We got in so quick and my son got seen so quickly..it literally shocked me! The staff, the nurses was so great there & Dr. Toebben (easy on the eyes lol). They also were great & patient with helping us find the perfect eyeglasses.

Everyone in the office is amazing! I just recently became a patient but have had 3 encounters already and I just love how pleasant and helpful everyone is. And, it’s not just towards the patient but they show that same kindness and willingness to help towards one another. I’m very pleased with my not so easy decision to switch eye care Providers. I plan to be a long time patient of theirs and will also tell others who I know are looking for great eye care professionals. Keep doing what you’re doing Regional we appreciate the great service you are providing!!!

Wonderful staff, LOTS of frame choices and clean, professional atmosphere! The office admin was very helpful and understanding when I had issues with my insurance while I was checking in for my first visit.Teresa, the optometrist tech, talked me through all the optional tests I could do if I wanted at the time and she let me know up front how much any add ons would cost as she was aware I was paying out of pocket since my insurance wasn’t working. She was friendly and also very patient as I had to try multiple contact strengths and I’m pretty slow at taking my contacts in and out.Dr. Toebben was timely (HUGE plus for that! It’s always a bummer when you have to wait 30+ minutes for a doctor to finally get to you. Not the case here!), courteous and kind enough to explain to me what my scans showed in terms I could actually understand.I will definitely be a returning patient!

I have been coming to regional eye care for years and they are always so friendly, personable, and helpful. From the second you walk in to the time you leave they make you feel at home. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Customer service is so important and they absolutely nail it every time we come. For example today, I was looking at so many different pairs of glasses and one of the team members helped me with suggestions and honest opinions. Not sure I could have been able to choose without her help! Give them a try, they dont disappoint!

My wife and I both needed to pick out new frames and showed up at the Wentzville office with no appointment. We were greeted by Kristin and Sophia who helped us find frames that fit us correctly, looked good on us, and were stylish. Amy also joined us and shared her professional advice. Great experience! The staff is kind and helpful. Dr. Toebben was personable and thorough with the eye exam for my daughter. Filling in the new patient forms online electronically before our appointment was convenient and eliminated the stress of completing pages of paperwork in the office prior to her visit.

Dr. Holland and the Wentzville Regional Eyecare staff were wonderful! I’ve never left an eye exam feeling so well informed! Everyone was very kind and down to earth— my husband and I are new to the area and are so grateful to have found this team!

Well, I was running a little behind from a garbage truck, and when I arrived, Michelle looked at me, gave me a huge smile and said.. Made it! Not liking the garbage truck experience? We both had a good laugh! I walked in with less than a minute to spare! Sophia helped me get logged in efficiently and helped me with all my questions! Kristen, Dr Tobins assistant, talked me through each step of the process. Understanding my needs and having fun with the weird R2-D2 looking space robot! Go in! Have a peek! Youll see it too! Dr Tobin has always been quick, efficient, and able to get me what I need to see better! He is kind, understanding, and engages in the conversation making you feel very important when youre there!And once again, Miss Michelle! She was the one that helped me get new frames, both for regular and sunglasses. She was honest about how they looked, tried to get me into rose gold colored frames 😄😆 and laughed with me! She helped with a small complication with my insurance willingly and aggressively! And best of all... she took the time to make sure that I had the best knowledge possible when it came getting me adjusted to a new bifocal life!All in all, I really like Regional Eyecare! These people (in Wentzville) are a scam and dont believe what they tell you. I paid $500, for new glasses with a warranty on the lenses but when I broke a lense and contacted Regional Eye Care they told me my warranty didnt cover my lenses and it would be $400 to replace them. So anyhow, there are many places to buy glasses so hopefully this helps you decide not to go here.There will not be a next time as Im big on first impressions and you FAILED!!! Ive reached out to some of your competitors and I found someone who will honor your warranty and replace my lenses for free. Once they found out there were 8 members of my immediate family who needed new glasses (they were planning on coming to see you, so im glad this happened when it did) they were quick to jump at an opportunity to help me. Youre loss!!! And I will continue let people know you guys are no good thru all my social media platforms.

The ladies who helped me try on a bunch of different glasses looking for the right fit were knowledgeable and helpful. And Im the end, this is the first time Ive found extra wide frames actually in stock at a local retailer. Very happy with my decision to come to REA.

The facility staff made me and my kiddos feel very welcome. I felt the optometrist really took the time in finding the right prescription for my 7 year old. I just wish they had more options in kids frames. Overall satisfied with the friendly staff.

This place was AMAZING! I brought my almost 2 year old, who is normally very very shy, and they all we’re so wonderful he opened up right away and even took a walk around the office with the nurse! He had so much fun he didn’t even know he was at a doctors office.

My daughter & I have been seeing Dr. Toebben in the Wentzville office for years. At my most recent visit, Gabby at the Wentzville office was very patient and helpful in assisting me choose our glasses and order contacts. After second guessing my selection, she let me come back in and go through the whole try-on process again and changed my order. All requests were handled as expected. No complaints here. We are satisfied customers.

While I have not spoken to anyone yet, the owner addressed my concerns. I spoke to my daughter and her husband and they believe they will simply go to another office. Since my daughter and husband live in lake Saint Louis, perhaps the ofallon branch will be able to assist us. Hopefully the manager gets a stern talking to.

I developed an eye infection over the weekend. I called as soon as they opened on Monday morning & they were able to get me in that afternoon. So thankful!

You know how you make an appointment, youre there on time and you wait? I had an 11am appointment, at 11am the exam started. Not a fan of people messing with my eyes but everything was relaxed and went smoothly. Top notch experience.

Dr, Tobin always gives a very thorough eye exam. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have an excellent stock of eyeglasses with quality coatings available. They always adjust my glasses if I bend them when I stop by. They have very good equipment relating to eye exams-and I always feel that they are always on top of keeping my visual acuity it tip top condition. I feel it is in by best interest to get an annual eye exam at Regional Eyecare Wentzville. This year I even paid for the optional pictures of my eyes by a machine that sees my eyes so clearly that iteven has the capability to catch health issues unrelated to your eyes.

People were friendly, attentive, and efficient. Hassle free eye care at its best. A definite quality operation. Will use again when glasses are required to be replaced.

Dr. Toebben at the Wentzville location is awesome - very thorough, patient and kind. I tend to be a perfectionist with lots of questions (especially about cataract surgery), and he carefully addressed all my many concerns. I also have seen excellent doctors at the Winghaven location on short notice due to a sports injury. The staff at both locations are wonderful. Ive contacted them often during the past year, and theyve been amazing.
