Buyer Beware! I purchased the vehicle on April 28 drove less than 75 miles and the transmission light came on but went out after i restarted. He was honest and upfront about the car and it drove great but was concerned about the “rebuilt title” and repairs needed. I emailed Edmund and returned the car the next day April 29 less than 24 hours from purchase and he resold the car the same day.Below was his response which is Ridiculous! new title $16You can bring back the BMW. And will give you back the Jeep. I will return to you $5500. Will keep $500 for the trouble of having to get a new title for the BMW and for the daily rental.

Very negotiable and willing to work the customer. These guys wont just do anything to get you in their car, they make sure the price is right and that you are fully satisfied before leaving the lot.

Edmund Dibacco is a con artist and sells cars with nothing but issues. I paid almost $10,000 cash for a 2014 equinox and had it less than 2 mos and the engine stopped. The cost to fix is $7000. I have mechanic’s copy proof. He only offers a 30 day warranty (which he does NOT tell you) And all he had to say was “sorry that happened” and offered me $500. I trusted the “good person” in him and that lost me all of my money and my vehicle. DO NOT GO to Steel Town Auto.

He wants to bring the public a good vehicle and is reasonable

Very unprofessional, called multiple times to be met with a voicemail soon after we left their lot and the dealer continued to haggle on a car that had a busted motor. We drive 5 hours to see this car after the dealer told us it was in perfect working condition, only to get there and find out the motor was busted and the seat was broken. The dealer preceded to lie to me, telling me it was fine and that I wouldnt get a better deal anywhere else, evidently it was a good deal for a busted car. Not to mention they also lied about the package the car came with in the online listing. 1/5, would not trust this auto sales group no matter the deal.

I purchased a 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe from Edmund.... I went to Ed because I work with him for years... I went in trust.....I have put 4000 in the front end two set of tires.. ignition. Ignition switch, starter... never ending story...now transmission... month after I bought it it had a broken left rear axle I was asking who inspected it busy bee brakes was bad...I was told that busy bee was doing a brake job to pass inspection .... really disappointed trust...broke rear axle huh

Absolutely horrible experience. I and my mother drove 5 and a half hours to go buy a cadillac Ed has for sale. Just to find out that the motor in the seat doesn’t work so I can’t scoot myself frontward closer to reach the gas and break. He then continues to ask me how tall I am, and then says that he KNEW that it was broken. Beyond disappointed, disgusted, and a total waste of time. You could’ve just saved us the time and told us it was broken.

Interesting used car lot. Seem to offer cheap beater cars through rare and limited edition vehicles... which are priced based on what the seller wants versus what the car is valued at. Bring cash or your own financing if you can get a 25K loan for a car that is valued far less by financing standards.

Great group of guys. The owner is very professional and lets you know up front if he will do the deal or not. Have been to him SEVERAL times and anytime(If any) a problem happened with the car, he was quick to handle it. Never an issue! Will definitely be back, I’m sure lol

Tries to sell damaged cars for full price. Then when customer finds out car is damaged, Ed has the audacity to lower the price thinking you will still buy it. Not interested. False advertising.
