My husband was looking for a leather jacket like Negan wears on Walking Dead and we found one that fits perfectly. We will be going back to get it. Very cool store and a lot of neat stuff.

Love this store! Great customer service especially Mar & Phil! They have an amazing assortment of items too many to post! I had no idea there was another floor to this place! Worth making a stop but parking is a bit tricky sometimes.

Great first time at Novelty Plus! I went in at 10:15PM despite some of the awful reviews and am so glad I did. Philip was super friendly and helped me find exactly what I needed in less than 5 mins. The store has a bigger selection than expected and also has a loyalty program 🙌 Ill definitely be back

Seemed like a really cool place, but was closed at least fifteen minutes early because they hate me, and now I probably wont be able to make it out here for weeks. How dare people have their own lives. ;w;

I want to share an experience I had with the novelty shop. I bought a g priv vape from them and it wouldnt charge or turn on. Took it back they replaced battery brought it back it wouldnt work. Kept saying battery was low. They kept telling me to watch videos on how to fix the problem. Shouldnt they know how to work a product they sell? I asked for a refund they were rude and refused. Took it back and still refused refund just replaced with another one. Guess what still doesnt work and they seem to have no idea on how to work the product. I would not recommend them at all.

This place is NOT a vape shop.. do not buy vaping products from here. they have no knowledge of what is safe and what is not. just yesterday they sold someone a starter set up and what they sold them was so unsafe it would have blown up in the persons face

I went to a few of the new vape stores that opened up around Weirton. But this one is by far still the best. They have EVERYTHING you need, a boss who is incredibly knowledgeable and will give you good deals.. He is so kind and happy, I love to go in there. Once he gave me a good deal on a new vape because I broke mine, then he gave me a free hat seeing that I loved hats.... THEN he gave my best friend who was with me $5 because it was her birthday and he said buy a drink on me. You cant get better service. He really cares about his customers. Ill go back here every single time from now on.

Horrible Customer Service. The guy who sold me my vape device was completely hyper and obviously on drugs(Crack, Coke, etc.) After selling us a completely overpriced piece of junk that barely worked a month..and compmetely misinforming us...i brought the device back to have them help me fix it...but all they wanted to do was blame me for breaking it which i assure u i did not. This business is shady and run by drug addicts...thank god nobody under 18 is allowed inside...nobody should be allowed in. Avoid this place like the plague or HIV...complete rip-off..and ignorant loud obnoxious worjer who knows nothing about anything but illegal drugs..compmete moron.

Staff is awesome, very knowledgeable about all products sold and good quality.

Had some god awful incense burning. Had to leave. Im still having problems with my sinuses an hour and a half later. Worst part it was a wasted trip their prices are outrageously high.

I go their all the time ive had them even let me in for a wrap after hrs witch was generiouse wen the owner saw that i was getting ready to walk down to 7/11 for one plus every time ive ever went in their their is this hippie guy that is working hes really nice plus the no do a thing with every 100 dollars u spend u get 10 back witch is a good deal expectially when u buy wraps like i do plus the user that dislike is probably a store worker from notey B but they got shut down but go their by wraps alot and get fly super high

Horrible customer service. Its like the owner found a sale on obnoxious, loud bald men and bought all he could afford. Terrible glass - breaking within days of purchase. Do not waste your time - find somewhere in Pittsburgh over this place.

This place is crap. Says theyre open until 11. Its 930pm and theyre closed. This has happened on several occasions. I wont be back.
