Friendly staff, got me what I needed.I would recommend calling ahead if you want to color match to make sure their machine is working. Another customer needed a color match and it was down.

Terry was great in explaining what primers and paints I needed for painting my exterior stucco and brick. I went with the Duration satin paint for my project. It will save me on labor in that it will only need one coat on my house which is already painted just old.He also helped me to find the quantity I needed which is challenging with the paint shortage right now. I had purchased 10 gallons of paint for a remodeling project in our home. After painting using the first 5 gallons I realized that the second 5 gallon pail was slightly off color. After dried you could definitely tell the difference. took the paint back to the store and with pictures and explained my problem. Their professional staff mixed me another 10 gallons made sure that they were the same color and gave me the necessary supplies to redo my painting. They were very understanding and helpful. I would definitely recommend this store and their staff. they made me a customer for life.

I often shop here and it is a nice little store.I went in with a piece of wood to match the color. Their scanner was not working. Clerk said it often failed. But she took the time to figure out the color and mixed a custom color that was great. It just took a long time.

When I had my own Interior design business, I always used Sherwin Williams paint, I am comfortable with the company. I have a paint box that I love and use all the time still. My local store is very friendly and the staff helpful. I do try and be friendly also which helps enormously.

This place is very professional and has knowledgable employees. Alex was excellent in helping with choosing paint colors and educated us well about paint. He tailored recommendations to us based on the questions we asked.While we were in the store, a very rude, loud customer berated the employees, spoke loudly on speaker phone about her political beliefs with her friend, and then spoke badly to the employee for not reason. The employees ignored the behavior and continued to help her. The manager politely put her in her place, she blamed herself, he agreed (🤣😂) then she finally got done with her business there and left. I dont think I would have had the patience for this lady. (I posted this encounter in case she also decides to review this location-I was a neutral party witness)

Called today about some paint, mumbling male answered, gave me WRONG information. Glad I called Friendswood store. New to this area. So many dishonest, stupid service people. Wish I had never moved here.

Good paint, lazy customer service. Several older adults all chatting behind counter near offices...no one greeted me, offered to help, or asked what I needed. Finally a nice young man (named Austin) stopped what he was doing (moving big drums of paint) and helped me find the color swatches that I wasnt able to locate on my own, and took time to explain an upcoming sale and the various kinds of paint, recommending the best for my project. When I return in a few days, Im going to praise him to the manager, and explain how lacking everyone else was. Also, be prepared to have to get a rather large paint sample for about $8 instead of the smaller samples for $3-5 that the two giant home places will make for you.

Offer curbside pick up and post number on door to call to order, but refuse to answer the phone. A++.

They have unlimited high quality paint colors and paint supplies. You should get a Purdy paintbrush while you are there. The employees are helpful and can guide you to get the correct paint for the job. They also have wallpaper, deck paints, etc. Discount coupons are helpful.

A lady there called michelle is the best of any Sherwin Williams store Ive ever been to. She is so dam good at her job. Some guy there was giving me the wrong information. Then she stepped in and fixed everything. And she was 100% right. Then She was able to make a perfect match for me, after others could not. She can out work all the men standing there, and..... she looks good doing it too 😉. . In my opinion, shes the only one to deal with at that store.

Although the assistant was eager to assist Im not sure he was willing to address my needs. It was not as good as my previous experiences.

Went by today and met the rudest store clerks in my life. Trying to buy 2 gallons of paint and I have painted my house twice using paint from that store. Not again, I will not go to that store again. I gave them my name hoping they could read of the color and make me a batch to match. Nope could not work it. It was late and 10 minutes before the store closing and before I could get to truck they locked the door. Tomorrow I will just go down the street to the Benjamin Moore shop.

They are not true in their prices. I bought 35 gallons in Webster, TX one gallon for 26$ and then I went for the same paint to Katy store, they said that they will give me one gallon for 20$ per gallon. That’s a huge difference. I would never do business with these people.

First since Tuesday they don have paint promar 200, today I have to go to the league city store, when I get back to tint the paint, they act like they do me a favor, they dont help to off load and load the paint, worst costumer service.

Quality paint. The Sherwin-Williams SW paint number always references the paint color used for future paint if needed. I find that other paint manufacturers change paint codes and color names making it hard to find the same color paint.
