Went to this store hoping to get a good bra, only to find that the Store closed and was empty but sign was still there. Don’t bother going 🤬🤬

Hoped the reviews weren’t true. SADLY they are. Asked to be measured and the lady guessed and then proceeded to say they wouldn’t have anything I’m looking for in my size. Also the prices where written in pen I believe. Probably a rip-off as well. I’ve had better service at the mall.

A bit of a mixed bag, to be frank. Im hard to get fitted, and regularly cant find bras that fit at other stores properly, so the fitting is great!The bras they sell are on the pricey side, but high in quality, so I recommend at least trying things on if you want to find a different style or brand.But I swear, the elder ladies who work here are anything but discreet! One time I was in the front of the store and my size got loudly broadcast in front of a gentleman who was shopping with his wife. And today they said theyd be open till six, but at 5:30, they were closed.Tldr: I try on bras there, but if it saves my pride, I buy online.

Absolutely will be a repeat customer! Cathy was great helped me the minute I walked in! Suggested items I wouldnt have even thought of. She was great at reading what I was looking for. Perfect inside setting too! Very intimate and makes you comfortable as soon as you walk in. Classy and respectable but sexy items too! Money well spent!

I finally went in to get my custom bra fitting today! Wasnt a bit disappointed with the service and care put in by their amazing staff. I purchased a bra that not only fit perfectly but is so comfortable! Thanks La De Da for a great experience, will definitely be back

My bra wire popped while I was at work. I went in and she knew my bra size just by looking at me and put me into the perfect fitted bra. I have always had bad experiences buying bra in the past and dreaded having to go somewhere to buy a new one. I will not go to another store to buy a bra again. Customer service was truly amazing.

If you haven’t been here then you are missing out. Not only did I walk out Happy and comfortable but laughing. The ladies are awesome and very helpful and knowledgeable. Will be back!

I was in a serious bind looking for a corset for under my wedding dress for my wedding in a month! My maid of honor and I had looked EVERYWHERE and could not find anything... Thankfully, the owner of La De Da helped us out and was able to both get us in amazing corsets! I had always pictured what I wanted but through months of looking wasnt able to find anything.. the one I got is sexy, yet still fulfills its purpose and most of all - comfortable. The owner was so funny and helpful and made us feel extremely welcome, plus, she was able to measure us immediately and grabbed the right sizes right off the bat! Very impressed with the level of service that we were offered and also with my purchase! Cant wait to wear it on the wedding day :) We will be returning to purchase more when we have more time to shop around!

Was told that the saleswoman would do a thorough measurement for the proper bra fit. All she did was guess and neither size was correct. The strap size was too small and the cup size was too big. We left and spent over $300 at Victorias Secret. A waste of time and money to drive 40 minutes for no service.

This place was hands down the best place to get a GOOD bra we were in and out in about 10 minutes and it was the best experience weve ever experienced anywhere!

Went in looking for lingerie for my wedding night and walked out with something beautiful and it fit me just right! Desiree was very helpful and made me feel comfortable when assisting me to try things on. Will be back to get me a bra very soon! Panties are kinda pricey and you can find them at other stores for cheaper.

Personal bra fitting. They won’t let you touch a brassiere! If you don’t purchase one, the fitting is 25$ and if you don’t plan on paying top dollar then you should pay the $25! They choose some really beautiful lingerie and clothing. The owner flies all over the country and chooses things herself. It’s really nice stuff! But it’s expensive! So, it’s totally worth it, but be prepared! It’s a boutique experience!

I will not go there again. Bought two bras there about a month ago. The bras were rubbing me raw under both of my breasts. I went in this week to purchase a different one that doesn’t do that. The lady brought a bra into the dressing room for me to try on. When I said something about it being too tight around my body she said I can stretch it for you. She left with the bra and came back after a few minutes with the bra a little damp. She said that it was from the steam. She also said that if I wear it all day it’ll help the bra to stretch a little more. I wore it. The next day the bra is just as tight if not more and it was already on the last set of hooks. Also every time I bend down I spill out of it.Thinking back I shouldn’t have bought it but I did. I wish I would’ve been quicker to see the red flags. However, the store clerk, as a professional bra fitter, I feel should’ve recognized that this bra did not fit me and shouldn’t have tried to sell it to me. I will not shop at this store again. By the way, for those of you happy with the place, I have a loyal customer card that only needs one more purchase for a half off bra up for grabs.

I wanted to go here for a long time, then one day I went in. I had a real nice lady wait on me & helped me find just the right bra with perfect fitting. Unfortunately I returned to bring back 2 out of 3 bras back because I just decided that I wanted 1 more sports bra. The owner waited on me along with a younger girl. When I told them I wanted to return some bras, they told me, I dont know that we can do that. Their attitude was sharp & rude. I just wanted an exchange, not my money back. I spent over $250 in this store, but I wont return due to their rude attitudes, they need PR training!

Well La De Da I walked in and told Charleen I needed a bra.She took me back to the fitting room and did a personal fitting.I told her about my recent experience with Soma the day before and how unhappy and uncomfortable I was. Charleen brought in 3 bras and all fit perfect. I even lucked out and found some pajamas on sale and picked those up as well.Charleen was very helpful, friendly but most importantly she was a professional and knew her stuff.When I went to Soma I went in wearing a 42 DD and after my professional fitting and the assurance that the bra fit even if I did find it uncomfortable I walked out with a 44 C.When I left La De Da I was wearing the comfortable new bra in my size a 40 DDD.I can only conclude that either the young lady at Soma either had no training or she just didnt care. My gut says she didnt careCharleen cared and is my new Breast Friend.When everything takes presidence over us busy women years can fly by before we now it and weve neglected to even make sure our clothes fit and are comfortable.We all need to do a better job at this and women out there like Charleen make this task a little easier.The bras are comparable in pricing but in my opinion they are a better quality.Theres a lot to be said for Quality Customer Care and Satisfaction.Thank you Charleen. I went here for about ten years and bought a lot of bras and was very happy with my fitting and bras. I lost 50 pounds and needed a fitting and went in and was told I would be charged $25 for a fitting. I left and do not plan to go back. I guess $25 is worth more to them than loyal customers.

They are so RUDE in this store. No customer service at all. Went in to pick up a sleeping bra that my daughter had ordered. Mind you they called me and told me it was in. 2 ladies at the desk acted like I was incorrect. They fumbled around for a bit then said what size cup size blah blah blah. Hello you called me and told me it was in. Found one purchased it. Handed her a gift certificate. Talk about being put out rolled her eyes. Didnt she bother to say Thank you or kiss my .... there are so many other places to go to. Plus they are super pricey. Rather spend my money in a store that ACTUALLY appreciates my business.

The women who work in here are very rude. All of the bra’s are very pricey and the three i bought from here didnt last and werent very comfortable either. I honestly would have continued to shop here if the employee’s werent so rude and pushy with sales. I thought i was crazy until i talked to a few other girlfriends who said they also would never step foot back in there. TDLR; Horrible customer service for overpriced bra’s and you’ll also feel uncomfortable the whole time you’re shopping.

I went in to buy a long line bra for my wedding dress. I was rushed into a dressing room and not even measured. The sales lady based my size on the current bra I was wearing. She helped me find the best size for me but there was only one style to choose from. She kept saying that I could go home and try it on with my dress and see if I liked it. When I got home I didnt like it and went back to return it. Tags on and everything, I was told they would only give me store credit and not my $96 I paid for it. I didnt want credit as they have very limited choices of bras but requested to get my money back. They gave me some health code law reason about not being able to return which made no sense because I only tried the bra on and didnt take off the tags or anything like that. They then said that they just dont issue money back and this is listed on the receipt. However, this policy is not listed anywhere that is visible to customers. Dont shop here. If you still need a bra, go to Amazon and search for Dominique Style 8949 bra. It is the same and only bra they sell there and they swear it is the best but its $20 cheaper on Amazon and you can always return it if you dont like it.

The staff is friendly and helpful. I went bra shopping there and was in and out with the perfect bra in less than 30 minutes. Best experience ever.

Simply the best bra shop in the area. Ive been going here for almost 10 years, and each time I get great customer service. My bras fit well, and therefore my clothes do too. I highly recommend this place.

My Mother -in -law and I went there after calling getting false information,We got to the store and wanted to buy at least five Bras, The lady who helped us was not friendly (Kathy) and tried to see me bras that would not work, even though they said they can fit the bras over the phone that was not the case, I did not care for a condescending attitude from the store personnel, I own a successful company and would not tolerate this. Customer are what make the business. We would have purchase a lot there but could not get real help. We went to Macys at Baybrook mall and the lady there was so nice and helpful and the bras are we nice just what I was looking for. I do not suggest buy at La De Da, Substandard help and Substandard merchandise as overpriced for what you get, a bad fitting bra that you donate. on the other hand Macys had very nice fitting and well made bras at half the price.

I wont go anywhere else! I always leave feeling sexy, classy and pampered. Love!

Very knowledgeable staff. I personally am unable to go to a standard store to purchase a bra. They always have my size, and listen to my needs. The prices are high, but you get what you pay for.

Terrible Customer Service.I was continually ignored and told to wait so they could work on other customers. Usually, this is fine, but there was only one other customer and two women working. Both discarded me to fawn over the other customer, while I was cast aside; first freezing and half-naked in their dressing room for over 10 min, then while waiting in the front of the store for another 15 minutes. Then when I finally had someone talking to me, I was promptly interrupted and dropped mid-conversation for the same other customer.I will never return.

OMG! All I can say is AH MAY ZING! I went in looking for a birthday gift for my 77 year old mother and walked out with gifts for me too! Besides the gorgous lingerie, pajamas and lounge wear, I found beautiful clothes from Paris and Italy. My mom enjoyed her sleepwear so much she wanted to visit the store herself. After a professional bra fitting, she walked out with the perfect bra. The money spent was well worth the quality and beauty of the garments. Thank you ladies for a wonderful experience for my sweet mother and me.

I have large breast so this is my only option within 50 miles, but if I didn’t have to shop here I wouldn’t. The ladies are pushy and dismissive.

I had been looking everywhere for a corsette for my wedding dress; one that is sexy and practical. Not only did I find exactly what I needed here but the service was amazing. The associate helping me found exactly what I needed on the first try and she was extremely professional, discreet and fun! I love this place and will definately be returning for more purchases.

Went today. Wasnt particularly impressed after all the hype. Fitter tried to argue with me because the wires were sticking me. She said I kust need to het used to ot. Then when I walked to my car I notices another issue and went back in. She took it personally and again argued with me. She turned me over to another fitter. The bras just kept getting more ridiculous. I ask wha ts the difference in thede and ones from Kohls or JCP. SHE SAID JUST THE BRAND PLUS WE GO GET THEM FOR YOU. Felt duped after all the hype. I spent $115 on a bra & it’s rubbed me raw where the strap lays!!! I went & inquired about it & the “fitter” told me she doesn’t know what to say or do to help!!! I will NEVER go there again!!!
