No lines or wait when we ordered. The phone came sooner than expected, and they called to let us know it was ready for pickup. She was able to transfer the data and apps from my old phone to the new one, which was great. Our representative was new, so she was still a little slow because she was being careful, but the job was done right, so we have no complaints. Her customer service was great.
Current or new incoming customers, don’t bother coming into this store location. The workers will refer you to the Mcallen store even when there is a much better location just a mile away from this store. Workers here give you the impression that they do not want to work and are just there to collect a paycheck for doing nothing. My husband went in there to get a SIM card for a new phone and they made him feel as if he didn’t know what he was talking about and then like other customers before told him to go to the Mcallen store instead because they have never had SIM cards there. How doesn’t a phone store have SIM cards???!!!! Don’t waste your time and energy going to this location because you won’t come out happy. If these issues are still happening then it’s clear that the owner is not correcting his employees or giving them proper training as it seems like they are the ones that own this store.
Excellent customer service from Angel and Zeke!I am very great full that I came in to this store. I was having issues with my iPad for 3 days, but finally with their help my iPad is now working.I recommend this location as I feel they go above and beyond to help customers needs.

Had a terrible experience. Will spare the details. Felt cheated and lied to. Apparently the store location does not have anyone in charge. Asked for a manager and was told that the store has no managers. They don’t exist. I guess it’s a free for all. Bummer.

My parents went to this store in March while on vacation to make a CASH payment. My parents are not tech savvy, they prefer to use old fashion cash to pay. They came back to Florida and received a statement that stated they had a past due balance from March on their account. Called Verizon and they did not have a payment for March. Verizon suggested I call the store where they made the cash payment. Called and spoke to the manager Sandra and she could not find any payments made at that store under his phone number (unfortunately my parents misplaced the receipt). Well long story short the manager stated their was nothing she could do about it, my parents had to pay the March bill AGAIN! But when I told the manager to keep an eye on her employees for possible scammers, her response was, “I don’t think any of my employees would do that”. Did not seem concerned whatsoever! Keep your receipts if you go to this store!
Excellent knowledge of their products and services. No high pressure. This Weslaco, TX store has very high speed internet which we have used several times as Verizon customers. Highly recommend these guys ...
Went in to check out Verizon services and the A/C was broken. It was very hot and the agents were sweating. I called Mobile destination corporate office and the front office lady refused to get me a manager to file a complaint. As for the agents they did well as for the company itself they should be ashamed for 1 not wanting to file my complaint, and 2 for allowing the agents to work in such hash conditions. MOBILE DESTINATION GET IT TOGETHER!

This staff is just horrible.They take advantage of the elderly looking to just get their phones fixed. My mother-in-law went in with an issue with her phone not charging and the rep Marissa told her to purchase a $50 wireless charger to fix the problem knowing that a new charger wasnt going to fix the problem. When we asked to fix this bad sale we were told that all sales are final

Why is this store even open! They cant and will not do more that take a payment or try and trick you into upgrading. Customer service is horrible. The response to all my questions was “yeah bro your only option is the corporate store in Mcallen were just a third party”

Logan is AMAZING! He took care of my 85 year old Mother after AT&T gave her the worst service ever after 20 years of service. He listened to what I had to say by adding her to our account and to be patient with her. My Mom also things Logan is AMAZING! Thank you Logan for such great customer service. I have known Adrian for a short time but when I go into the store, he is always there to help and assist me with all my phone needs. he is always very helpful and polite and very patient. He is never in a hurry and always takes his time with me. I have known Sonia for over 5 years as a customer. She is very patient and always very knowledgeable if what she is doing. She is always inviting me to come back and when we are doing with business, she always takes the time to ask me how I have been at a personal level and always walks me to the door. You need to hire more people like Adrian and Sonia for they need more people like them to help at the store. Great customers service always!

I was at the store today and even though it was very busy and I had to wait quite a while, the staff was courteous and a number of times assured me I would be taken care of as soon as possible. And they offered Halloween treats! I had the good fortune of dealing with Mia who, even though I wasnt buying anything or spending a dime, she spent a lot of time with me, answering my many questions and showing me how to do things. She was totally knowledgeable, professional and very kind.

Ive heard good things about Verizon recently... so applied and got approved. Went to the store in Weslaco near Great China and was very surprised at how awful the customer service was. The rep was extremely rude!!! When I asked for the mngr. she told me he wasnt there and that he wouldnt be in due to COVID. She even made hand gestures like she didnt care. Was visiting Weslaco from out of town and thought that I had cracked the screen on my Samsung Note 8. I was assisted by Adrian who volunteered to remove my screen protector and install a new one. Because my phone was a couple of years old he had to search a good bit to find a new screen protector. He cleaned my phone thoroughly and installed the new screen protector. He also helped me get my new protector registered with Gadget Guard. He took a lot of time with me even though it did not result in a large sale for him. Will definitely go back to him as I visit Weslaco regularly. Adrian sets a great example of what good service is all about.

This is the last Verizon you want to shop at. For your own safety, DO NOT shop here. An irrate customer forced an employee outside of the premises due to a mishap with his bill, and the manager just stood and watched. Pathetic protocol and complete lack of safety. No one should shop or work here. A lawsuit waiting to happen.

Bad business, went in asking for help backing up my damaged phone to the new one. They were asking for a $20 fee for this service. I went home and down loaded samsung app. presto... all done to satisfaction with no fee. other verizon stores with same request never charged a fee.
I sat here for 30 mins and not either of them acknowledged me till they asked if I was with another individual. I was not. They never said we will be with you shortly or welcome, etc. Two individuals working, If you don’t want to work there then don’t.
