Very nice people. Didnt have the size of shoe I wanted but they said they could order it They mentioned that the store is closing. That location is closing for good. I told them Im sorry they may have to be losing their jobs. Its a crazy economy we live in.

The store was clean and the prices were very fair. I would have bought more if Id been offered customer service which was non existing until I was ready to leave. By then it was too late. I had an idea of what I was looking to purchase but I became frustrated trying to find my size. Perhaps it would be less difficult online. Ps the store only had a few customers. Im not sure I understand the strategy of not providing customer service especially with so many chains closing their stores. If you have average size feet and dont need help youll be pleased with the pricing. They carry name brands.

*Good store*Staff is friendly and nice. You can of course try out all the shoes and they have the tool to find your exact measurement. Their online store and physical store matches in deals. Buy one Get one is awesome since it really brings the value out of Nike shoes that are usually $60+. I recommend the Nike Lunar and its probably the most comfortable shoes Ive ever worn. This store also has a basketball shootout game to keep yourself/kids busy.

Customer service....highly poor. Also what happened to the buy one get one 50% off. Spend more money on your customer support if you are going to be over priced. I work in retail.....this location is a joke. They just sat there. We were never helped then tried to rush me thru check out. 😆💔

Popped in, bought some shoes, now I wear them!!! Oh yeah, they were pretty nice too!!

Love their boots and their deals are insanely good! I basically got a pair of boots for free with the purchase of the same brand of boots.

With that type of customer service you might as well just buy online. I wasnt really impressed I mean if youre standing around doing nothing help the customer right?

Seems like theyre closing or going to be closing soon and the three girls inside would just sit in the middle of talking not doing anything customer service was horrible

Soon after quarentine after the store open I bought a pair of sandals for my son, who is disabled, I took it home and the sandals do not fit him properly, I brought them back to the store for return. I never noticed that the pair of sandals had some wear and tear maybe from people trying on in the store. The store manager gave me a hard time and refuse to give me credit and acussing me of being worn after the sale, he also mentioned covid 19 as an excuse for credit denial. His body language express disgusted. I felt very embarrased due to accusation in front of other customers needless to say the pair of shoes never been worn. He also said the cashier get rid off the pair of shoes and also told me not to come back to the store. Do NOT buy in the store, your return will be refused in a poor customer service manner.

Decent selection of men shoes and friendlier service than other locations. Additionally, they normally have good discounts and competitive prices.

The Wellington location is well set up the Boynton Beach one is like they just stuck in there. Good selection and variety way better in Wellington. Workers are spot on with knowing the brands

Nice variety of all kind of shoes for everyone, everything appeared bit pricey to me though. There were couple workers talking to each other, they could have come up to us and offersed help, we were browsing for over 15 minutes and no one approached us, some people might actually like not getting bothered by sales reps though.

We just left the shoe carnival in Wellington. My daughter wanted a pair of sandals and we overheard an older man that worked there running his mouth about how people come in and make the place a disaster. He was so rude and unprofessional that we left.

Rudeness. Rigsby who helped me was so friendly but Judyyy the manager was so rude. The shoes I was buying were in the wrong box and when I asked if she had the shoes that belonged in the box she rolled her eyes, huffed and walked slowly to the back. When I realized she was in no hurry I asked to just be refunded because I didn’t care to wait on Judyyy any longer. Unfortunately manager Judyyy was needed to override the return. Awful. Not worth the discount.

I had really hoped to find a pair of boots or some shoes. I have been a few different occasions and their selection is mediocre and a bit pricey. It could just not be my style of shoe store. I have had better luck at other shoe venues.

It is always nice to come here! The staff is nice and always helpful to my mom and I. If youre looking for some really nice glittery/fancy/elegant shoes, they also have like almost an entire wall dedicated to those.

Could not find what I really wanted except for my daughters sneakers, and thought they would have better prices aside of clearance items

This paticular store had a better selection of flip flops then two other ones I went to . Clean and good customer service.

The staff was very helpful and I got in and out pretty quickly. They didnt have the right size, so they ordered it and shipped to my house for free!
