They did an amazing job holding my hand during a pretty difficult situation for me. The whole thing was terribly timed and they did everything they could to help me get it resolved.The only things that I would change are their prices (but the fact that they are AAA approved made it worth it) and I would have loved to get an update every three days. However, the fact that the owner reached out to me personally after a few days to make sure everything was good was extremely impressive.Everything else about this business is SPOT ON and the two things I mentioned are important to me, not deal breakers by any means. I would never recommend this business to another person. I was hugely disappointed and not treated with respect. There was no service received in the one full week the car was at the shop. It was there to have the AC repaired. They “thought they fixed it”. There was no empathy or compensation or offer of anything to offset my inconvenience. I was glad that Gary offered to reimburse me for having my mechanic at home diagnose my AC problem but he has yet to pay up. This place does not honor its word. High Tech evaluated a vehicle for me to determine if it was worth repairing. They helped me at a very fair price and explained the cost of repairs. I plan to use them in the future based on their excellent customer service.

I’ve been coming to High-Tech Auto for several years and they’ve always taken good care of me and my car. They are so good at explaining what’s going on with my car and what I need. Plus they are very friendly and their Covid protocols are excellent. Highly recommend!ETA that they are still the best! My husband changed his service when we got married because I insisted and he has not been disappointed either.

They were the only mechanics able to get me in within 2 weeks in Wenatchee Valley. They were very courteous and professional during the whole process.I initially took my starter into Auto Electric who stated that my starter was fine and didnt need to be replaced. Hi-Tech Automotive ended up diagnosing that it was a starter causing the issue.Theyre great mechanics and provide great service, but they are incredibly expensive. For the diagnostic of the starter it was around $214, which is reasonable since I misdirected them stating the starter was fine.The quote to completely replace a starter would have brought the total to around $610 or more. Im not mechanically savvy by any means, but I was able to replace the starter in under 20 minutes in a parking lot for a whopping $125 from AutoZone.Asking around, anyone will tell you that they are very pricey compared to the competitors. Otherwise they are great mechanics who provide quality service.

High Tech Automotive is the most trustworthy auto shop in the Wenatchee Valley.Always professional, nice, courteous, AND THEY DO NOT OVERCHARGE YOU. Complete honesty.Also, if they repair or add parts to your vehicle, you get warranty on those parts, and they will repair it again for free if a part was faulty.I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Thank YOU for the reply.Called for a simple estimate on a catalytic converter and the lady was going to force me to come pay for an inspection to get the part numbers and what have you and I already have the number and she refused without the inspection that is NOT free. Clearly a company that will nickel and dime you. Plenty of other company’s out there I’d pick one of them :)

My 2013 Range Rover Evoque was not recognizing its smart key everything I read and everyone I called said you need to take it to a dealer (closest RR dealer was 145 miles) course it wouldnt run.I remembered hearing about High Tech on the radio.I decided to call and Chuck (great dude) says we can take care of that!Had it towed there, they fixed it, saved me some money and they now have a customer for life.

Quick in and quick out, they contacted me via text message and email and called me when I didn’t text or email back to let me know my Jeep was ready. They even emailed the 26 point inspection to me and printed out a copy for me to keep. I will recommend them to my friends and will use them again for all of my transmission needs

High Tech Automotive did a great job on diagnosing the issues my vehicle was having. After paying for multiple unsuccessful treatments from a dealer service department, High Tech Automotive found the actual problem. Theyre all friendly, obliging, and flexible in helping during the difficult time of needing an auto repair. I worked with Chuck, and Chuck was awesome.

High Tech solved our problems. They were great about communicating timelines, prices, and explaining what was going on. I feel they had my best interests in mind when dealing with the issues. Chuck was a great communicator and handled our problems from beginning to end. I will be back for future vehicle needs.

The Door-Ajar light on the dash of my F-250 showed that a door was open when all the doors were closed. With their diagnostic tools, High-Tech was able to determine that the door-ajar switch in the passenger door was faulty. High-Tech replaced the faulty switch and the dash light now operates as it should! Great job!Very impresed with the the thoroughness of their safety inspection!

We took our care there to get transmission replaced, they said max. time 2 weeks., that was fine, but when we got it back just under 2 months later, broken windshield. Dont use these people for ANY transmission work period.

My first experience with high tech was service on a 1996 chevy corsica and when I brought it in it was surely sick and on its last leg but after the team at high tech got done with it I was able to get 7 more years of driving without a car payment and it drove like a brand new vehicle!! My next experience was with my 2012 chevy impala and from start to finish I felt that my time input and business was important and in the best of hands. I also am thankful for the loner car they provide at zero cost, you wont get that at many or most other auto repair businesses in town. I wasnt impressed. Just another mechanic shop overpricing parts. Every other place I called the were about 40% cheaper than High Tech. But other than that they were nice.

I was dreading diagnosis and the info was not good. 3 shot motor mounts. A Mazda 4 shouldnt rumble at all.After I recovered from the shock I turned my baby over.A day later I returned to pay and pick up my car. I received sale prices on the parts. What luck!.When I turned the key and I could barely tell she was running.I walked back in the shop slack-jawed. All I could say was, oh my gosh.Im a happy man.Im also a loyal man. High Tech Automotive is a very professional and polite shop. I took my 1991 Nissan 300zx to the shop to fix a complicated problem causing the car to idle very high. I was afraid no one in town would be able to work on it, let alone WANT to work on it. High Tech Automotive took the challenge head on, dealing with the headache of finding the near impossible to find parts due to lack of production and then replacing the hard to access parts due to the design of the car! They called and updated me on everything and ensured I understood what the problem was and the solution they intended on using before ever doing the work. They have a great system where you can see the inspection they do all online and the techs explain their findings. It’s nice to see that they actually do the inspection and not just say they do. They will give recommendation on anything they find that needs repaired, but are not pushy on getting you to do the repairs that you didn’t intend on doing. The shop environment is clean and modern making it have a welcoming feeling. I highly recommend this shop and will continue to give them my business! After a week of driving the car around the repairs have held up and the car is back on the road!

I love the report card I receive when I pick my car up. It explains what is needed now, soon and in a year. This report is so helpful. Besides I like and trust Chuck. The team at high tech is incredible!! They work so hard to find answers. They got my car running again & fixed some other smaller issues in the meantime...their software also gave me a list of potential future issues to be aware of! They explained things in a way I could understand & were helpful & patient. I will be referring all my friends and family here because I know they will be well taken care of!

I was really impressed by these guys. I’m not a mechanic, so when my vehicle needs repair, I have to just take the mechanic’s word for it when it comes to which parts need replacement ect...But these guys took pictures of the the parts/areas that needed to be replaced/worked on. They also showed me a comparison between the fluids in my car and new. It was nice to have a comprehensive auto diagnosis and recommendations emailed to me, which they later called to discuss. They took the time to answer any questions, explain my options, and help me prioritize the work that was needed. They even called a Lyft for me when I dropped it off, and sent another to pick me up when the work was done.

Service is top notch. The people are great. I highly recommend.

Car was taken in with oil pressure issues. They did a full car inspection and found a number of issues. No pressure from them and I only fixed the initial issue. Great place, great people, great service. Completed when promised.

I’ve never had an automotive shop send me a text showing all the read outs from the diagnostic test that was done. It points out all the items that are fine and all the items that need attention. I’m not easily impressed, especially with automotive repair, but this place just won me over. Great work 👍.

I was blown away by the fact that there was NO WALL between the shop and the office. And why would there be one? The shop is spotless! Gary and his crew know how to make a customer feel welcome and comfortable! And the price was exactly what Gary quoted, no hidden fees or surprises!As far as the negatives go.... well I do have one regret.... My truck was definitely running rough before taking it to High Tech. It turned out, there were a few probable causes that hadn’t ever been addressed. Now, it runs better than I’ve ever experienced it running.

Was out of town and my trucks engine light came on and was running very rough.called High tech because they had good reviews. They let me know that the diagnostic would run $79 - $250. After the $300 diagnostic which did not say what caused the spark plug to be damaged. They offered a complete tune up at the cost of $1800. Towed the truck back to the West side To our mechanic $125 later a new coil pack and spark plug fixed and runs great. He new exactly what thE problem was. Definitly will not return to high tech. Be careful.

Persoal take time to explain wait needs to be done. They keep track of the work snd let me know what can wait.They are very professional in office and in the shop. The waiting area and bay area are clean, so when you get back your vehicle its doesnt have grease all over it. Inside or out!

Gary, Chuck and Chelsea are the best. They answer your questions, they dont talk around the point. All mechanics and service advisers are ASC certified and a couple masters. I trust them with all my vehicles. The digital text that helps me really know whats going on with my vehicle and what is coming up.

I have been taking all 3 of my vehicles to High Tech Automotive for over three years. My vehicles are a 2000, 2001 & 2003 all with mileage over 100,000 and 1 over 200,000. They keep my vehicles up to factory or better standards. The cost has been large, but still less than buying a newer vehicle.
