My husband and I walked in an hour before closing and was greeted by Gigi - she was very friendly and offered to help immediately. It took us all of 20 mins to find the perfect dining room table and with Gigi’s help the buying process took no more than 10 mins. Shes awesome, ask for her the next time you go in! 😁

We had a great experience today with Curt . Sadly the salesperson we always go to passed away. But Curt filled the shoes nicely and was very patient. From the greeting we received upon entrance to the conclusion of our visit, Hershi made my wife and I feel like VIP clients. Dan is awesome! We bought a big sectional, and decided when we got home it was too big. So we went back the next night and completely changed our order. He spent about 3 hours with us over 2 days, and was nothing but patient. He never pressured us and was very easy to work with, even when we couldnt make up our minds! Thank you, Dan!

Extremely rude staff. One sales person pushed my girlfriend out of the way to show another family the modular couch she was sitting on. Another wreaked of cigarettes and followed us around the store despite us saying we were browsing and didnt need any assistance.

We were meet at the door by Curt at the Wellington FL location...a very warm and caring associate! He listened to what we were looking for (mattress and an adjustable base for an aging relative), asked questions and showed us several mattresses. He was very knowledgeable about each one. After getting a runaround for weeks from a large mattress chain I visited rooms to go’s website. Within a minute I had a very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful sales associate online named Vicky. she asked if she can call me and I agreed. She had the mattress I was looking at a great price and even arranged for next day delivery. She even went so far as to give me her personal cell number in case I needed to get in touch .
