I like this store, plus today got a big bunch of flowers to brighten up my home. Its nice to have a Kroger near home.

I wiiiiiiish we had a Kroger in Pittsburgh. We stopped on the way back from a dinner because we we told it was a location that sold a certain Pringle.I saw they had the vegan hotdogs I buy elsewhere, so that was a good thing!!I gave it 4 stars because yes I loved it and got a few items but its hit or miss on prices. Sure its clean as heck inside but I live on a budget and there are some times admitting a super center is where things have to be purchased to save..... I have no problem with that.I also dont like stores that require you to get a little plastic card just for the sale prices. I like the prices to be the same every visit.With that said, it sure is a beautiful store. If I lived closer, Im sure I would stop for an item or two here and there just for a change of scenery.

This location is the worst for pickup. Stuff is wrong and not on the substitute list. Like teens that have never been grocery shopping in thier life, trying to find products they never heard of, so they throw whatever in there. One tried to tell me there was no ground beef in the store, or he didnt know how to substitute that. I told him another brand will do, just put ground beef in!Another day, they were late with my pick up time and left me sit out there, unable to tell me how long. ( it was 45 minutes) and I made the order the night before.

My visit to Kroger yesterday was absolutely fantastic. I had issues finding some raspberries but a gentleman in produce was happy to help. During checkout Bernadette was fantastic. She was fast and very pleasant. I would highly recommend this store.

I love shopping at Kroger but I still wished they still hadnt shutdown in downtown weriton.

Absolutely love this Kroger. I love the ads they have and how well stocked the store always seems to be. I travel about 25 minutes once a month to come here. Please put one closer to imperial PA area!!

My family always shops here, sometimes it can be pricy but I’ve found with the online couponing as well as the gas incentives you really end up saving money. The food quality is always good, produces is much tastier than Walmart. Even things like avocados and grapes taste better and seem to be the perfect ripeness. They also have an excellent selection of breads and cheeses. I just feel like food quality and customer incentives make Kroger a better grocery store all around.

We had to check our self out cuz they dont pay enough cashiers and the lady tried to accuse us of not scanning everything which we did I told her I was in a hurry that my baby was hungry because he had ran out of milk she didnt care she kept messing around and acting like somebody stole something nobodys still nothing they were rude theres always too long of a wait theres so much stuff with no prices on it in there I actually hate Krogers for shopping theres always too many people in there I do not see them cleaning and disinfecting the way theyre supposed to no theyre dirty in fact

Not enough cashiets and no express check out!! I only had 2 items, it was awful!

I routinely shop at this Kroger and spend anywhere from $400.00-600.00 A month there most of the staff and store are satisfactory some of the staff at self checkout (Sharon) are exceptional however the deli is unbelievably terrible the woman that is generally there on Saturday and Sunday morning early afternoon is rude doesnt listen and more often than not cuts the wrong thing and cuts it way to thick I understand dealing with the public can be difficult at times but maybe if people looked in the mirror and realized they are awful at their job and attempted to try and be better at it instead of just dredging through their shift to get to the end maybe they could make a difference in a positive way instead of negative way.

They have the best cheese selection in weirton.

Delighted. With supply chain disruptions, theyre managing to do pretty well keeping items on the shelf. The only thing I couldnt find, staff went out of the way to see if they had. No luck, but they checked on resupply and offered to update me.

Grocery pick up is convenient and easy.

My number one choice for Kroger in the area. Never seems to be understaffed, shelves are well stocked, and other than other customers Ive never had an unpleasant experience here. I like going at 11 PM when it makes sense, the store is empty of customers and quiet. It means the deli and neat counter is closed for the night, but thats not really an issue for me either. Clean, ample parking, clean bathrooms too!

Average at best. Too often they are out of something I want. The produce and meat departments are below average and offer too narrow of a selection. Meat cuts are overpriced. Balance of the departments have much broader selection, but if something is offered once it should be stocked consistently. Checkouts can be very challenging. Fortunately the self checkout monitors are very helpful and forgiving if the service checkouts are overwhelmed which occurs too often especially when there is specially event/holiday business. The days before holidays and special events (Superbowl weekend etc) need to planned and staffed appropriately. Checkout staff is usually OK but too often baggers act like they could careless that they are handling peoples food.

Love going there. 5 miles from Key Bank Pavilion. Just stay on Rt 22.

Love our Krogers. This is the farthest East location, if Im not mistaken. Its off of Rt 22 right before the state line crossing into PA. Great location, Kroger Gas, many services, friendly associates, always well stocked.

Dirty nasty smelly! Never ever will I get anything from the deli or bakery. You can visibly tell they do not clean( or need to learn how to clean). HEALTH DEPARTMENT INSPECT LOCATION!!... Ive eaten street vendors food in Tijuana that are not half as disgusting as this place

Great grocery selection. Most awesome pharmacy employees, they work so hard and still have time to be helpful. All the staff are great. Managers always present and working in the store, asking how I am and do I need any help. 😁😁

Extremely helpful staff. Everythings usually stocked well unless theres a big special or something. Hard to beat prices on nearly every item in the store. If you are lucky enough to have a Kroger in your neighborhood, look no further for all your grocery needs.

A nice variety, excellent selection,lots of high quality items at reasonable prices as well as the more affordable options.Consider that I was there Christmas eve and there there was still a nice selection of Christmas food fair with no sold out sections that I could find. I was also impressed with the way the young lady was right on top of things in the self checkout lanes as several of us were buying alcoholic beverages and large items that required her to authorize us to continue and it only took her seconds to get us right back to checking out (much better than Wallies )and it was a busy place with lines at every register but not long lines as they had plenty of employees on duty.I was very very pleased with my experience.

With the Covid-19 pandemic, Im a little shocked that Krogers has not taken a mask requirement approach in these times, with both their employees and their customers. I went in yesterday to a mish-mosh of employees and people not following any sort of safety guidelines. Not everyone however, there were some employees and customers were smarter than the rest and had masks, gloves, etc. I usually love this store, and I dont really shop any place else for food, but I think all things considered, for my safety and the safety of my family, and other families, I think I am going to have to shop places that have mask requirements until this is over.

We come to Kroger when looking for the best and better groceries along with a good number of specialty items. The manager and staff are most helpful especially those covering the Fish and Meat departments. Alisha is a favorite of ours since she treats us like family. Its a well run store that stands out in this community.

Poorly stocked. Third time in a month that Ive went there for advertised items ( this time Coca cola 24 pack) and guess what... No stock . Two weeks ago it was another B.S. story. Asked to talk to a manager and the woman behind the counter (we will call her Yo) she said the manager is busy without even looking around. Rude people, poorly stocked. No wonder I use Wal Mart and Shop and Save more and more

7/23/20Masks are mandated in WV. At least two employees in Weirton WV (3 Springs) were not wearing masks. One employee near self checkout sneezed and did not even cover his nose.

Love coming to Kroger not only for your great prices but also the kindness of most of your workers. The only problem I had was just This evening I bought 18 12 packs of pop & the cashier made me put all 18 12 packs up on the belt she should of scanned them I am 64 yrs old

Cashier was awesome but their is a lady supervisor that is really rude she talked down at the 18 year old cashier and had an attitude I lasted 1:30 trying to pay for my stuff because they had changed a coupon policy the week before and wasnt even stated anywhere and the cashier wasnt informed of it either . They be changing polices that are not stated in their website . I usually drive an hour to get their but Ill be looking for another kroger to go not wasting my time with them anymore...

HORRIBLE customer service, I used click list and each time my orders were messed up. I was told I’d get a full refund and to come into the store, I get there and they offer me a $20 gift card for there store. AS IF I WANT TO GO BACK. Not to mention I waited in line for almost 20 minutes to be helped, and the manager refused to come out to speak to me and sent an associate instead.

Love this location, everything is always stocked. Great produce, meat, cheese and olive section. Store layout makes for perfect shopping trip.

Exactly what youd expect from a grocery store with fair prices. I give it three stars because the isles could be organized much better. Food and non food items were mixed throughout the store.

This is a very nice Kroger, it had been there for years. Very well stocked and easy to find items.

It has an appealing atmosphere to me, unlike Walmart. I love their fresh meat deli, the staff there are always pleasant and helpful (thru oh the store also). Their produce always looks fresh. I wanted an advertised special but the shelf was empty. A nice manager went in the back and checked on it for me and in a couple minutes a stock person brought out what I wanted.

I visited the Kroger on St Thomas Drive, and had an issue with an order. I noticed the issue after I paid, so I went to customer service. No one was at the counter, so after standing there for 5 minutes, I called the store. I found out that after 9pm there is no manager, or customer service staff... There are only managers between the hours of 9am, and 9pm, so if you have an issue, you have to come back between those hours. Very convenient when you live in Imperial PA, 25 mile away... I guess I will call Kroger Corporate Customer Care team for help, as they work additional hours to support their customers.I selected 1 star as this is the least number I can select.

Went to get some fresh flowers, I am so pleased with them, the nice lady did a spectacular job for me, I tried to tip her $10, but her employer doesnt allow it, but she did a great job

Need to fix the self checkout and take the 3 step out to pay for your food. I think put card in and wait for it to beep then take your card out is good enough for most people. Its supposed to be fast keep that in mind when you have to do 3 more steps to get recide....

I love this Kroger! In general, the produce is pretty good (fresh and not all bruised up), the staff is either average or great, the aisles are generally pretty tidy, the interior looks nice, the store is laid out in a way that is very easy to follow, they have Boars Head meat, and there is a Starbucks!

Love this store, great selection and the sales are always good. The onlyreason I didnt give 5 stars is if you buy anything thats not on sale you have to pay more than anywhere else.

This store is disgusting. I was getting produce and a pepper fell on the floor. I picked it up and gave it to a worker and said this fell on the floor and rolled under another produce stand. The pepper was filthy. She waited until she thought I left to throw it back in with the other peppers. Public floors are full of germs. I will not be shopping here anymore.

Kroger Kroger, who doesnt love kroger? It works if you work it: you get points for shopping here. Pay attention to things and you can get 2x or even 4x the points during certain events throughout the year! So imagine spending $25 and instead of getting 25 points, you get 100 points! Amazing, right? Right, you know it is. Dont play.

Sundays are always busy at this store and some weekly specials are sold out, usually thanks to the extreme couponers. This was the Sunday before Thanksgiving and it was packed. Poor aisle management was a huge problem. Displays, compounded by stacks as they tried to restock, made it nearly impossible to get through, especially in the bread aisle. All that said, this is my favorite Kroger in the area. I just need to plan my visits for non-peak shopping times.

Parking close to the door, shelves are stocked with the items I buy often, staff is friendly and helpful prices are low. I LOVE THIS STORE!!!

Customer service is greatly lacking. It was my 1st visit to krogers and when I saw the deals I was very excited I asked one of the workers if I could sign up for a krogers card once we got up to the front and she kindly replied yes once we got everything we needed and were in the process of checking out I was told that I could not get a krogers card right away and use it which is understandable but he was extremely rude about it and I didnt appreciate at all.

I drive from Pittsburgh to go shopping here. All i have around me is Shop n Save, which has nothing good ever, worst meat and bad produce. Or Giant Eagle which is so overpriced it isnt funny, and organic meat and produce which is most time bad, or not even sure it is organic.Krogers has best selection of organic meat and produce and its always good, not spoiled or half rotten. Good selection of beer and wine to choose from. Its nice to go to a store, and get what i want, for good price, that isnt bad or rotten. And i can get my food, beer and cigarettes all in same store at same time. And its 24 hours

Prices are reasonable. The only reason I didnt give a 5 is that I feel the produce department could be doing a better job.

The store is poorly set-up and is really hard to maneuver around in. The employees are rude and unhelpful. For a Kroger store, it is surprising that it has stayed open as long as it has.
