I had a serious vibration from the front at 50 mph. I took it to the West Alice Midas they found a piece of metal the size of penny in diameter. Needless to say I had to get a couple of new tires. Nick and Yuri gave me a great deal on some Cooper tires and did a free alignment check. My car is now vibration free and drives straight!!! Thanks Team Midas!

I’ve been getting my regular maintenance done here for 2 years. They always provide truthful updates on my vehicle’s condition and don’t try to up sell me on unnecessary services like other shops. They’re also very fast when completing routine maintenance like oil changes!

I had to get my car towed there due to my brakes being out. Took a risk being that it was a Saturday, the place I usually go was closed, and they are one of the few places open. Nick and the crew showed me what was wrong and had my car fixed in a few hours. When I left something didnt feel right, so I went back. They got my car back in right away and fixed the problem fairly quickly. Will definitely head to them for future work.

Purchased a car with what supposed to had been new breaks heard a sound that I didn’t like called midas came in for an inspection found out the problem left with a solution no sound and perfect breaks fixed how they’re supposed to be . Midas customer service is amazing! I went in to get my cars oil changed and they ended up fixing another issues that i had with my bumper too! (Free of charge because it was an easy fix.) I felt I was treated as a rock star and plan on returning here for further car issues.

I go to this location everytime I need an oil change or anything really. My car starting acting up so I took it in. They were able to diagnose that it was my transmission and the manager Nick was very helpful in finding out if it was covered under warranty or if it had been recalled. He hot all the info needed and I was able to take it into a nissan dealership to get fixed. Thanks to the team at Midas I wont be breaking down or have more extensive damage.

Called up there with a issue with my headlight they told me they could fix it. The manager was honest and polite and took care of the issue in no time. I would recommend anyone who has a issue with there car take it up there honest,caring people. Ask for Tony he is the best

Great customer service. Tony was straight up front with the repair work. I needed new break lines. I didnt have an appointment on a Saturday but was able to squeeze me in and finished before they closed.

I was able to make an appointment easily (in person). They werent upset when I came 5 minutes late. Let me use a coupon from online. Finished my oil change faster than expected and didnt try and nag/ sell me tons of other products (like most car shops do). Just recommended new wiper blades because mine are torn. I appreciated the experience. Thank you!

I dropped my car off right before close because it was shaking and the check engine light was flashing. I got a call back the next day around noon that it was good to go. The customer service was excellent and so far the car is running great again. I didn’t feel like they were trying to charge me extra or scam me like other places have.

This company will not honor they mistake. Management will lie about customer service and how we want are customers happy. Not true, I just had a near death experience. From there mistake, and the district manager is not the leadership you would want to run your store. The moment I tried to explain he immediately got defensive. I was told 4/7/2021 and the repair shop that on 4/8/2021 something would be done. myself the store manager and the district manager would meet @ 11am upon arrival store manager is off, but just the day before I was told to meet @ the Midas super unprofessional

Well I think they like to rip people off to be honest. A wheel cylinder its held on by two bolts.and a brake line. Minus a few springs and only need to take off the top springs. 500 + bucks reason they said was to bleed the brakes. Dident need that done simply its just too cold out reason I threw a bone well took it away and saved my self 500+ bucks for something that took a hour now ask your self that question is it worth u people to take your car n have them do your brakes lol and if I need to adj the drums put the rim on spin the wheel if their drag their good

They have no one to do inspections he told me a week booked up appointment only. This guy. He should know it may not be a profit product but its a draw in it will make you remember when you need breaks or something else. For profit.

I enjoy the service at this Midas. I pass up about 10 auto shops from my way home to this location. They send coupons in the mail and even make follow up calls. Mark works at the front desk and is nice, even when its busy. They also make suggestions for problems that might occur in the future so you can budget and plan ahead, with no pressure to make any immediate repairs. They make routine car service not so painful.

I went to Midas after being told from another oil change place my car had oil leaking all over my engine. Not only did they confirm my car was fine but also did not charge and asked me to come back for their service. I was so impressed with their customer service that I ultimately decided to schedule an appt online. They performed routine maintenance and checked my car for any issues or errors which they did find. They told me 3 hours and it only took 1.5 I was so happy that not only did they do what they said but they kept me informed the whole time. Thank you for giving me great service you have a customer for life!

They over charge you for what you need fixed and break stuff so they can charge you more later!Got my caliper and my bearing fixed. They wanted $800 I said I couldn’t afford 800 did the same work for $600 cause I could afford that. Not sure why they didn’t just charge me the $600 right from the start instead of trying to get $200 more for the same work. Then i got my car back all my lights were on took it back they tried to charge me another $300 plus to fix something that wasn’t broken before I took it here. Life time customer to lifetime hater of Midas!!!I looked up this problem and found a lot of people who replaced a bearing accidentally broke this sensor but I was lied to by the mechanic and told it wasn’t possible he broke it. Sensor cost $22

This is the third time I have visited them and every time it’s been a great experience! First time was to check on a slow leak on a tire. First tech couldn’t find it but the second did and was able to repair it so that saved some money there. Second and third times were just for oil changes which were done quickly and at the scheduled time. Just sitting in the lobby overhearing conversations with other customers made me happy I went there. They take the time to sit with you and explain what the issues are without being pushy. Honestly glad I found them. I won’t go anywhere else.

Great shop. They keep you in the loop the entire time they have your car. They do a full inspection and will let you know if anything may need to be fixed additionally and get your permission first.

For two weeks they told me they ordered the wheel for my car and were waiting for it, yet they couldnt supply the order number or shipping information. I called the supplier and it turns out they never ordered it to begin with. I took my business elsewhere, and I suggest you do the same.

Went to Midas on 108th St. in West Allis for a knock in my wife’s car in the back when you hit a bump had it there for five times they said it was fixed cost me $2200 they never fixed it I left it there and I told him to fix it it’s been there for three months in a snow pile I said they don’t know what’s wrong I’m giving them another week I would like my money back or else I’m going to channel 6 TV and a small claims office also calling Midas main branch and complain

Went in last week to fix a hole in one of my back tires. Already back two were worn down to the point that they needed to be replaced, but I was saving for both of them. They recommended that I replace both at that time, and I instead just asked to replace the one with the puncture because I didnt have $340 at the time. After that, they were noticable dismissive and almost envious of me, not professional, kind, or wanting to finish the job. Also, it took almost an hour to change the tire. I realize that I was 6 minutes late for my schedule appointment (which is why Im giving 2 and not 1 star), though there was only one other car there at the time. Will not go back again.

Always friendly and honest. They never do any work on my car without telling me the cost first and getting the okay from me. Theyre honest about what needs repairs and what the real risks are in not doing so. They know what theyre doing and what theyre talking about but I never feel talked down.I feel taken care of when I come to them with an issue, they always treat me with respect, I never feel taken advantage and I trust them completely.Not to mention that the owner is such a sweet, friendly guy.Highly recommended.

The staff is friendly and I always have a good laugh while waiting for service. The lobby is clean and comfortable, and the shop is separated from the lobby by glass so you can watch as they repair your vehicle. Prices are fair and the quality of the work is always high whether its general maintenance or a large repair. Ill be a customer here for a long time to come. Highly recommended.

The first experience I had here was great, one of the guys helped us out with a new tire on Christmas eve when we were in the parking lot of Sams Club next door, which prompted me to start getting my oil changes done here. After the last experience I had here with my latest oil change was horrible and a scam. I had a new alternator and oil change done at a close family friend shop with no problems. After my latest oil change here, they tell me I have an oil leak and Im missing a bolt... And they want to do a smoke test! Instant red flag for me and my gut feeling was right! Told them no and called our close family friends garage and got my truck in right away. They told me I was missing a bolt and THEY REPLACED IT, Midas couldnt give me one bolt? Oh, and one other bolt was loose which was causing the oil leak! They gave me a new bolt and tightened the other one and no more leak! I knew it was a scam cause I checked my garage floor (it was clean) before I pulled my truck in my garage after Midas did the oil change. And I bought the Midas guys coffee! I know places like this try to squeeze as much money as they can out of girls, I have plenty of friends that confirmed this... Will not have any future work done here again.

Mark is so helpful and kind. My husbands alternator had to be replaced today ASAP and they were able to get him in right away. They were even able to make a warranty claim for us by calling the other company that replaced it last year to get the part info. Great service, Id definitely recommend!

Staff didnt wear masks, they moved my seat, and the next day I checked my oil, it was almost an entire quart down. My vehicle does not leak oil, and my garage floor was clean.

I recently took my car in to see about having the brakes replaced. I was told by a friend it sounded like they needed to be changed. After looking over my car for about 1/2 hour, the technician told me that I still had 90% of my brake pads left and that my car was in really good shape and needed nothing! Never heard that from a car repair place before. In my mind, I knew that they could have told me they needed replacing and I would never have been any the wiser. Very refreshing to hear the truth and I will definitely be using them when my car does need some repair in the future!!

I am very pleased with this Midas location. Mark that welcomes customers is knowledgeable and always friendly! When I first came here, I had a severe issue with my vehicle. Fixing the vehicle would have cost around $2500. While they would obviously love that business, they encouraged me to consider purchasing a new vehicle altogether. Often, auto shops can be pushy and try to sell you things you do not need. However, at this location I NEVER feel that way. I will continue to give them my business.

Walk-in request for an oil change on a Sunday afternoon started well enough with minimal wait. However, poor cashier service kept me waiting for 30+ minutes after service was completed. Say what you will about dealers but they provide better service quicker for the same price plus/minus $5.

Wonderful place!!! Said they would have my muffler put on in an hour and a half took them only 45 minutes to do so!! Also really decent price!!! I know where Ill be going from now on!! Also very honest people and wonderful customer service!! Happy people. Love this place.

Expensive, non conclusive.My 15 years old Honda 2002 car had leakage in exhaust pipe. I was new to car. I asked them if they can weld leakage or guide me to find shop. They were not willing to that. They charged it for $715. Then they find water tank leakage and suggested me to change water tank also for $720 with labor charge. I told them I will see in week later. I keep driving and observing if the leakage is mejor. I shown my car to other shop and they don’t find water tank leakage. It’s running fine for last 18 months. Wish I could have seen other shop.

This place is absolutely phenomenal! I got stuck in a snow embankment on my way to work this morning and could not get out. The truck behind me, who happened to be an employee for Midas, came out and immediately began trying to help me. Once that proved fruitless, he literally called on his entire team to come dig me out. They attached my car to the truck and had my drive in reverse while two men helped push me out in the front of my vehicle. They did this from the kindness of their heart; I dont know what I would have done if they had shown genuine care and compassion. Super grateful for the men in this establishment, they are amazing

These guys are awesome, recently put new tires on my car and accidentally popped one of them today. Was able to go in and get the tire replaced at this Midas, they worked together with the Midas I went to originally (the one on 76th) and were able to replace it all at no cost to me within an hour. Inexpensive and fast

Good Midas! Our entire exhaust fell off at the sand dunes in Michigan, so we threw it in the back of the car, stopped at this random Midas, and they fixed it for cheap. The owner was there and was a super nice guy!
