We’ve been unable to find the double bridle that we wanted....The Dressage Store had it! When we received it, it was a bit too tight...they’ve been incredible helping and marking sure that we have what we need, grateful for this store! Excellent customer service!!

I buy regularly from them and recommend them to friends. There is no other store in Wellington that offers such high quality merchandise at such great prices. The owner works incredibly hard and does her absolute best to please customers.

I had ordered a Schockemohle Double Bridle from this store on August 14th. Followed up on Sept 1 to get an order status and they said it should be shipping in the next few days, i followed up the next week and got the same response... now October 1st and they still cannot provide any further information so now i have canceled this with The Dressage Store.Orders for boots from two people i know have been messed up, store staff is extremely rude. I will never shop with them again.

I have had nothing but problems when ordering especially with delivery ! Oh my gosh just awful service Tried ordering boots and they would never get back to me Then received broken whips twice as they don’t know how to package products. Now they botched delivery of boots I ordered through another dealer but they had to be shipped to them first and then to me and clearly the help there is not qualified to handle these things as my (paid) overnight turned into a week delivery as the label was not put on correctly
