I ordered and paid for carpets a few months ago but wasn’t ready for installation because I was waiting for their floor people to oil my wood floors. Those people came in at a price of over 6 dollars a square foot, I could buy new floors for that price. So I cleaned my floors myself. For 2 weeks I’ve been waiting for my rugs to be delivered they gave me this Saturday WHEN THEY KNOW THE POLO CLUB DOES NOT ALLOW DELIVERIES ON SATURDAY. I’ve bought flooring and other things from them too. THEIR FOLLOW THROUGH AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL JUST AWFUL. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER THING FROM THEM.

Absolutely Outstanding! I live and have a local business in Wellington and work with Salesmen and Installers all day. From the beginning my experience with their salesman was great. Paul is professional and very informative. Joe hit it out of the park with his quality installation and meticulous attention to detail. We had a flood in our home and needed to replace ALL our floors and carpets. We searched many places and received a lot of estimates. We chose Wellington Floor Specialists for many reasons, but the two most important were quality and knowledge. We decided to change the entire look of our home from tile floors to wood floors. Cathy, Tom and their team were FANTASTIC.They were clean, neat, and delivered what they promised.They are competitively priced, but their team of workers have such high standards. We replaced all our floors and carpets with WELLINGTON FLOORS. Yes, you can shop around, but quality is what you get with Wellington Floor Specialists.

I went to Floor Specialists not knowing exactly what kind of flooring I wanted. The owner, Cathy, sat with me for quite awhile and educated me about the differences between laminate and wood. She and Tom pulled many samples and we filled the floor with them. I wound up taking about 4 samples home. None of them worked and we started the process again. I ultimately wound up with a gorgeous Tigerwood floor. The installers were meticulous..really taking their time to place the planks on the floor in an order to showcase all the natural characteristics of the wood. I am thrilled with my experience - from start to finish - with Floor Specialists and highly recommend them.

I cannot rave enough about the integrity of the owner-Tom. He has stood behind a floor that the manufacturer would not at great cost to him. He replaced all the flooring which was a sizable amount and footed the entire amount. It was a long process which involved an independent appraiser which verified the floor was defective and Tom just kept reassuring us that he would make it right.The installer, Alex, was so eager to make sure we were happy with everything and did a beautiful job.Tom made sure everything that needed to be moved, adjusted, etc. was taken care of and always in the most pleasant manner.It is so rare in todays environment that a business does everything to make their customer happy. Tom did floors for us years ago and we were delighted then as well. Unfortunately, a flooding issue caused us to get all the flooring replaced or we would still have the original.Flooring Specialists should be you first and only choice in choosing flooring since the owner is many times as important as the product.

This flooring company wont tell you pricing until you tell them what city you live and specifically what neighborhood and home address. They dont display pricing anywhere in their store. Basically they will size you up and see how much they can gouge your for. I have gone to many floor companies in the south Florida area and this place by far is way over priced for products which you can get at many other floor companies for 30-35% less. They claim that they are award winning and meticulous but that doesnt justify them overcharging. There are other floor companies who will do just as good of a job if not better. Beware.

Pre-sales is great. Post sale is another story.Extreme lack of communication.Does not deliver as promised.
