Scheduled an appointment for emissions test 10 days ago. Brought vehicle in and was told I had no appointment. Man at desk lied about their phone number when asked if the number I called was correct. No apology. No working to fit us in. Told us to go somewhere else. Worst customer service I have ever recieved. Planned on going here for all my automotive needs because they are so close, but I would drive an hour to avoid this place.

This is the place for my emissions and safety test. Great customer service and very reasonable. Also aleather couch in the waiting room plus a big screen tv. Love these guys..not Firestone.

Got an evap system leak fixed here. Service was quick, and communication was frequent and clear. These folks are good, and will make sure to do an excellent job.

Excellent tire store. Got me in quickly and worked around my schedule when I needed them to. Got a better deal here than the major chain I originally planned on going to. Got 2 tires today and was in/out in less than 1/2 hour. They definitely earned my business & we will use them from now on for sure.

The professionals at Zisser treat me with courtesy and respect, and do not talk down to me as so many other mechanics have over the years because I am a female. I always take my vehicles to Zisser and get great service at reasonable prices. They will take home customers who live nearby when we drop off our car, and send someone to pick us up when its ready.

Took my truck here only because its very close to my house and I needed an alignment after suspension upgrades. Dropped off Thursday for it to be aligned for $90 Friday they werent able to get to it. Saturday I received several calls from different service writers. 1st call was saying because I had 26 wheels they needed to do the Tru-track alignment. I get that Im a person of color, however my wheels were only 20. I used to work at an automotive shop before I did a career change (F18 Mechanic). Was told it would be a $250 dollar alignment, I said ok. Then I get another call saying that it needed suspension work after. Then the bill went from 90 to 550. I decided not to have the work done, then went to another automotive shop and I witnessed them shake down the front end and had it aligned for $80. The sad part was when the service writer was speaking to me they were very adamant that because they have high reviews that they wouldnt upsell me anything.Had they looked at the vehicle the first time, had 1 service writer call back with a final quote I would of have the work done that wouldnt of needed to be done.

These guys take excellent care of us. I have a ton of teenagers and teenager quality vehicles. Sometimes theyre easy, sometimes theyre a mess. But Zisser always takes great care of us.

I want to Thank Kevin and the team at Zisser Tire. I have lived in Wentzville for 16 years and just now found this gem of a company. They started servicing my families cars over the last few months. This included a new set of tires. If you want Exceptional Service at a great price, you do not need to go anywhere else. This is a great hometown company that reminds me of the Service establishments we grew up with. We will not take our cars anywhere else other than too Kevin and his team at Zisser. The one star rating comes from three different experience of which the 3rd is the worst. On the first experience they quoted me $575 over the phone but when i picked up the car it was 690. While I was picking up my car they accidentally charged one persons credit card with another persons bill and took 20 minutes to straighten that out. On experience number two I took my car in for an inspection. When I got to the license office they had put on the paper the car failed but they had done all the work to fix it they just didn’t give me the updated paper. I had someone stop by on the way home and pick up the paper that said it passed but they wouldn’t give it to her without seeing the car. Even though they had just done all the work 15 minutes before that. They forced me to drive the car back up there so they could stand there and look at it. On experience three I took my car to them because it had three trouble codes in the computer all of which had to do with an oxygen sensor and i needed an emissions inspection . They called me and told me that my car did not have catalytic converters on it and it would take $2000 to fix. I went and picked the car up and put the oxygen sensor in for $100 which took 20 minutes and found it does have catalytic converter‘s on it and it passed emissions with no problem. That’s an example of a shady mechanic trying to steal money. Take your car somewhere else not the Wentzville location.

So far so good! They were very helpful. I had to make an appointment for later as they were quite busy but that wasnt a problem. I would rather them to be busy with work than not. Kinda shows that others like their work!

Employees were extremely helpful! Helped load our car onto a uhaul trailer and checked our vehicles tire pressure for our trip. Would definitely recommend!

Ive been going to Zisser in Wentzville since they opened. I would recommend them highly. Always been fair and honest with me. Theyve even sent me to the dealer for warranty work! Dont hesitate to try them out.

Honest work, great prices, and the owner is always there to make sure things are done right. I had a difficult car to align, and they got it fixed. Good knowledgeable mechanics on duty. Would give Zisser tire no stars. Called them on a Monday for tires on my camper. Guy said I’ll have them Friday, made appointment for Saturday afternoon. Take camper out there and guy tells me he does not have the tires. Sorry. Now I’m searching for tires again. What a waste of time.

Great service! Squeezed me in without an appointment so I could get my tires rotated before vacation. Rotation was free because I bought my tires there. Love the tires too.

Very impressed with their willingness to stay late past close to get my tires changed out. There was some sort of delay earlier in the day but when they could have just told me it wouldn’t get done until tomorrow they stepped up and finished it past close that night.

The staff was pleasant. I made an appointment for a Monday on the prior Saturday. The appointment was apparently never actually scheduled. The gentleman there made do and got the job done. The problem came when I picked them up. Neither of my tires was balanced, and both of my brand new rims were scratched. I was told they don’t balance trailer tires. I was charged for it though as I paid for “mounting and balancing”. He offered to balance them, but for me extra trips to the tire shop aren’t in my schedule. It was the end of the day so there was no time to fix the problem.

Our boat trailer busted a tire on the highway an hour before they closed and they got us in right away and changed the tire for us!! Amazing customer service!

Need help in an emergency? DO NOT go here! We are were on a cross country road trip taking our youngest daughter to her Army training station when we noticed wire showing through our tire. We explained the situation and they told us they were too busy to help with four children and two adults in the car. Hope you enjoy some much deserved bad Kharma Zisser Tire..

Zisser went above and beyond. I needed a new tire and wheel on my trailer ASAP. Instead of just telling me where to get a wheel for it he got me a part number to make it even faster. I showed up with the wheel and they started on it immediately and had me back on the road in 25 minutes. All the other shops around town would have took thier time. I definitely will be back.

Rented a U-Haul trailer and the guys were great

We were traveling in the area when we saw the front tire of our motorhome was worn down to the steel belt. We went into the store for help and were turned away flat. They told us they couldnt help us today or the next day that they were too busy. So much for southern hospitality or even common courtesy. I wouldnt go there again after this for any reason. I found another tire store nearby that put everything aside for the 30 minutes it took them to help us.

Fast and processional

Ive been going to Zissers for years, theyve always been great to work with and have done an excellent job but the past year theyve gotten slower and slower doing a rotation/oil change. It used to be Id be in and out in around a hour but the last 3 visits its taken 2 to 3 hours, I dont know if theyre trying to make it with one mechanic but my time is worth money too so Ill be looking for another shop.

Zisser is a trust worthy partner in maintaining your car from oil changes to engine repair. The identify the issue and repair only whats needed.

Never offered a $10 road hazzard and I have a small slice in my tire. Told me because i didnt have it i was pretty much out of luck. Tire is only a month old. Spent over $400 on tires this past year and they couldnt do anything but take off $20 off a new tire. I would not recommend going here and if you do, you will have to ask about any warranties and other policies they dont ask or mention to you. Pretty bad business ethics for a company that has been around for a long time. Disappointing all around.

Not sure what to do when you are told to return your call on a sun and they have a locked gate. No one to call. Tried everything.Edit: next day got ahold of them and they did not charge extra for us returning the trailer next am. But was difficulty when you work and needed to drive all the way back to wentzville. Added another star, it could have been worse.
