Went in to get temporary hair dye and the manager said that it was the best and product’s and I asked her if we needed to mix it with anything or do anything and she said no that’s why it’s the best and it was supposed to be black with a purple undertone and it turned out blue and green and I went back and she said that I should of put bleach in it and I already had bleach in it and the places it had bleach in they were blue

The store seemed to be nice and clean. We actually went in looking for barretts for my daughter. They only had a few to choose from. They did have a lot of other items for beauty to choose from though. Its not typically a place I would go to so I dont have a real detailed opinion on it.

This place is awful..... The sales girls clearly have zero training, and on top of that they’re just flat out rude......They can’t tell me anything I need to know about products! they never suggest an alternative when I can’t find what I need. After my worst experience involving two girls at the counter, not even asking if I needed help, they just stood there, I will not be back. I politely asked their names at different times just to be able to share later because this is the worst location I’ve ever visited!!! Emma and Cameron are their names. Don’t remember what they look like but one had brightly colored hair. they were clearly not fit for the job or to be working with people. Do they really hire girls like this? What a joke! Awful. I will stay with the O’Fallon location, they always offer advice to me.

When I walked in I was greated rudely. I went in looking for a specific hair product was told we dont carry that and the woman turned and walked away in a dismissive way ignoring me from that point on. Didnt even suggest any other product or seeing if I was looking for anything else (and that product wasnt the only thing I was looking for that I know they carry). So instead of getting anything I left. I will not be back to this Sally Beauty Supply again. Not very good customer service and i will not spend my money there....

Nothing was wrong with the store whatsoever, clean and organized. The woman me and my friend dealt with though was very rude, did not seem to know what she was talking about whatsoever and when we asked about doing a split transaction, she said it was impossible but attempted to anyway which I was thankful for until she then proceeded to give us incorrect change because she didnt want to get out a calculator and try to figure it out, even ignored me when I tried telling her how much our change shouldve been and ignored us after that.That was only the one woman though and I bet the other workers are friendly. At least I hope. I only went there the one time as it was the one closest to my friends house.

I have been a hairstylist for almost 20 years. This Sally Beauty Supply is so unorganized and the staff has no idea what they are selling. I will not shop at this particular Sally Beauty Supply. They bombard you when you walk in the door asking if you need help and I have heard these employees give customers the wrong information especially when it comes to color. These employees need to be educated on chemicals before selling them.

One star because it was clean and organized. Very poor service. When we walked in there were 2 employeea ams one other customer. They werent helping the other customer. I asked for help finding a specific product. She had no idea if they carried it or where it would be (they do that why I went there). They were out of the color I wanted in that brand. I asked for help and repeatedly told me 1. She doesnt know amd 2. She isnt allowed to help me. Ridiculous.

I walked in to buy hair extensions, which we all know are not cheap. Walked in, no one greeted me. When I asked for help, I got a rude look and a loud sigh and was helped. The lady working was so incredibly rude and useless. I finally got pissed and said I would take my business elsewhere. I do no recommend going into this Sallys.

It says they open at 9am, got there around 9:10 and waited for 5 minutes and no one ever opened the store.

Attempted to go there 3 times today and it was closed. Hours state opening at 9am. I was there at 9, 9:30 and 10:20. The lights were on during my third attempt but door was locked.
