I have been coming to RB for several years now. I will always find good deals in either the now closed west palm location or Wellington. Great staff. There are plenty items to chose from too. I totally recommend this business.

Best store, employees, so nice

2 years ago I took an AUTHENTIC NEW 8K Chanel rain coat to consign. The person who does the authentication knew nothing about designer clothes. She said it was fake & refused to take it. I Had receipt. I sold it elsewhere for 6K at a store in Palm Beach.Took another Chanel jacket in WITH TAGS & never worn. It sold but I was socked at the check the gave me for a 4K new jacket. Dont know what they sold it for but a check to me under $200 was ridiculous.Prices are good for shopper but bad for consignor. I occasionally look at their clothes. Prices are good but most items in a medium to small size are not good. They are seriously lacking in small size shoes. Will try them again & see if staff & business are better.

Red Ballon Wellington is fantastic! I don’t have “high-end” items, but they are fair with pricing, and the speed in which I get a payout... The staff is so helpful & friendly.

This has been my store to shop for 30yrs! Bought for my kids when they were younger and myself. Most recently hubby too! Looking forward to visiting their new digs in Wellington.

Love Ms. Patty at this store but everyone else are so rude and make their client feel like they annoying them. Especially the older blond women needs to learn more customer service skills or find a new job that will make her happy. In overall all employees needs some customer service skills except of Ms. Patty!!! She should train them or find new employees that will like to do their job.

Went to the one on forest hill, I try to sell a suit from my husband but apparently they only accept certain sizes no too big no too small, and also brought two handbags but they were toó picky and their offer was not enough for me... they could do better.

Small but nice. Things are sorted by size and color, and the prices are very reasonable. Even though its small, there are dressing rooms, which is convenient.

My first experience with a Consignment Store was unacceptable!!I went to sell some of my items and in the process, they claimed that some of them were stolen, which is almost impossible for the items I was selling. You sign the agreement that if anything won’t sell within x period of time, the price and payout goes down, so they kept my items without displaying them in order to stretch time and limit payout. I went to the store twice to see if they’re out and they were not!! I even asked about it and received random excuses, there were also unable to show me the items. They are not loyal to customers, it’s lies and rude attitude and I’m sure this is not the only case. Feeling now like theyve stole from me.Stay away !!!

Rude, unprofessional staff. When I questioned one of their decisions I was told basically take my business else where. After partnering with them and helping them as well as myself make a few dollars over the years they showed me that my business or my opinion meant less than nothing to them. No customer loyalty at all. So much for supporting small local business.
