Weve tried many mattresses and Naturepedic was extremely comfortable and able to accommodate my wifes desire for softness and mine for firmness in 2 twins which make a king size bed, each with power bases for reading and watching movies. A great experience all around. I wanted a Naturepedic mattress because it looked like the best-quality option and the “most” organic. The company ethos resonated with me. Plus its made in America.The sales process was outstanding. The person I worked with was responsive, thoroughly knowledgeable about the product and she was really helpful in working out the logistics around delivery since I had a special circumstance.I was worried about having to put the bed together myself but that, too, was really easy.And I love the bed. Have not slept this well in a long time.

We had a wonderful visit to the Naturpedic Organic Mattress Gallery today. Our sales associate, Courtney, was very knowledgeable and helped us to choose the perfect mattress. The store is bright and clean and every COVID-19 protocol was followed to the letter. This was a much more pleasant, and ultimately successful, experience than we would have had at a large furniture store or mattress warehouse.

Very good experience. we did not like the box spring we chose (too tall with the new mattress) and Naturepedic resolved the issue quickly and easily (we had to pay shipping and they replaced the box spring)
