I was visiting my daughter in Wentzville a month ago and stopped at her shop. She was so gracious to answer my many questions about her long arm quilter she had going.Im looking forward to another visit in 2021!

I’m taking a quilt piecing class and love it. Susan, the owner offers zoom lessons which are helpful, even if you are an experienced quilter.

The store owner, Suzan, is very knowledgeable in her field of quilting. Lots of fabric choices in various colors. Ill be back for future needs.

This is a small quilt store with some nice bright fabrics. The owner is very knowledgeable and more than willing to share. In addition, she gives discounts to people who belong to Quilts of Valor groups. 😊

Felt like the shop wasnt that friendly. Sorta rude and sharp with her responses.

Great experience...small shop with great fabrics and friendly service. The owner took lots of time to show me around and answer all my questions. I am a newer quilter and never felt intimidated in the store. Every person in the store was kind and helpful. It will be my go to place!

My wife shops here all the time. She loves the staff and the fabric. Says once in a while they have a bad day, but don’t we all. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately they didnt have what i needed ...but it is a well stocked place ...

I agree with the other bad reviewer on here. I experienced the same thing!I took my 91 year old avid quilt making mom to this shop. I have never had a store owner be so rude and talk to us in such a condescending manner. My mom did not deserve to be treated this way. We will never be going back to that shop.

Took my BFF there today, she’s an avid quilter. I was so embarrassed at how she was treated. This lady told her that real quilters don’t shop at Joann fabrics, how can you be a “real” quilter if...... Really Lady? Who died and made you queen of quilters? I will never recommend you to anyone.

Lots of lovely fabrics, but scary customer service. I will not be returning. I did not enjoy hearing her yell at another customer for the entire time I was standing in line and she was not nice about it!

Susans is a great place to pick up what you need for quilting. Great long arm services, class schedule and helpful advise!!!

Owner & staff are extremely friendly and helpful - this shop is 45 minutes away from me but I absolutely love love love her fabrics!!!

I would give a zero if i could. Owner was the rudest person I have ever seen. I asked for simple baby blanket material. She informed me she was not Joanns fabric . I will not be going back for my quilting needs either.

The sign says the hours are 10-5.....I was there at 1020 and the door is locked and no lights on. After driving 25 minutes to get here, the place looks a mess. I wont be back without calling first.
