The service is never open during posted times, staff is not knowledgeable, never have some ingredients, staff unfriendly and all these things combined make you not want to go there. Starbucks would be better served to move the store out of Krogers and provide a drive thru.

Awesome marketing that makes people think burnt coffee is posh. No wonder you have to add creams and sugars and flavorings to make it tolerable. Friends dont let friends buy coffee at Starbucks.

Only 1 person working there which is ridiculous…… it is located inside the Kroger and it appears the person working it is a Kroger employee not an official Starbucks employee….. it’s the only one in town so I don’t have a choice I’m from an area where there are a lot of locations so I can’t wait to get back home

They have weird hours, but when they are open they are friendly and make good drinks.

The guy that was working there didnt know what a guava passion fruit drink was... i got guava tea..and another time my dad got the new carmel ribbon crunch frappuccino he said very rudely that they didnt have frappuccinosvery rude

I went in for the Pink Drink and the woman, I’m assuming the manager, gave me the drink on her and said it was her act of kindness for the day and while she may not know it, I was having a crumby week and that made my entire day. I always stop when grocery shopping, but I definitely will be coming back!

They have been out of the strawberry base for the pink drink the past FOUR times I’ve gone there. It’s ridiculous. Obviously it’s popular and they still can’t seem to order enough.

My daughter always orders extra caramel in her caramel frap. The barista was awesome! It truly had extra caramel!

Absolutely love my Starbucks and I always order the same thing. Jacob is one of the best I dont even have to say what my order is he already knows. My fiancee loves his salted caramel mocha and he says Jacob makes it perfect always a great experience when Jacob is working...

Have attempted to get coffee here now about 3-4 times over the course of the last month...between being closed for not having any workers or they being able to do any drinks besides drip black coffee I am over it! Just close down, I will continue to go to the amazing always staffed, always competent and friendly one in the Steubenville Kroger.

The staff is very nice. They always make my order in tip top speed. I will definitely be going back.

Really love this Starbucks they never charge for any extra pumps if you want any extra syrups or anything added to your drinks and my friend always gets 17 extra pumps of the vanilla so super glad that this is always free LOL so thank you Starbucks in Steubenville and keep making us some great coffee! I like the frapps LOL

I go there almost every morning to get my Venti White Chocolate Mocha & its honestly the best place to get them. The people are always friendly & quick. I order the White Chocolate Mocha all the time at different Starbucks Coffee Shops & they make it the best hands down! 😊

I feel like they just pull random workers from the floor to staff this, which doesnt do anyone any good. Those of us who frequent Starbucks locations, are used to a certain service. You dont get that here, be it from the lack of know-how or lack of urgency they seem to have when it comes to getting orders out.

Unfortunately, lately this location has been terrible. Between not having staff and now, the machines have been “not working” all week (yes, I went three times this week and each time I went I was told they couldn’t service any lattes or Frappuccinos only regular black coffee).

I always love my large cappuccino with 3 Splendas on the bottom with skim milk and cinnamon on top andIve got a bad craving for one right now and they are closed until Friday!!!! UGGH

What is a flat white? Oh and I said quad but did I receive that noooo and the attitude wasnt even worth dealing with the wait for the correct drink! But this is the drink 4 shots of espresso and steamed milk! I get it its not a real Starbucks but come on! This is a bit ridiculous when you are just wanting a good cup of coffee and you dont recieve it, and its more of a inconvenience for the employee to remake the correct drink!

This girl looked and acted like she hated her job. She literally said to us can you make this order easy on me. So unprofessional! When my mother said her order she shook her head and had no clue what she said because it was too long. Why are you working here? Located inside the Kroger store, its your standard Starbucks with coffee, tea, fruit drinks, and snacks. Theres not a large area to sit, but youre in a grocery store not a cafe.

My drink was made so perfect and the customer service was so perfect.
