I took my LTC Range Proficiency test here. The instructor was very knowledgeable and professional. I really like how big and clean this facility is. Its not dark and cramped, its really bright with lots of room to move around within the store. I really like having the monitors in the range that tell you how much time you have left. Also, the person who oversees the range area, is really friendly and helpful.

The instructor Mark was great. He explained the entire process very well and made everyone comfortable with the exam. He also explained some details of the new law changes in our state.

This is excellent, well run, and safe indoor range. My previous review mentioned poor ventilation which has been improved. The store manager promptly reached out to me through Google re: this concern. I have the luxury of choosing times during the week RSOs are professional and attentive as are the store staff. My LTC Range proficiency was a blast and I learned smore stuff from the Instructor! I did the LTC class online wich was very convenient and informative. Great place to learn, shop, and shoot! IMHO

I attended a ladies only event for advanced fundamentals. Cindy, the instructor, was extremely knowledgeable and a great presenter. She worked one on one with the ladies in the class. The range is great too.

The LTC course was a really good experience. It was informative and the instructor was very friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaint was that he was extremely hard of hearing and difficult to communicate with, and there were a few times he seemed to gloss over the material or get some of the words and numbers mixed up. Also, it would have been nice to have a booklet of important info to take home. When asked if there was info from the course presentation we could access afterwards, we were just told we could read the laws on the DPS web site.

I received notification today that the instructor of the class does not hold a current license so I need to re-take the class with a licensed instructor!!! Mark Mead got on top of it quickly. Apparently there was a miscommunication between Texas DPS and the Instructor about whether to use the old license number which hadnt expired or the new number.

Great place, fair prices nice to see a gun range be in business around this area and thank you all for the great service

Ok so I actually have a few things. I took the intro to handgun class (if your new or its been 30 years like me awesome class) and the LTC (license to cary) also a wonderful class that goes into the issues with constitutional carry (know your laws or end up with a double felony) These classes are great and come with range time. I have never felt more comfortable than I have at Shoot Point Blank and now I feel like I can introduce my kids to the range. The next thing is they have some good prices and I bought some boxes of 200 round ammo that because of quality control were missing a few rounds and I came back in and they replaced the missing without a lot of hassle. The people are there are supper friendly, very knowledgeable and just such a great group. If you havent tried this range you should!!

UPDATE 10/22/2021: OH MY GOODNESS! I LOVE LOVE LOVE the NEW AG&AG Instruction Clinic that was introduced on 10/20/21 - Cindy and Robyn where the BEST! Learning about Trigger Pull and Reset was eye opening! This was an awesome addition to this Range - Thank You Shoot Point Blank-Webster!I was so happy when the Lady Sure Shots Class was rescheduled (and not cancelled due to the weird TX cold weather). I was looking forward to learning about Sights - and boy did I learn! Ms. Scott and Ms. Gamble were excellent teachers! And the Range Time was great too! Cant wait for the next class!

We could not say enough great things about our experience. Starts with Greg, showing us a variety of different options and great advice, then Sal ( our instructor)was super patient and very informative. I will make it a priority to keep returning to this essential business.

Definitely worth taking the classes! My father and I took the basic handgun class and even with 10 people in a class the instructor spent one on one time with each of us. Helped answering questions, and helped us apply all safety specifications. I know feel safe and well prepared to handle my firearm.

This is my first time taking a Defense class and Cindy the trainer was amazing. I’m looking forward to taking more of her classes and joining the league. Being a first time gun holder, I need all the help and lessons I can get on how to handle my gun and how to protect myself.My husband and I just became members at Shoot Point Blank. The staff is very friendly and the store is always clean. I enjoy coming here almost every weekend.

Really great place. Ive been here two dozen times this year scouting firearms. They regularly have very hard to find items and are Daniel Defense preferred vendor, meaning you can order from DD and get your item shipped to Shoot Point Blank free and with no FFL transfer fee. Ive told Gregg the GM thats is the most un-gun store gun store that Ive ever been to. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable, not pushy or snobby. Love this place and will continue to visit when the budget permits.

There are a lot of gun stores/ranges all within 30 minutes of each other, but I go well out of my way to come here specifically. Very nice facility and friendly staff.

Our family has visited the Webster, Texas - Shoot, Point, Blank several times and we very happy with the welcoming atmosphere. They always explain things clearly, are very patient and genuine people. The online teaching courses and in person proficiency test was exceptional and a huge thanks to the instructor Michael.

Nice facility. They have several types of firearms in stock to buy or rent, so thats cool. Everyone seemed friendly enough. However, I wasnt told about their zero rapid fire policy so I got reprimanded by the range guy. Not sure why double taps are not allowed. I brought my own ammo and my own firearms. For $30 a lane being able to practice without the limitations would be nice.

I’ve been a couple of times and this place is really nice. They have a huge selection of handguns to rent if you want to try something new. Even though ammo is scarce, they don’t price gouge you like many online retailers. The staff are very knowledgeable and have helped me decide next steps in training and purchases. Highly recommend!

I went to Lady Sure Shots and Cindy Scott lead the class. She is an awesome instructor & her classes are top notch and so informative. I take as many classes as I can with Cindy. Come join us ladies. Shoot Point Blank is an awesome range as well. Nice facility and employees.

They always have what Im looking for and the one time they didnt the guy looked it right up and found it for me in a matter of seconds. The range is clean and safe as well. Id could never work there...Id leave with guns and no paycheck...lol!

Good company I recommend the humble location over this one tho. They dont seem to want to add the discounts on the listed range days they have. Ive always had to remind them to add it.(saves you 8-20 bucks+) also I recently purchased a fire arm and the salesman made the ammo seem like a deal while I was doing the paperwork. Nope! It wasnt and it was 30 bucks. This was after saying no to the hulster cleaning kit etc. The humble location never did sales tactics to get extra money out of you and were much more friendly. This location is okay BUT Ive been at better. Probably wont be back. If you do go here CHECK THE FULL TOTAL ON EVERYTHING BEFORE PAYING.

Top notch service. We came in curious and left with tidbits of knowledge on personal defense. This knowledge led us to research and join the masses in taking control of our own personal safety. Greg and the gang at the Webster, TX location have been very helpful on our journey, educating us and giving us much needed advice on which items to purchase. I don’t think we could of continued on this journey had it not been for their helpfulness in a truly friendly manner. I took my LTC class here and then followed up with a Lady Sure Shots class a few days later. These classes were informative and more importantly, USEFUL for real life situations. I cant wait to attend another class taught by Cindy Scott- she really knows her stuff!

The online accuracy class was very helpful. I made notes of things to use at the range, Of course, it would be nice if the practice targets were actually available. Bottom line, the class is well done, well presented and packed with information but it cannot replace a real person watching to help correct any bad habits you may be developing.

I really enjoy Shoot Point Blank. The retail area is clean and brightly lit. The range is great! They separate handguns from rifles, and make every attempt to put a lane between each shooter, when practical. The instructors are happy to give pointers, when asked. All of the employees have great attitudes and want to help the customers to the best of their abilities.

Couldnt get anyone to wait on me. 3 workers standing around waiting on paperwork usually these guys are very attentive. Update. Went back the next day. Got awesome service. One of their workers always goes out of his way to help people

I really enjoy my membership with Shoot Point Blank. The store is well stocked with a wide variety of products. The lanes are kept clean and uncluttered. The employees are very patient. They understand the decision the customer is making is often principally for personal and family protection so understanding the unique requirements and choosing a specific solution to meet them sometimes takes considerable time.

I went to fire a gun for the first time. Fast forward a few weeks, I got a membership and qualified for my license to carry (LTC) here. The staff here are very friendly, the range is super clean, and they have constant sales and good prices. Definitely recommend it, and a great place to shoot, learn, and practice.

Holy Smokes! Was searching for a place me and the Wife could shoot at, and came across this place. Inventory is one of the Best in the Houston Area. Prices are Very Competitive. Actually beating out Chain Stores like Academy and Cabelas. Sonny and the Team are excellent at Customer Service as well. If you want a Variety of Weapons at a Great Price, better get there before they are GONE!

Good shop with friendly salesmen. Ammo and Gun prices are competitive, and sometimes better than what I find online. The range is nice. I just wish they had one a little longer.

Do not! do not take a class here!!!poor customer service online and you can only get a hold of someone via email!i signed up for a class march 22. after paying, i never received a confirmation email or instructions on what to expect for my class to take on march 28! when questioning and calling the location they told me to show up at 7pm for this class! so i did! when i got there they told me i should of been there at 2pm and ended at 7pm!! well!!!!! how was i suppose to know that! if no confirmation instructions or nothing was provided!!! i couldnt even access proof of the class because my account wasnt reflecting the class ! but you know where it was reflecting!!! my bank account!!! all they could do is tell me to email the main page!!! on march 28th guess what? i went home and later that night received the famous confirmation number!!! attached a screenshot of the email! when i finally heard back through email! they told me it was my fault for missing the class and there was no reschedule or refund! that i had to pay the class again!!!!! they must be stupid! i told them multiple times i wanted a refund and nothing was done ! now ive been ignored!!!!!!worst place to do business at !

Went in because someone told us great things about this place. Im so glad we did because they have a massive selection on guns for every price point. It was fully stocked. The indoor gun range has 20 lanes. They have memberships (which I just signed up for last night) with incredible deals. You can shoot every day and bring a guest free every time, you get free rentals, reserve a time for range, 5% off everything, a free class a month, a free ffl dealer transfer. Great range, clean, safe. Lots of stock, weapons and ammo, at MSRP. The actual range is kind of warm, dress comfortably.

We were disappointed, but we might have set our expectations too high. With a brand new building and the highest prices in the area, we expected another Agis Arms or at least Arms Room. We were shockedd that they did not have lanes with digital distance finders. Also, my wife and I both thought the targets hung low, but maybe that is not the case on all lanes.Although I usually only shoot one box of 50 per outing, I dont mind them taking advantage of the Clear Lake area with the pricing. However, the additional charge for the first target was a little insulting, and the lack of technology was surprising. But at least the 5 and 10 yard distances were marked on the floor (along with the 3, 7 and 15).It reminded me of a newer version of South Houstons Marksman range, but at more than double the price. I was hoping this would be a great find because it is right around the corner while the Arms Room and South Houston are both 10-15 minutes away. And Agis - my favorite - is 30 minutes away.I dont mean to be so critical; its not bad. I guess I just assumed all new ranges would automatically have the latest equipment. I like to try several different distances - and I hate approximating by lines on the floor.

Range was nice but very expensive. I wish I could say they nickel and dimed you, but it was more like they dollared you. $22 for 1/hr + $5 for your waiver. Need earplugs? $3. No free targets. 3 were over $4.

I called and asked him if they sold ammo he said yes I said does he have 9 mm he said yes but because I am not a member I cant buy nothing because Im not buying a firearm from them I cant buy no ammo not a good way to do business in my opinion so Ill take my business somewhere else.
