I went to Mikes because there were slight scratches on the front of my vehicle and the front bumper had detached a bit from someone bumping it in a parking lot. They told me I could just push the bumper back in and they were right. They could have taken my money easily but they showed integrity instead. I will definitely be back if I need work done in the future.

Gary (the mechanic) kept pushing us off, and kept telling me that hell have the truck done at a such and such date and time, but when we go to pick up our truck, its not done. Hes always having some sort of an excuse and shuffles the entire time hes talking. Which we came to find out everytime he shuffles while the talks, it always ends up being a lie.Always keep a recorder on your person if dealing with him,in case you end up having to file a civil complaint against him, so you have proof of what transpired between the both of you.Honesty is not a virtue of his. At least he wasnt honest with us!!

Had my truck sent in for a transmission replacement four months ago. The transmission came with a warranty. The parts and labor Guaranteed. Got the truck back at the end of December. On the way driving it home from the shop the replacement 3 and 4 clutch pack burned out. I was told bring it back and it would be taken care of. A Month went by. I went down there. The Mechanic claimed the transmission shop sent the wrong transmission for the replacement of the replacement. You will read a lot of replacement here. So a week or two went by I called. He said they were refusing to give us the right transmission or money back. I got the info from the mechanic to try and resolve the situation. I got it resolved. He got the money back. The Mechanic said he was taking my old core to get rebuilt. He apologized said he would make it right. This replacement takes 8 hours out and in. Another long stretch goes by I call him. He said he found someone. I called and he said he was dropping it off. I had my wife call two weeks later the son answered and said it was rebuilt and they were going to pick it up. Then the mechanic took the phone and said he could not get it rebuilt because it would cost 1200$. He said he had the same transmission and would put it in my truck. So let me get this straight you dropped it off two weeks ago and your son said it was done. Now in the same call you some how have a transmission that you didnt have all this time? I had my father call there. He told my father I didnt help him get money back and that I burned up two transmissions. This guy only put one in. He is way out there. My wife went and confronted him with a recorder. She was perfect. He tried to say he never got the money back for the first transmission which I have documentation of. She looked at him and said we know for a fact you got it back. He said he did 150$ worth. Well I gave you 600$ with documentation. 600$ in labor. With documentation. Where did the rest of the money go for my transmission?? We wanted to contact the owner. He would not release the information. He shuffles to much. 8 hour job does not take 4 months. We have gave him to the end of the week to fix it... Update. Vehicle was not fixed. The guy busted his hand. On Monday while taking out the old transmission. I spoke with the owner Saturday who assured me that it was going to be done after I sent him a letter. When I checked in with the son 3-2-2020. That he was upset I had threatened his father. Which everything has been recorded do to my lack of trust. As I Sat in the parking lot 2 hours Saturday 29th I left a voicemail saying I was calling the police which I recorded and said that if I didnt here back I would put him in Jail. The Police sat with me he never showed. I knew then that the owner had not fixed the problem. I filed papers and had an escort get my vehicle. They loaded my stuff and the cops witnessed the transmission s being loaded. When I got home to put it in the transmission was gone straight up taken off the truck. I had the police out again the mechanic tried to throw it off on the owner saying he was told to take it off after I paid for it. The owner was called and he said it was mine and threw it off on the mechanic. So I am to have another escort to pick up the transmission. Luckily I had all my receipts. These are not good business practices. Your not to take what is not yours. Now after 5 months I sit with no transmission and a truck bed full of parts
