Called to ck on pets rx. on hold with pharmacy for over 15 minutes. called back to front of store. The lady transferred to pharmacy and said they would answer right away. I was on hold over 8 minutes that time. Called back for store manager. No answer at all. Sorriest service possible.
Took child for COVID test. Tech said they would send a link to create an accout, then add child, then see results. Link never sent. Create mychart aacount on my own, now way to add child, no help section, no FAQs. We have no way to get the results. HORRIBLE! Would not recommend CVS to anyone.
Never had a bad experience. They’re faster than most.

The cashier Clarence was horribly rude. He refused to honor the price on the tag. Then he gave me attitude when I showed him the tag and was still refusing to honor the sale tag. So I told him to just hurry and check me out because I was in a hurry then he got even more rude and then refused to check me out.I have never been treated like this at any CVS. Theres a reason I normally chose CVS over other places and its because the service is usually exceptional.Horrible experience. Im so disappointed.
Great employees and customer service. but beware of coupon policy for the store. Only one coupon per transaction otherwise they wont take it. I tried using four and they let me have two.
I went to buy two bottles of mouthwash and the cashier wouldnt honor my coupons because it said one per purchase. If he his manager would bother to look up what one per purchase means it means one bottle per coupon. The managers need to get educated on coupon use

The manager here, I believe her name is Ana, is soooo rude!!! She is absolutely not people friendly at all. Will start talking mess to the cashier even before you leave counter! I don’t understand how CVS gives these kind of people these manager positions... doesn’t make you want to shop here.

I dont know what happened recently in this pharmacy, but it is now HORRENDOUS. I received an automated call to pick up a prescription (which was auto filled early & without me requesting). I was out of town, but thought I could still pick it up on time. Nope, they put it back & are refusing to refill the prescription now. Apparently, I needed to be an Adult (-from the pharmacist) & needed to call them to say I didnt want auto refill, so I could delay picking up my MUCH NEEDED MEDICINE. I wouldnt have had to call to delay pick up, if Id been the one requesting the refill INSTEAD OF AUTO FILL BEING FORCED ON ME. I DROVE TO THE STORE b/c I was called & told to come pick up my prescription via auto call, not a person. I didnt ask for it to be filled 12-13! I also didnt call for follow up b/c CVS SAID IT WAS READY, but Im the one that screwed up b/c auto fill is PERFECT for everyone & I needed to be an Adult & learn to manage my meds. Well, this is the 1st its happened in over 10 years with this prescription & its b/c of CVSs stupid auto fill issues. DONT SIGN PEOPLE UP FOR THINGS THEY DONT ASK FOR, THEN WHEN IT SCREWS UP FIX IT! And talking down to customers when your pharmacy screwed up would infuriated anyone, especially if you are denying them their meds b/c of YOUR screw up.
They run a very tight and efficient ship. My prescriptions are most often ready within a few hours.

The pharmacy gets my orders right and out on time are usually don’t have to wait long at all even if they have to make it from scratch
As im browsing for items some cashier walks up and asks if i need help twice i say no thanks i know the store, then when i get on the other side of the store to grab some soda a police officer comes up and says lets go and i follow her outside and ask what the problem was and she said i was being suspicious, i said i was looking for items to buy and the officer just says to leave and not come back, no wonder no one was in the store and it has such bad reviews
There is one pharmacy employee with a bad attitude, CVS needs to make sure what kind of people they employ
