The staff was very helpful. Explained the different fasteners and which ones would work best for my needs. Also, the gift card would not scan so he patiently tried a couple of times and then keyed in (what seemed like 1000 numbers) to make it work. Great Service!!!!

Friday we stopped here on the way to the beach. Before going, I had called to check and see if they have what we were looking for. The employee, a gentleman, was really helpful with all of my questions about the specific beach gear. The gentleman gave us all of the information that we needed, even checking on the specifics himself by going to the items.We swam in the ocean for hours, but when we weren’t, we used the items on this nice beach day.Thanks!!

Great store, nice people working there. If I had any complaints it would be the signage in the store. I needed some small nails and I saw the sign at the end of the aisle that said “nails”. Looked up and down that aisle, plenty of screws and bolts, no nails. So, I got curious and went to the next section in the store and found the nails on the outside wall. Glad I found them because otherwise I would have been very disappointed!

Aubuchon Hardware in Wells, Maine is a great place to shop for all of your hardware needs. Their prices are competitive with the big box stores. They have great sales and a great rewards program. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. You can also order online and they will notify you when your order is ready for pickup. Very convenient.

Ive been there only once before and would have rated it a 5 except for the guy behind the counter yesterday was acted like we were bothering him The woman a few weeks ago was amazing . And yesterday the man who helped us fill propane was so sweet. I know this should be 5...I just think the guy behind the counter didnt want to be there.
