue promptly. Great job JJ!😊
Raquel and Amber at the Bay Area BLVD Sprint location were awesome. I had previous went to another Sprint store before coming here and the person there couldn’t help me. I then came to this location, where both Raquel and Amber took their time and helped me, and were nice about it. I simply came in just to get my SIM card updated due to my last one not functioning properly. Both ladies were super helpful and quick to fix the problem. Go to this location if you want good service. Thank you ladies!
I had a great service today at this location. I am so lucky to have Mrs.Danielle helping me to transfer service from my broken device to the new one. She doesn’t not want customer to be back and forth, so she walked with me to Apple store to get a compatible SIM card. She spent time with me and answered all my concerns. Thanks for your wonderful service.
This place is a lie!!!!! And will waste your time.my wife and I were shopping when we were stopped by a employee that wanted to tell us about their free iPhone 11 deal if we switched to Sprint which sounds great. He asked us what phones we had a few times, ran our credit and said we were good for the deal but needed all phones to be there for the switch so I drove 10 miles to pick up my other two plan members and headed back to the mall. Once back they get our phones to trade in than say oh we cant do the free iPhone 11 deal with these phones after they knew from the beginning which phones we had. Wasted about 4 hours total and drove a total 20 miles back in forth just for them to say oh sorry we cant. They gave us our phones back and moved on to the next customer and did not apologize or offer us any other deals after waisting 4 hours of our time. This is unexceptionable and I do not recommend this location to anyone.
Terrible. Might be OK if youre buying a new phone, but I was sent here from another sprint store with assurance that they could help me get my new phone activated. They could not, blamed hardware within the brand new phone (unlikely). Then they asked one of the techs if he had time to look at it quickly, his answer was eh Im kinda busy, and walked away without addressing me or even listening to the problem. Better off with a google search. Dont bring problems with your phone here, they dont care if youre a customer. They will just try to sell you insurance for it or another phone. When it became apparent to the person helping me that I knew more about the phone than her, she literally just stopped talking to me until I left. Embarrassed I guess? To make matters worse they never switched back my old activated SIM card when they gave me the phone back, so when I got back home and tried to put it back in my old phone it wouldnt work either! To make matters worse, it turned out to be a pretty simple issue where you have to change settings without the SIM in. Sad that over an hour of Sprint phone calls and 2 store visits couldnt figure that out.So I called sprint and they agreed to overnight a new SIM to my address and get me rolling with my old phone at least. After multiple times of assuring they had the right delivery address, they still managed to deliver it to an old one. This happened on a weekend, so I was out of service for 4 days. Service is spotty on the SW side of town and the new data limits are unfortunate, cant see any reason to stay with sprint.
This store is AWESOME!! There is a new Management system in place, and the Manager and Assistant Managers are problem solvers!!! My experiences at this store have been extremely pleasant and quick! I love Sprint!!😊
I had a very good experience yesterday I worked with Wes He was very kind, and exceptionally patient With me and helped me out when customer service was no help at all, I wish I could give this place more stars because I got everything I needed done quickly! In the 20 years I’ve been with sprint this is the best interaction. I will most certainly be back!
I pay for Sprint Complete and when i cracked my Note 10+ front screen I took it in for repair at the Webster store. When i walked in there were 4 people leaning on the counter playing with their phones. When they saw that I had a very small crack on the back glass as well as the front they said it would not be covered and i would have to file the 275 total loss plan. I mentioned that my sons Note 10+ was repaired at the same store, front and back glass a month earlier but they doubled down that they were sorry but it would Not be covered under Sprint Complete. I went back to the house and got a hold of a Sprint Rep and they said that it shouldnt matter and that it should be covered under Sprint Complete. They recommended that i take it to a different repair center at 5552 Fairmont Pkwy, Pasadena, TX 77505 so i did. 2 hours later i had my phone back repaired good as new for 29 plus tax. I shouldnt have had to drive all the way to Pasadena to get my phone repaired because a bunch of lazy employees dont want to work. Also, while i was in the store there was another customer trying to get their phone repaired under Sprint Complete and they were also being told the same story that it wouldnt be covered and they would have to file a total loss claim. How much money has this group of employees cost the public?
Came here to write a great review about my experience at this store on 4/24 and came across “Billie Jo’s” review. I want to write that I was also here when that happened and people need to not be so ignorant and mind their business!! That reviewer has no context on the situation and is exaggerating. The customer Wes was with was being explained the situation and the solutions to her problems several times yet the customer remained ignorant and no sane person can continue talking to a brick wall calmly for that long. I’ve worked with a couple of the reps here and they’re all awesome!! Recommend this store to all.
Amber the manager was AWESOME. She corrected our situation when no one else could. Cant say enough about her awesome customer service skills.
I work here myself and am very happy to inform past customers that all old employees have all been replaced and store has little to no wait time because of it. Give the store a try and experience the change for yourself instead of driving further than you have to. If you want exceptional service ask for me. Definitely worth the trip.
Ive been going to this store for several years and have had really good service as well as below standard customer service. This review is NOT based on Sprint as a service provider but Im focusing on the customer service provided here at this particular store. This past weekend while trying to exchange my Note 7, Christian (supposedly a Lead at the store) provided me with by far the WORST service I have ever received there. He had a HORRIBLE attitude and was very short with me when I asked him questions, including walking away from me twice to go to the back while I was speaking to him. I ended up leaving and returning to the store with my husband. Luckily Christian wasnt there, but we were fortunate to have worked with Curtis and Shawn. Both of these guys went above and beyond to take care of us and provided us with EXCEPTIONAL service. Curtis stayed past his shift to help us finalize the sale and Shawn worked on getting everything transferred from my Note to my new phone for more than two hours and he did it with a smile. Thanks to these two gentlemen for renewing my faith in the employees at this store! BEWARE-Stay away from Christian! Also, side note...if you hate waiting for service, schedule an appointment online and when you check in, you are pushed to the top of the list. Hope this helps!Went back to the store today, April 25, 2017, and had an even worse experience with Mario. We went to change my sons phone number and we were told that they charge $15 to change the phone number in the store but its FREE to do it ourselves online. REALLY!?!?!? Then, to top it off, to fix a glitch on my messaging, they told me I had to back up my phone because they dont do that for their customers. When I stated that they backed it up before for me, he had the nerve to tell me your generation needs to learn how to use their phone SERIOUSLY!?!?!?! Im only in my 30s and have had a cell phone for the past 15+ years. Seems to me, that the staff at this store have become not only LAZY but also EXTREMELY RUDE. I will NEVER step foot in this store again and I would suggest that everyone stay away from this store!!!
After multiple trips to this store as they are the only sprint repair center in this area I was told they could not repair or replace my phone and directed me to apple where I had to purchase a new phone. Later I called customer service to cancel insurance on my phone since i couldn’t repair or replace the phone and the rep informed me this store should have repaired/replaced the phone on any of the multiple occasions the store was visited.
FANTASTICAL service that got me out of a real jam, that wasnt Sprints fault but instead the device manufacturer (I had been shipped a number of faulty handsets) but they stayed with me till well after closing time (and after a staff party!) to make sure my phone got activated! Thanks so much, Alonzo and Amy!
Horrible store! Took my iphone here because I was having network issues I waited an hour to be seen, then I finally get seen and the person takes my phone to the back with my password to switch out the SIM card. 45 minutes later he comes back saying the SIM card he had doesn’t fit and I’ll need to pay 15$ to order one.
When adding a line to my phone plan I was told that I could add Sprint Drive for free for doing so. I was a little skeptical about getting something for free so I made it very clear when asking again if this was actually the case. Of course when I get my next phone bill I find out after speaking to customer service that Sprint drive is actually costing me an additional 10$ per month. As soon as I find this out I go back to the sprint store where the manager just kept trying to explain how a contact works rather then deal with the problem. Apparently I had 30 days to return the device and i was returning it on day 35. It’s just unfair since it was pushed onto me as “included” and free in the first place only to find out definitely. Very disappointed. Do NOT recommend sprint.
Stood at the register over 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. Then longer to get attended, all the while some were just standing around. Absolutely awful customer service. Thanks for reading, clicking like is appreciated.
This location recently got a new sales team on the sales floor and they are good with customers.Being a Techie myself, Im pretty sure that most of the bad reviews are by non-technical folks that think that they can get a broken phone fixed in 30 minutes.Trust me, it is more complex than you think.
NO! Where do I start? (This review is for the Sprint store before the T mobile/Sprint Merger.) Whenever you get ANYTHING from this store, especially when buying a phone, get it all in writing. I was promised things that were verbally stated that wasnt delivered. The employees are dishonest and there is always a wait. This is not a good company to do business with.
Very bad service providers and they don’t care customer. I’m trying to activate my Apple Watch and can’t help and trying to go there 4-5 times, still can’t activate. Sprint customer service was very bad and not support good service and everyone is playing volleyball transfer to different person and not full fill good service. I’m going to change service provider. Sprint is suck. Bad service. Terribly bad customer service. Always trying to play volleyball to different service officer.
Very unprofessional and rude. Employees looked like they just rolled out of bed and act like the are bothered to do their job. The attitude from the employees was like they were going out of their way to do me a favor with “eye rolling” the whole time. I see a lot of 1 star reviews about this store, they are correct. Don’t waste your time!! Find another phone carrier, unless you like being treated like garbage. One star is too generous for this place.
Just came from there need help to repair phoneAs soon a I came in nobody acknowledge me I know they were with customers but they should acknowledge you all I need I will be right with youas soon as Im finished with that customei had to ask if I need to sign in.Finally a rep came out a girl didnt get her nameBut she seemed not to be interested in helping a customer I asked her what was the best way to handle damage phone and all she could say is heres this card call it.I came there all the way from my home after work to have that kind of response from your customer service person there thats not customer service thats just heres a card and try to get rid of you that is no helpI will never go back to that sprint on bay area blvd in Webster
I have been here once and their customer service was very good. Sprints service in general is questionable. In todays age, the only customer service group that I spend more than 30 mins with is them. The 4 star is for the store and NOT for the company.
Took over 3weeks to replace my new NOTE 8. I had to even take a vacation day to get the situation resolved. I had to wait even lo get for them to replace my screen saver protection of which they took from my original NOTE 8. This was not a good experience. Although I have been with this service for years they didnt offer me anything to make it right. And I didnt want anything free... disappointed
So successful brings large crowds and longer waits. Now that is a well managed company. Great phones and rebuy plans with loers walk out down payments. Wish all businesses look at Sprint business models and what does that mean, overcrowded stores that worth the waiting time. Never gave a 5 star before.
Quick-service and the employee (think her name was Miranda), she was extremely helpful and friendly, even after I got a little heated when I found out I couldnt return something in store 😂
If I could give this store less than a star I would give it negative five stars. First of all they told us it was an hour wait and that’s a lie. We’ve been here an hour and a half and we’re still number 8 on the list. Don’t lie just tell us we’re gonna be here all night. Then someone comes in with an “online appointment” and they bump them up to the top of the list so I’m back at number 9. Mind you one of the people already waiting had an online appointment and was told she had to be put on the waiting list just like all the other walk ins. So they need to be clear on their policy. It’s not fair to the people waiting in store AND it’s not fair to let some people get away with having online appointments but not others. The customer service sucks. There are only about two people working. And one guy is just standing around at the door so he can put the walk ins on the waiting list and lie to them about their wait time. While he could be helping customers he’s literally just standing. What they need to do is give the Uber rep who’s sitting in the corner watching games and scrolling Facebook a job since they clearly need the help. Don’t come to this store. Save yourself the trouble and time and go to a kiosk at the mall you’ll probably get better service.
Unhelpful, clueless staff frequently gives conflicting information or tells you to call Sprint Customer Service (with a long wait time) rather than help you in store. Sprint does not appear to invest in training staff beyond the initial sale of a phone and plan. Obtaining money from customers rather than solving problems or providing fair and comprehensive customer service is quite obviously the main goal of this company. Not worth the low rates, especially considering the exorbant and excessive fees. Avoid this company and this store.
Amber is i cant live without her. Over and above.
Their customer service is great. Generally, always answer questions and fix problems.
I have yet to have a good experience at this store.
At least one lady was very attentive although Im out of phone. The reps are limited customer service issue, but art least its o.j. person. Im very disappointed with Sprint fiduciary loyalty to existing clientele
WORST SERVICE EVER, THE PEOPLE HERE ARE ABSOLUTELY THE RUDEST PEOPLE AT A SPRINT WE HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.... DONT GO HERE FOR ANY SERVICE, 8 PEOPLE IN THERE 2 WORKING REST WALKING AROUND WITH PHONES (THERE PERSONAL CELLPHONE IN HAND TALKING ON THEM) OTHERS WITH A TABLET IN HAND WALKING AROUND SOING NOTHING.... FROM BEING OUT OF STATE YOU WOULD THINK YOU GET GOOD SERVICE, ABSOLUTELY NOT WORST PEOPLE EVER HERE!!! RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, NON CARING....
Horrible...started off with one of the associates telling me about a phone. I told them that I dont want a contract and shw said that they dont have any contracts anymore. Ended up on a two year contract. Now I go in since the phone have been giving me all types of problems. I have been running back in forth to them. The phone is running hot and the screen is going to different pages by itself. The told me that I have to buy a battery and they dont know the reason why my phone is going to different screens by itself BUT said that the problem is fixed. I left out paying over $200 even though I have insurance on my phone. I leave the store after 8 pm being there over 4 hours. Driving down the road my phone start doing the same thing that it was doing before I went inside. Pure Trash!!
Best Sprint store in the area. They are very helpful and knowledgeable of the phones and services. This is the only Sprint store I go to around here. 4 stars!
Kim helped me activate a replacement Iphone today, shes very knowledgeable, patient and very helpful. Great job!
Friendly, professional service from Larry. He answered all my questions and explained my options.
They did an excellent job repairing my phone and did it in a timely manner and most of their employees are very customer friendly except for one who didnt seem to customer friendly but I will not mention their name but overall I give them five stars for their service.
Very sleek looking. The tech guys are great. Not sure about the sales reps, they forgot me... Lmao
Great service. I didnt catch his name, but thank you sir for going the extra mile and making things right!
Went in tonight to get information about upgrading my phone. I asked the sales rep Vanessa 2 questions.1. What would it do to my monthly bill.2. What would I have to pay today. To her response you will save a little money per month and you will only pay a $30 upgrade fee.Not to bad right?I said oh wow lets do it.She goes and gets the phone, makes her sheet with all the numbers on it and shows me. Im cool with it.After about 45 minutes she then tells me its going to be $80 per phone. ($30 upgrade fee and a $50 down payment on the phone.) I am not upset about having to pay. What made me furious was she told me people pay the down payment all the timeThats fine, why not tell me that up front? Afraid I wouldnt do it then? Maby she didnt know? I am not sure the reason but she could have told me ALL the options. She was VERY CONFIDENT in the $30 upgrade fee only.Reminded me off the old bait & switch.I then asked if she could waive the upgrade fee... sounds reasonable for the inconvenience. She said we dont do thatAfter I left the store I called the customer service and explained the situation to them and they said we can waive the upgrade fee, I am not sure why they said that.Im thinking to myself, why would she say that if it is not true. She didnt really seem to care. The lack of customer service and lack of integrity lead to this review.Im pretty sure alot of these reviews are from employees who work there to boost their ratings.
Worst people ever. Took both phones to this location different days and the same guy just looked at my phone and said nope you need a new phone trying to charge us over $500 it was ridiculous. I wish I would have got his name. We went to the Pasadena location and they were so helpful and got one phone replaced free of charge due to our insurance..stay away from this location
Busy but I got in and got out with great customer service.
Great job! Came in from out of town... my screen broke and these guys were able to repair it in under an hour! THANK YOU!
Great customer service. The associates are really helpful and knowledgeable.
The worst Sprint store. Even the management does not care about customer service. The store failed to add notes my account about a cancelled order so I was billed over 100.00 in error. The manager refused to add the notes over the phone and said I have to come into the store to fix their mistake. Yet another hour or more wasted on Sprint. They deserve a negative star.
Manager on duty was rude and disrespectful. Laughed at us as we left because we were dissatisfied with service. This baybrook location has the WORST customer service out of all the sprint stores I have been to. Have complained to corporate multiple times about their employees at this location and have been customers of sprint for many years. Location doesnt even deserve to have a 1 star rating. Every employee deserves to be fired and new management needs to come in and train professionals. Better yet corporate needs to train professionals themselves.
STAY AWAY!!!Ive been with Sprint for many years and every time I have come to this store its a nightmare. I recommend going to the kiosk booth inside Baybrook Mall across the street, or Best Buy across the freeway. The service here is horrible and they are not very helpful at all. The service is extremely poor, and they tend to try to convince you to change plans to something you dont need or want.
Slow service. Not easy to know if they can solve your problem or will send you elsewhere. Appointments recommended but may not be kept. Understaffed.
They put me on a waiting list, and while Im waiting there was a floor manager standing around doing nothing, then a few customers walked in and walked up to him and he helped them right away, so why did I have to wait? And why do they have to take my phone in back to work on it? I dont recommend Sprint to anybody ever and this store did not change my mind
I love Sprint! They always take good care of me.
Rude. Seems to be the standard for a cell phone company stores these days so dont feel bad Sprint. Youre right there with everyone. Keep up the crappy attitudes.
Friendly staff and very helpful. Quick service.
Nice! Got what i went in for and other needed information...BAMM!
If I could rate negative stars, I would. 100% the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The African American manager whose name I didn’t get was very rude, unaccommodating, and incompetent. No sense of customer service at all. It was to the point I left and went to another location.
Employees were quick to help and fixed my phone within the alloted repair time!
Terrible experience here. Went in to fix my broken screen and they informed me it was ready, picked it up and phone kept turning off. Technician admitted he was in a hurry and said it was a bad battery and to come back in another hour. Came back and then was told it would have to be sent out for repair and that it would come back either fixed or I would get a refurbished phone. Sounds like someone didnt unplug the battery while they were in a hurry replacing the screen so it shorted out. So it gets sent out for repair, 4 days later get an email from Asurion saying to call them within 48 hrs or else my device would get sent back to me UNREPAIRED. What if I hadnt checked my email that night...anyway. Heres where it gets good. We get a call saying they sent the first phone to an old address after I was told by Sprint Rep that it was going to be sent to the store. The sprint guy has to go hunt it down which he does and then calls us back saying Asurion sent a bad phone... how do you do that? Do they not check them prior to sending them off??? So they send a replacement for the replacement Im guessing Friday. So I call Monday asking Sprint, what is the status, the girl informs me well it will be 2-4 business days Im trying to figure out why cant they just overnight it since the messed up about 2 times already. At this point I am beyond frustrated, every time I call I am greeted with oh youve been with us since 2013, thank you for your loyalty well how about being loyal to me and just giving me a phone from the store that is there and works and we can put this whole mess past us.. NOPE. lets try this one more time, I call back about 3:30pm to see if I can just get a new phone from the store, I end up explaining my situation to about 4 different people, I asked the last person to write off the measly $75 I had left owing on the phone, shes like let me see what I can do... 5 mins later on hold and this is at about 6:30pm she comes back and says no we cannot do that for you, well I give up, please cancel my business with you guys. If I have been so loyal but yet all I get is 2 broken phones and the runaround all day and they cant even just do that one thing for me? Went somewhere else.
Useless people who take forever to see you every time you go there. They dont care about your problems and will give you incorrect info just to get you to leave.
Nick and Diego are awesome peoples lots of new people better help
They are doing everything but helping the customer in this store. Half of the employees were on cell phone while I was waiting my number to be called. Need to improve customer service!
I have been with sprint since 2000 I have NEVER had any problems with anything. This is why I have stayed with them for so long. Now as far as this store i have been here about 5 times. Everytime, everyone has been AMAZING. I have been help by a different person everytime. Kyle, Rahman, and Cristian. They are all GREAT Guys..... Perfect customer service. The wait can be a long one, but think about what time of the day you are coming in, it could be lunch time, someone could have had to go home early, or not come it at all.If you are an informed customer when you go in the experience is better.I have gone into the competitors stores with friends, the wait is just as long and the customer service as bad as some of the other reviews here. Its all how YOU as the customer allow the visit to go. Change the tempo, change the mood.
Extremely rude from the moment I walked in the door. And I wasnt even the one getting assisted, my mother was. I was just gointo sit to wait for her and the man behind the counter Acted as if I was going to rob the place because I didnt get in line. I had a two year with me. I was not standing in line if I didnt have to. Horrible customer service and even crappier people that work there.
Friendly service!
Rediculas the worst. Sales person called my wife a bad word in Spanish. My wife speaks Spanish so busted. And time before that we bought out a phone to get the next new one and the idiot put it in the system as lost. Three hours later we are still on the phone with them. Stupid. Untrained . I am talking my wife into switching to Verizon. F-sprint.
Giving it three Star was kind.Technically not up to par.
Dont buy anything that says its under warranty, because its just a sales gimmick. When something goes wrong with that item and you bring it back, they will have some sort of excuse not to replace it. Its kind of funny to me how they will tell you anything to get your money, but then once you bought it, youre s*** out of luck lol. Also, if you purchase insurance on your phone (or whatever else device), when something goes wrong with that device, they will find every way they can to tell u that the insurance does not cover it. Just another money maker for them. All in all, stay away from Sprint. You would be better off not having a phone at all.
This company, and this store, lied to me about numerous things in order to get me to switch my service from AT&T. They lied about the monthly bill, they lied about the ability to access my usage information, they lied to me about more things than I care to list right now, as I am too angry! I will definitely be canceling my service with them and switching to a different carrier, ASAP!
Been with Sprint 14 years and wasted 3 hours of time for a lower bill and new upgrade as promised. Long story short,...I had 4 different quotes from four different customer care employees,...which is crazy. I went to the store to pick up my phone and new plan as agreed. Didnt happen!!! Customer care service lied about the promotion and deal offered. BOTTOM LINE...4 LINES UMLIMITED EVERYTHING! GO TO T-MOBILE... AND SAVE ALOT MONEY! ILL BE SAVING APPROXIMATELY 45.00 A MONTH BY SWITCHING to a better carrier, and get a new phone.
Employees here are not very educated of what they need to do. Switched from AT&T and we regret doing so. Absolutely horrible data connection. We picked the best data plan and still no signal in baybrook mall, walterhall park, Galveston seawall, Seabrook, etc.. seriously its 2018 and how in the world they dont have signal inside the mall where every other company including verizon, att, tmobile, boost mobile, cricket have perfect data signal?Employees screwed up on our account setup as well. Suppose to port over all our numbers but we end up with new numbers for some and not for all. We got the newest latest Samsung and apple phones. We came to realize its not the phone its the horrible sprint service. If youre a pokemon go trainer specially be aware. Fastest data connection sprint advertise doesnt exist anywhere in state of Texas. Funniest thing is inside the sprint store your phone tells you no data connection. Same issue on both iphone X and Samsung S9+Even sprint pays me every month to keep their service I would happily refuse, its that bad.
The guy that helped us didnt know what he was doing. He screwed up the new iphone and wasnt able to set old phone to factory settings and then had the nerve to say she didnt know what she was doing. Extremely poor customer service.
Not very helpful customer service could be better
Service promised was not service delivered. I, like many others, believe the service from this location falls way short of what Sprint is capable of providing.
Dont waste your time with this location!!! I wanted to buy a new phone and the wait was 1.5hours!!! Clearly you need to hire more people or you dont need my money... Stay away!!!!
Excellent tech support!
Good service, but the wait is WAY too long
Still waiting for my phone to be unlocked after i paided over 400.00 to keep my phone
WOrst experience ever. Worst customer service from any company. Theres no one to even report them to. ... try calling customer service. To get a replacement phone took 4 visits. Never once felt as if they had interest in making me happy as a customer. My plan is being cancelled on Monday
They were rude when I walked in. Then told me they would call me in two hours as to what was wrong with my phone! Six hours later I show up and oh yeah we forgot to call you. My phone was no good and they have to order another one. I call them the day it was to be here and they have no idea where my phone is! Run away from them fast!
Great Customer service, Great experience. I was in and out with a new phone in 15 minutes
Posted a nasty review in error a few days ago. Jessica was correct and informed me of a fact the Sprint website had not contained. I thought she was trying to be deceptive, but I was wrong. Sprint maybe, but not her.
They fixed my phone problem with a smile, quickly and out the door I went!
Decent service, but very frustrating corporate policies. Wait time can be an issue.
Tech services got the job done right!
I am at the store right now. I have been waiting for over an hour and my name has disappeared from the wait list and now with over 5 employees just standing around I am being completely ignored. All I need to do is swap the temporary phone I was issued until my replacement could come in and I cant even get anyone to assist me. Instead, they would rather sit around and ride the clock.
I have been with sprint now for 15 plus years. I visited this store for a repair and was treated like a 3rd class citizen. Yes a 3rd class citizen. The sad thing is, this is the only store close to where I live. Its so sad that any customer would be treated like this. But its even worse for a 15yr customer. SMH!!!
Representatives are always friendly and helpful.
How do you open for business at 10am and then still not be able to help a customer. Any issues Ive had they cant help me with in store. They just send me on my way because I have to CALL sprint. This is not a full service sprint store, its just a pretend sprint store.
Great customer service.
Staff do not know what services Sprint offers and they are unable to modify or terminate service plans in the store. Received incorrect info regarding cost of plans.
