I shop here up to 3 times a week and have built up 600 reward points at least. My drivers license is expired so I always bring a second state issued form of ID and have never had any bad run ins.Tonight I came in about 15 minutes before close just to get a price check for an item I was looking at a few days ago that I was told would be in the system by the next day. (Still isn’t in system)Upon entry I was prompted to show my state issued ID like they are lawfully required to ask, Josie refused to accept or to even attempt to scan my ID and I had to demand for her to call her manager. Her manager set her straight and explained the same situation to her as I did.After 10 minutes of going back and fourth and waiting for the phone call, she got the item down and checked for the price for me. If the young lady wanted to close shop early she could’ve just helped me I wasn’t gonna be in there but a few minutes.

Joe was so helpful in getting me a vapor system that works for me in helping me quit cigarettes! I have had my mod kit for 2 days and went from a pack a day to just two cigarettes a day! Joe is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with! Will definitely be coming back to see Joe!

Wish I could give them 0 stars. They sold me two broken coils (one was literally broken in half) and not only wouldn’t exchange or refund them but were super rude about it. Even opened one in the parking lot and brought it immediately back in. The guy even cursed at me. I’ve been giving them all of my business but definitely will be finding a new shop. Customer service is trash, don’t go here unless you like being ripped off.

I havent vaped in years so Im out of the loop on devices and other things. The people at this location know a whole lot and have no problem explaining EVERYTHING, possibly more than once. They didnt pressure you to buy anything, great attitude, and friendly. The vape juice and devices are some of the best priced. I was recommended by a friend, I wont go anywhere else. Worth the 30 minute trip.

Have been frequenting this location for a couple years. Previously I was sold the wrong coils that didn’t fit my system. They would not exchange or refund them even though the employee recommended them. More recently I purchased 2 bottles of juice. The employee grabbed one with 0 nicotine and I didn’t notice it until a couple days later. Attempted to return the unopened bottle but they immediately gave me the “we don’t do exchanges or returns” spiel. That was the last straw for me. This store does not take care of its customers.

I had the same experience as one of the other reviewers. Ive been a loyal customer for a couple years. I bought some coils (even showed him which mod I had) and he gave me the wrong ones. I take the unopened package back in and they said they can’t exchange it. Guess I’ll be going to one of their competitors from now on. All they want to do is steal your money.

Best price on the hyde vapes. Also the two beautiful women working were awesome to shop with great experience and now have the 4000 puff hydes and if you want to make there day just bring a few tacos 🌮 😉

Everyone who works in that story is very knowledgeable and I feel like Im in good hands no matter what Im in the market for!!My favorite employee who I go to for advice regarding their products goes by the name of BLAKE....I think but could definitely be incorrect! Regardless, I hope his Boss knows how awesome of a job he does on the daily! lol). Whatever the name, the dude is a gentleman and a scholar whos never pointed me in the wrong direction and just a great guy all around!Ohhh, and btw, all the other employees who work there are cool as a fan and very knowledgeable! Clearly something defective with juice has little to no flavor. Changed coils twice. Called and got an “o well”. Premium price for no customer service. I know they won’t care loosing my 100-150 a month I spend but hopefully will save someone else from making the same mistake.

Bought a vape system from this store, got home went to charge it only to find it had no battery. What good is vape system with no battery!! Called the store this morning only to have the manager act like it was my fault. I was told yesterday I had 4 days to return the system, manager would only give store credit to a store I dont want to do business with. DO NOT USE THIS STORE!. There are plenty of vape stores out there that appreciate your business.

Great service and knowledgeable staff. They are great for finding new flavors. Even the regional manager will stop and help you in any way he can. It feels like a small shop but the prices of something much larger.

I come here every other day basically haha. I smoke disposables and their products are always legit. I’ve posted to my story even multiple times talking about how good it is. I would normally rate the store 5 stars, however there has been a change in atmosphere recently. I’m sure management knows what I’m talking about (losing a specific employee). I just hope that people replacing the spots are respectable and friendly.

I wish I could give a half a star! I’ve been here a few times prior and had some decent experiences, but I won’t have anymore after tonight. This time I bought a vapor battery and it would not work when I got home. I had to drive back up to exchange and I was told they didn’t do exchanges. I was offered to buy a new usb charger (that was the defective piece in the package). A terrible company. The guy working told me he was responsible for paying for a broken battery that was purchased earlier that day. What a joke of a company! I will not be back!

Horrible run business. When they make a mistake, they make you pay for it. Was given the wrong juice and coils, but didnt realize it until too late. They dont do anything to make it right either. Will be going elsewhere.

Ive been shopping at Vapor 100 for quite some time now. The prices and wide selection are all the reasons not to shop at any other store. Ben at the Wentzville location is saving this store and is working harder than every other employee that has worked there previously. I gave Ben my number so he was able to contact me about any deals that were currently going on and he informs me if my juice is currently in stock or when it will be. This gentleman is knowledge about everything that is going on with his location. Me and my wife will continue to shop at this location solely because of him.

The staff is super helpful and cool. Love the large selection of mods and juices. I would definitely recommend this store.

Love this place! Prices arecomparable to online. They carry Dinner lady lemon tart which I love! Its one that Ive never seen at any other vape shop. Ben is very knowledgable and has always been so nice. Would highly recommend!

First st time I went in the younger lady was great. Second time was just the new guy. I came in on my lunch break and waited my turn. Another guy came in and then a younger guy. The worker immediately started helping him looking for what he wanted. HE kept telling me they didnt have things and Id have to point them out. I broke the conversation saying what I wanted and he stopped and got it all together then went to ring the kid out first. I left without buying anything and wont be back it was unprofessional and rude. Get someone to o replace him.

I wish I could give a review on prices and customer service. But I didnt even make it that far. Its 9:52am on November 8th. Google and front door says they open at 9am. Doors are locked and no one is there..

They always have what i’m needing..however it’s 11:30 on a sunday and google and the front door says they open at 11:00. Myself and two other people now have tried to open the front door which is locked with no one inside..

I recently started using a Juul instead of cigarettes and didnt really have any experience with anything vape related. Ive been in here 3 times now and the same worker (Dominic) has been in there every time. Hes very knowledgeable about the flavors available and has good recommendations based on your preferences. I actually asked him if he was the owner because he seems to be running the show lol. Good guy and a good experience every time Ive been in there. Ive referred my wife and quite a few work friends to go check them out.

I can care less about price matching but theres a fine line between ripping customers off and charging a reasonable price, this place is over priced....

Went in and bought a mod that was on sale for 49.99 regular was 85 Guess what it didnt work.(Btw it looked like it was used) Went back in and tried to exchange it they said no we cant exchange it for the same one that wasnt on sale we can give you a different mod.Poor customer service, and poor business effort.
