Ive been with AT&T for awhile and have never had problems connecting to their network or have felt that I was overcharged. The in-store employees have been a big help with my mother, who is not exactly tech savvy. They explain everything so she understands what shes paying for or if theres a need to alter her plan. Perez is the best! He helped us sort out our plan following the untimely passing of the primary account holder. Perez was friendly, knowledgeable, and very fast, and went above and beyond to get us set up.

Honestly, not sure where to begin. First and foremost every one of my experiences here have exceeded my expectations. Chris has been a force to be reckoned with. Hes like a dog with a bone when it comes to customer satisfaction. He refuses to give up until he finds the solution everyone is looking for... even when the problem began elsewhere he takes it head on. He has been a champion time and time again. Everyone at this location from the top Rick, Chris and so on youre always seen and heard. Quite honestly the best service Ive received in any industry in a long time... even with COVID-19. Fabiola is the greatest! Came in today to upgrade to a new phone after my latest phone was trashed. She answered all my questions and hooked me up speedy quick with the phone for me. She set up my new phone with the case, screen protector, etc and all my info transferred from my old phone. Made life easy today :) Thanks again Fabiola!

Great customer service. I purchased a watch online and received a refurbished one instead of new also wrong size. So after calling and explaining our situation in search of the right size they gladly resolved the issue by giving us a brand new one in the right size even though it wasnt their mistake. Totally worth the 180 miles round trip.

They were very helpful and patient with me. Bummed out they didnt have a case for the Moto I bought in store. Dont worry if you have iphone they have you covered!

On 7/19, we were assisted by Manager Rick Rocha. We only waited a short time for assistance, and he took the time to answer all our questions and explain things to us. He is extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He was very personable, friendly and funny. The overall experience was fantastic and we will always ask for him now, when we return for future assistance and shopping.

Went in to switch plans from Verizon and they made it so easy and seamless. Rick gave such great customer service that I had my parents switch carriers over to AT&T and it was just as easy. Any time I go into the store I always get fast friendly service and they do everything they can to make sure we leave satisfied.

I went in to possibly upgrade my phone and came out with a new one all because the customer service there was amazing. Chris went above and beyond to help me with my questions and made me feel like I made the right choice. I didn’t come out feeling like I just got ripped off and was paying more than I needed to. He even took the time to see if I could save any money on my current plan. I feel like most companies want to up-sell you on a newer plan that costs more. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone in the valley.

I called two times and each time they hung up on me before I was done talking I was disappointed I’ve heard good things about them but experienced different

I am frustrated beyond belief. I went to upgrade my kid’s lines and Ross told me he could get me a deal if I just added two more numbers instead. He told me I had to keep the old numbers for at least three months and that HE would credit my account and cancel the numbers. He then had a boy with glasses finish everything. He seemed very nervous but told me multiple times that Ross was a manager and was able to give me the deal. It’s been way over three months now and my bill is still extremely high. I called in to the 800 number and find out that Ross did NOTHING. Now no one can’t do anything because canceling lines to get promotions is apparently something that disqualifies you. I’m stuck now with different numbers and two very expensive phones. If I had known I would NOT have purchased the new iPhones and had gone for something cheaper. I’m so embarrassed because I had family come to see him to get the same deal as me and now we all had our money STOLEN. I came to East Wenatchee to see him and find out they are permanently closed!!! DO NOT USE AT&T! I left directly to T-Mobile. I recommend you do the same.

Purchase went great. Store employee was courteous and patient. For purchasing all new phones for the family, it went very seamless.

The in store people are lazy and do not want to do their job, let alone help in any way. Bare minimum sales effort. They want you to use the call center or go online with questions. Its a cell phone store and not a true at&t store.

It has good coverage but sometimes my phone has problems with getting text messages in. I assumed its the service and remembered getting into trouble with this. This issue never fails :(

I have been calling the store since they opened and I would like to know why no one is answering. I just have a few questions but no one is either at the store or have any interest. I usually have great service but Im pretty upset with how no one answers the phone. There are other people in the world. I dont have time to walk in like everyone else so someone needs to be answering the phone!

The point of sales system was having trouble. But Chris was friendly and knowledgable. and worked through it. He Helped us get the right phone, right plan, right cases and even right accessories. As we just moved over from the west side and had Xfinity Mobile for 2 years, who we quite frankly, were tired of the crummy customer service. He helped me pick out the beats wireless earpods and why they would work better for me than the earpod pros i already have(they keep falling out of my ears at work). Cant wait to get them in as they were out of stock. Chris also follwed up with us the next day. Defintely gonna use ATT and Specifically Chris for all my smartphone needs, and future purchases of accesories and possibly Tablets in the near future.

Went in to get my girlfriends line switched from Verizon, they took care of everything and she now has more data for a lower price. There was a service difficulty that they dealt with in a timely manor, ended up giving her a free month of service for the inconvenience. I am very happy with their phone & customer service.

After countless calls and worthless online chats with the support team I give up! This company has given me the worst customer experience Ive ever had.. Here is proof that there is truly something wrong with your coverage and your service is a joke!

I have called the store about 10 times in the last two days and no one ever answered. i also have went online the last two days to check my upgrade status and it wouldnt go thru just made me re-login again. then the internet consultant would not answer the question i had kept asking other questions i had no interest in. so disgusted with the service
