If I could have rated this store negative I would have. A certain Employee was rude to my 3 year old daughter asked her unless she was buying the Halloween mask not to touch it. First of all I understand covid is going on but there are other proper ways of speaking and to an adult clearly not to my 3 year old child. She was rude and it was better I bite my tongue than to put her in her place.

Im physically disabled, but, like the vast majority of people, there are still times when I have appointments that I can not miss. When this occurs I route my trip, in such a way that, I can get as much done, as possible, in a single round trip. This is often the deciding factor as to which Family Dollar store I shop in. The absolute majority of Family Dollar Stores that I shop in have very kind, informative & helpful employees. The small number of times that I have left a Family Dollar Store feeling disappointed or unfulfilled has, virtually always, been because of an out-of-stock situation! So, in my eyes, the employees are the real, Stars! I have always felt justified in recommending people shop there.

Website says open at 8:00 a.m. WRONG.9:00 a.m. I like shopping there just need to keep the website correct.

I specifically went to get a fly scatter. They did not have any. I was very disappointed.

The family dollar in weiser idaho is very convenient and carries a lot of quick necesitys for under $5 dollars which is a big help!

The store was pretty messy and did not look as if staff were straightening the items. However the staff were friendly and they have great prices for the area.

There is a guy that works the evening shift that has a really bad attitude and talks very rudely to customers and plays his music loudly. There employees can not answer questions correctly. I was told I could return an item if I opened it and it wasnt like I expected then they wouldnt let me Because I opened it after the clerk told me I could, no more the 2 minutes before. And when I said she just said I could his comment was I guess she forgot, but that doesnt matter we are not going to do the return.
