Despite having had almost 2 years to adjust, this particular schnucks is still unable to manage pandemic stocking. It was once my favorite grocery store, but now 50% of the stuff that I would buy is only stocked 25% of the time. At best.

Everyone in the store had on masks.SEAFOOD DEPARTMENT:They streamed and seasoned the crab I selected from the floor freezer. It was ready in about 15 minutes. Tasted great, just wish id gotten more.This Schnucks had the last 2 six packs of Michelob Lager, as Michelob has stopped production of this product. Super happy about that!

Clean store. Friendly employees,helpful.Weekly sales are useful, as well as digital coupons. App is easy to use, I also enjoy that most products tell you what isle your items in.

Its a good store but needs attention when ordering items to have in stock, never any Gatorade specifically cherry and most items are not where you would expect them to be.

Deli workers are on it. Selection elsewhere in store could be better.

Their Butchers rock!!! Along withe the meat department. They are starting to get more organic which is a huge plus. Checkers are generally happy and in a good mood.Their alcohol is most of the time more expensive unless on sale so pay attention to that.

Great place to grab groceries. I try to go early Saturday mornings but it seems like they never have shelves fully restocked.The employees are working as quickly as they can, I’m just too early is all. Building is normally clean and all the carts roll smooth. Overall a great place. Skip Dierbergs and go to Schnucks

Love Schnucks. Great customer service, didnt know where to find an item found a person stocking shelves, they not only told me were it was but stopped what they were doing and walked me to the item. Thats why they are The Friendliest Store in Town.

We were number 10 at the deli to get cat fish. The lady behind us number 11 told a lady behind the counter she wanted cat fish too. I was with my boyfriend and we asked for 4 PCs. There were 6 behind the counter. A different deli worker then the one waiting on us took two pieces out of our box and said number 11 called in and asked for 4 pieces ahead of time....yeah ok. Went to Dierbegs and got better fish

Ive had so many issues with this schnucks first since the pandemic they refuse to take merchandise back? Why? All other places do. Also I would say 7 out of 10 times they pack my groceries horrible smashing my bread or bruising fruit. I ask for paper bags and they get an attitude which I seriously dont understand if they dont like using paper bags then dont offer them. Several times Ive had to pack my own groceries or wait for checker to do it. I have had several times of being over charged which then I have to go back to get refund. Also I have had several times bought spoiled food or outdated food. Now I make sure I look at every date which is time consuming. But now they are selling two giant grapefruits for 5 dollars and this is what both looked like on the inside not even edible really. Taste terrible! Cant post pic for some reason. Going to dierbergs from now on i guess!

This store is always out of half the sale items, terribly laid out store and the courtesy center has been closed for 8 months because of covid and they refuse to take items back, there bagging is a joke, its really disappointing that schnucks has become this and allows this store be mismanaged like this. I understand its difficult times with covid and thats why gave 2 stars instead of 1 which it deserves

To check out at Walmart you just stick your card in the reader. To check out here you have answer 30 questions. Also, there are STILL no hand baskets.

Great service from the butcher department. Asked for a sirloin cut 3.5 inches thick and they did it perfectly! And yes I know its a huge steak, almost an hour on the grill for med rare, another epic steak-thanks fellas

The store itself is very clean just as you would expect. Unfortunately the employees at this particular location are definitely not the friendliest in town. This was not a one-time incident it seems to happen often if you need help from someone in the store.

Store is usually out of the things were looking and Im astounded by the consistently empty shelf space when other stores in the area seem fine. Flow/layout is bad and leads to a lot of crammed aisles and spaces.

Overall nice grocery store. I was a bit disappointed in the sushi selection but I was looking on a late Sunday afternoon.

The deli typically has long lines, could be friendlier and today they did not get our order correct.

8 people in line to check out and they take us down to 1 cashier. I have not visited this Schnucks for 4 months because of this exact issue. I will pay more at Dierbergs...never more than 1 person ahead of me and none of this ridiculous single file lines. Done!!

The staff here is extremely rude!!!! Chris my cashier literally didn’t say a single word to me (not even a good after I said how are you today?) the only time I heard her talk was the the bagger next to me complaining about the company and how she didn’t have a bagger.Every time I come to this store, I encounter another rude employee.... it’s ridiculous!! I don’t go to the grocery store to have negativity around me!!! I’m not looking for above and beyond, I just want an employee that isn’t freaking rude!!!!!

No big deal. Schnucks always seems to have their items priced higher than some other grocery stores (accept for dierbergs which is highly overpriced). I think its time to get back to business as usual which would include fully operational deli and bakery. But no complaints other than that...

This is the kids favorite place to go, may its the free fruit available to them, maybe its the free cookie, either way they love going! Food selection is the best, if I cant find something at another store, I know Schnucks has what Im looking for.

I love this store! Theyve been having great deals on berries, have a nice bakery and deli and have a huge selection of everything. Lots of specials every week, plenty of parking and long hours. Employees are friendly, competent and professional.

Ive never waited over a half hour to get some meat and cheese from the deli. Not worth the wait. The whole process took 40 minutes to get a pound of cheese and meat.

Karine in Deli was EXTREMELY RUDE TODAY! First off, I was the only one standing by the hot food and little to no customers at the other end of the counter. She looked at me and told me she would be right with me. She then went into the back, waited 5 minutes, she came back out and said again she would be right with me. Then went to the opposite end of the counter where 1 or 2 other workers were already helping the 1 or 2 customer down there and asked who had a number completely ignoring me. Then saying again and looking at me for the 3rd time she would be right with me, she again asked who had a number and ignored me again! After waiting 20 minutes and being ignored due to discrimination I said you know what if you wont help me I will just leave! This woman needs to be fired!

We have been loyal customers for 30 plus years spending anywhere from 700 to a 1000 dollars a month Friday evening we were doing our weekly shopping as usual. We got to the check out there we 5 isles open a backed up. Which is normal for a Friday. There were no baggers at any isles. The last thing I want to do is work all week and then bag my own groceries and this is not the first time this has happened. If schnucks dont appreciate their customers anymore than that then maybe we will take our business somewhere else
