Completely unprofessional! I called to get help on a TV purchased there that is not working. They hung up on me twice and when I finally got a hold of someone they transferred me only to hang up.

Wow! Not only did I get a great system - 5-1 speakers on my walls, receiver and DVR, the installers were unbelievable! I was told initially that my walls may have to be ripped up and after placement of the speakers, I would have to have them repaired by someone else. When the installers came (Cyril and his co-worker) they suggested some sort of transmitter installed on the second floor that would push sound to the back speakers. They actually work! They only took 8 hours over 2 days to put it all in and it looks like the builder put them in. No repairs needed! I am so happy with Magnolia and their installation team and would definitely use them again!

Had an appointment yesterday and they cancelled and we rescheduled for today and so far they are two hours late without a phone call.
