Management is VERY unprofessional when asked questions about mandatory 10 hour shifts! I have NEVER seen someone who is supposed to be setting standards act so rude. If you have any questions, it’s definitely not worth asking Jamie Heck. He will “LOL” you to death and tell you to walk out the same door you came in if you have an issue. I feel awful for these employees having there superior treat them like a joke and talking to not only them, but their families in a patronizing manner.
