The entire staff has always been so helpful. Recently, Juliette had gone above and beyond for my family. They were out of the antibiotic for my son, and we were leaving for vacation that afternoon. She not only called several pharmacies nearby (they were also out and would have had to order it), but she also went to the length to contact the pharmacy in Florida for us. She even stayed on the phone with them to verify they had it overnighted for us and made sure they had our insurance information. Then the pharmacist Jennifer knew that my daughter was taking her medicine without a fight because I would give her chocolate afterwards, so she purchased a package of M&Ms for her. I could not say enough nice things about them. Thank you!

Why does it take an hour to fill my prescription every single time? I get told it will take 20 minutes and then I have to wait way longer for one prescription. If I go home and then come back out hours later, my prescription was not even filled and I still have to wait an hour for it to be done.

Ive been using Walmart Pharmacy for almost a year now. For being such a busy pharmacy, Ive had pretty good experiences almost every time. I think only one time Ive had a problem and that was with my prescription that was filled this evening, I was supposed to have 21 pills and there were only 10. Not a big deal, a small inconvenience as long as they will give me the rest of my pills tomorrow. I wont know how their customer service is until I call tomorrow. But Im happy with them over the past year. Pharmacists have been friendly and informative. The other associates that Ive encountered have all been friendly and I have no complaints. Prices are better than other pharmacies Ive used, plus I can do my other shopping if I have to wait for my prescriptions. I will continue to use this pharmacy and I would recommend them. * UPDATE - they made good on my missing pills with no hassle, everything is controlled there Im sure it was easy to know I wasnt fibbing about my pills missing! STILL happy with the customer service and the pharmacy as a whole!

This is absolutely the WORST pharmacy I have ever had the misfortune to do business with. We just moved to Wentzville and in the last 3 months they have managed to screw up every prescription I have had filled. Got to the point that I would call days in advance and it still either hadnt been ordered or wasnt filled yet. When I would call to see if my dr had called in after a visit the person answering the phone would say they are working on it and it will be ready in 15min. Just to get to the store and their was no record of a prescription on file. That happened 2 and sure enough just as the dr office was closed for the weekend. Horrible customer service....
