I work at the store next to Feldmans I go once or twice a week for a litter bottle of water before going in to work around 10 am, never have I had an issue buying the water today the lady told me I needed to show her my id to purchase the water. I have never been asked for an Id for the water it could be a policy but never have they asked me for it. I was already at work and had left my purse at work she just said Im sorry with out an Id I can not sell you the water.

Great selection and the people there know what they are sale and are very helpful.

Every time I go I get greated by happy employees. A guy named Jeremy was very helpful the last time I went in. I wanted to try something new and he gave me some good suggestions that did not disappoint.

They have a great selection of alcohol, wine, and beer. They offer a wide selection in each category, from tequila, rum, Scotch, bourbon, vodka, gin, &c. Their beer and wine selection is delectable. They have all sorts of goodies to mix your drinks from mango puree, rock salt, to whiskey sour, and the list goes on. They have a wall dedicated to smaller bottles of alcohol so you dont have to break the bank on larger ones. They even have 99¢ shot bottles of booze to wet your whistle or taste test. They have party snacks, though its not a large assortment they are there. This is a drinkers happy place.

Good selection of liquor at decent prices.Given it 3☆☆☆ though because Ive been there numerous times and have yet had anyone ask me if I needed any help.And thats because theres always several employees in there working. They usually keep to themselves. They make it feel more like a bar/club than a liquor store. Oh, they see you but wont approach you until youre standing at the counter ready to pay.

Very helpful but bought a few cigars wont make that mistake again cigars very dry and not humidfied

This place has almost everything a guy could want. The whiskey selection is amazing. Too bad I dont like whiskey. They have wine from all over the world. They even have a rum from Venezuela, in the little leather pouch. This is the good stuff. I highly recommend that rum and this store; but then what do I know.

I like the store, the variety is good but the customer service was very poor. There was a particular lady being super rude, I understand being Id but there is no reason to be rude.

Have shopped this store since it opened the young female who works the major day hours started out polite, but since then she does not welcome her customers or even say thank you after receiving payment. she seems to be the managers princess......I will go to pharr or McAllen stores big difference..she is self consumned it seems... this is not what feldmans inc needs. it is obviously her managers guidance. maybe they should open their own store....see how long they both last.s

Not well stocked. Line was incredibly long because they only had one cashier. Only after the manager saw the line did he mention that the other cashier was open (light was off and had a sign that said register is closed) for card payments only.

Excellent choices, and the best prices around. Just come with cash or a debit card and youll get a nice discount. They also have another discount On top of that, if you get a case of something. They will also give you the case discount price for only buying 2 or 3 if thats all they have Left but you have to ask for it.

Staff is always bustling around the store acting very busy, but they are not always friendly when you ask for a particular item. Very standoffish...not wanting to engage in conversation which could help the business. It may be shyness on their part, but I always feel like my questions are annoying to them. They are not the only liquor store, so they should want the majority of the business to patronize them.
