Watch out for Device set up Fee- Please be aware that this place will charge you a $35 setup fee. Its not refundable. They will not explain to you this cost if you dont ask. When I looked at receipt, I thought this was the activation fee that they normally charge. Once I looked at my phone bill when I got home l I noticed that they were charging me an activation fee as well. Come to find out this place is not an actual corporate Verizon Store but authorized retailer. NOT THE SAME! So they will charge you $35 to do the same thing that is done at other Verizon stores for free. I should of asked. Youve been warned. Find a corporate Verizon if you want to save $35 on a new upgrade.
