We just purchased our 6th KIA and every one one of them has come from Wenatchee Kia. We dont even live in the area, but we refuse to go anywhere else for our vehicles. They make it as easy and seamless as possible. They do all the legwork they can ahead of time for us and we always leave extremely satisfied. Just love my Kia Sportage I just bought. The entire transaction was smooth and seamless. Everyone that we dealt with was a pleasure. The guys were great and I personally would recommend Wenatchee Kia to anyone buying a car!!!

After driving 3 hours to look at a vehicle and test drive the car and agreeing on a price, the dealership did not honor our price agreed upon. I worked with John who was great, but the manager came into the lobby to tell me that he thought we were talking about a different car that was the base model of the vehicle that we agreed upon. Both cars were priced the same and were listed on several websites with that price. So, the manager basically denied the agreement because he made a mistake. He did not honor our final agreement and to me that is poor salesmanship. If a company lists something or makes an agreement on a price they should honor the price. Basically I was told the next day that car would be listed for $2000 more like it was my fault that it was listed for the price they did. They also made it my problem when the agreed to pay for the taxes and licensing and then turned it around wanting me to pay the fees to get the car. They stated that I would have to pay taxes and licensing where ever I go. True, but we had an agreement and the customer should be right in this instance. Not happy with any part of the situation. They do not honor all deals. Avoid them at all cost.

Took my car in for a service call. I showed up early and they got me in early. I was in and out in what felt like no time and they were friendly. I would definitely consider buying a car from them based on their service dept.

Never in my life have I had such an easy experience buying a car! The Kia family at Wenatchee Kia made it painless and enjoyable. I went car shopping with my son-in-law to buy a car for them. I have purchased several cars in my life and I have to say that I dont think Ive had a better car buying experience. Mark Anderson was our salesman and he was no pressure and very helpful. Even though it was used, they took care of the tires, fender and couple other small issues. The car was fairly priced before they did the repairs and we didnt even have to ask!

When I decided to purchase a new car, I did lots of research and decided that I wanted a Kia Sportage. I worked with Randy Sage at Wenatchee Kia and my expectations were exceeded. The car rocks, but the professionalism and small town honesty were so refreshing after coming from a big city. I explained what I wanted and he sold me exactly that...without trying to sell me more then I needed. When I talk to someone purchasing a car, I will definitely refer them to Randy at Wenatchee Kia. The complete team was wonderful. The follow up care and reminders have been very helpful. The car was loaded with lots of features that I love, including the moon roof and sun roof, heated seats, towing package, GPS and of course all wheel drive. It handles really well on snowy roads. The entire staff at Wenatchee Kia went above and beyond all expectations during the purchase of my 2017 Kia Sorento. My salesman, Mark Anderson, was prepared, knowledgable, and supportive. This was the first nice car I have every purchased and he kept me calm and kept me within my expected payment. When I got in a fender bender shortly after purchasing the car, they were super supportive of the entire process, making sure to make sure that I got back into my car, or to get a replacement if needed. Dave gave me his home number and made sure to meet my car at the body shop to give his advice on the best fix. Fortunately, the car was an easy fix and I was kept safe in very dangerous road conditions. I would definitely recommend Wenatchee Kia, and I have!

After trying to broker a deal with the owner / manager of this lot Dave (which I by no means have to do since I have the car plug also i have a perfect credit file) I was met with a puffed chest and him getting 1 inch away from my persons and face and yelling at me loudly. I would assume that is a threat of violence. Very disappointed with these folks as I am trying to PAY them. I will take my business to my family contact to get my vehicle for pennies on the dollar while I continue to watch there lot sit idle and not sell from afar. Sorry we could not do business and You were so upset today David. I was really hoping to make you some money and more importantly make a new friend today. Very friendly and helpful everytime we visit them to get a new vehicle.

Paid about $800 for repairs and had a 22 point safety check done yesterday. My car died today in 100+ degree weather. You clearly didnt do a thorough job. You even joked you wouldnt leave me stranded. Well, you did. Never coming back. Moreover, they kept messing with the schedule even though I wrote it down as they were telling me when to be there in my scheduler. They kept blaming me but I wrote it down twice. Avoid this place.

These are very, very dishonest people. They sold me a car that had issues before it even left the lot. They agreed to repair it when I brought the vehicle back. When I returned, they had forgotten about the promised repairs and did not want to honor their promise. They then rudely agreed and their inept mechanics couldnt get the problems fixed. They fixed an unrelated issue and patted themselves on the back. The problems still persist and they refuse to fix them because they say they cant find them. I brought the vehicle to another mechanic that confirmed everything that I had been telling Kia. On top of that, they wont give me my warranty paperwork. I paid and extra $1000+ for a warranty that doesnt mean anything because these people are the ones that have to honor the warranty. Ive been to the dealership twice to get paperwork and both times they refused to give it to me. They also altered the carfax report they gave me so it didnt show that this was a fleet vehicle. They purchased it at an auction in Canada knowing it was a previous budget rental car and omitted that from the carfax report. When you purchase a former rental car it usually comes at a substantial discount but they sold it to me at full price knowing they were ripping me off. I never would have purchased a former rental vehicle had they not blatantly lied to me. You put my family in danger you disgusting filth. You may enjoy your experience when they are polite and trying to sell you a vehicle. As soon as you have an issue they will be rude and disregard you. These people are extremely dishonest at worst, extremely inept at best. Either way you dont want to work with people who are either stupid or dishonest, and would treat a military veteran with this amount of disregard.Update: I contacted Kia and they had the GM of this dealership contact me. He was as slimy and they come. Lied to me the entire conversation and only tried to discredit everything I said, even though I have documented proof. I contacted the state AG but theyre toothless. If you deal with these scumbags this is what you can expect. I only wish I could remember the loser GMs name so I could call him out publicly. Stereotypical dirt bag used car salesman.
