JReed helped me pick out a new battery for my boat. When looking for a new battery I was looking at cold cranking amps. When JReed asked what the battery would be used for he explained that for my application cold cranking amps are not necessary as Im only using it for my trolling motor and fish locator. He explained what cold cranking amps are and we picked out a battery for my needs. I was the guy going to skip Batteries plus because I always assume I can find a better battery cheaper elsewhere. Well, I spent way less than expected and gained some valuable knowledge on what my boat needs. Now I can get back to marking fish with my boys. I ordered a car battery from you via a web promotion. Making me a first-time customer. The battery I ordered was not in stock so I received a call from Alazay (SP?) informing me the battery could be ordered but wouldnt arrive until Friday. I was set to leave on a camping trip that Friday and needed the battery. Alazay attempted to have the battery arrive sooner but it was not possible. Alazay understanding my needs promised to call me as soon as the battery arrived on Friday. When the battery arrived on Friday, the call came in. When I arrived to the store, Alazay was out. Theyre always helpful, my daughter uses my old phone & it goes through batteries from an internal issue. I went in to purchase a new one, but they stopped me, asked for the phone, and replaced the battery inside for free because apparently it was under warranty! That was a pleasant surprise from an employee who went above and beyond what most would have done.

I was shocked that the price for one alkaline battery was $3.50, but I found four of them for a dollar at the Dollar Tree.

I was able to easily order a replacement headlight bulb online. I got to the store 30min before they closed and the employee was still super helpful and able to install my new headlight bulb. Juan did an outstanding job for me today! He discovered that the only problem with my Honda battery was lose connections. So he tightened them up, tested the battery and the alternator, and sent me on my way. Friendly, professional, and best of all - 100% honest!

Would have been perfect but the customer ahead of me coughed at the check out counter and the area was not sanitized.. I had gloves and a mask on and stayed on the other side of the store until he was gone!! told the female clerk to sanitize the area!! I was very happy with my service anyway!! My phone died and my battery was changed and my phone ready in 40 minutes!! So happy!!

Convenient and good service. Walmart auto was closed due to covid, so I bought my car battery online from here to get the 10% savings, went immediately to the store, picked it up and installed it in about 40 minutes total. They also take your old battery for you. Would recommend to anyone with basic understanding of their car, will do this again next time.

Worst experience ever. My girlfriend’s screen was broke went there to get it fixed. The screen works perfectly fine. In the process of them fixing the screen they broke the lcd and when we call they won’t admit to breaking it. Have had bad experiences in the past but decided to give another shot because they are the closest to where I live. Sorry guys you lost a customer. Next time just admit to breaking the lcd because now we have to put out more money for something that wasn’t broke in the first place

These guys know what theyre talking about. As soon as I walked in, I told them I needed batteries for a garage door opener and they showed me the exact one I needed! It was like magic. They also do a lot of work with electronics repairs and things for reasonable prices, so its nice to not have to pay a bunch at the Apple Store when Batteries+Bulbs is so much more convenient. Highly recommend!

Extremely happy with the people at the West Allis store. In the past few months I had been to the store three times and all was good. Had my wife’s iPhone battery replaced, my laptop battery and now my iPhone battery. Each one I had scheduled an appointment online, when we arrived at the store we were taken wright away and it took about 25 minutes for the installation. Very pleased with the service, and friendliness of the staff. This is now my go to place for batteries, even a flashlight battery.

My Galaxy Note had a bad power plug, I took it to two fix it shops and was quoted over $225 with no guarantee of their repair working. They said there was no was to retrieve my data off of it and recommended that I buy a new phone and loose all my contact, data and photos.I took it to Batteries Plus, they shipped it out and had it back in three days with a new power port, glass screen and screen protector for less than $70. Works great and all my info is readily available.

Too long to explain here - first told my order wasn’t ready even though I received email that it was. When found, posts were in reverse so was told I had to buy upgrade ($30 more). That battery was a touch too big and strap did not fit. I ended up having to go to hardware store to fix myself

It was very fast service I was able to pick up my battery after I downloaded my order from the internet it work out really nice and quick thank you.

I called to make sure they would have 24 of the batteries I needed for my UPS on a server stack, and they did. I showed up 30 minutes later and they worked hard to get all the hardware swapped over to the new batteries even though half of the posts were corroded in place. Very friendly and helpful, I appreciate the hard work!

Easy location, good stock, helpful associates, installation ease. I hate having to mess with tiny hard to handle batteries. Just go in and they take care of it with proper tools.

I placed an order in store for some light bulbs in February. I was told they would be in within a week and someone would contact me. A few weeks later I stopped by the store to see if they were in. The employee told me they weren’t sure but would look into it and get back to me. Two months go by and no update so I call and leave a message with the store. A week goes by with no response. I called last night and spoke with someone who said she would look into it and call back. She calls back and said she checked with every store and nobody had them. She offered to place another order with the supplier or refund me for the purchase. Four months with no product and poor communication...I’ll take the refund and buy them online for 1/2 the price. I’ve always had good experiences with this outfit until now. If there is no added value to face to face purchases, there is no hope for the retail world.

I went there to buy batteries for two watches. Both clerks were friendly and helpful. They quickly put new batteries in my watches and appreciated my business.

Brought a 17 month old battery in because it would not start my car. I was told to leave it overnight for them to charge it up and test. They told me it was good. Put it back in my car and the next morning it was dead again. It was 40 degrees overnight. I went somewhere else and bought a new one. I will never buy another battery here again. Amazing how things work, I was just looking at buying 6 new batteries for our UPS,$188 each! Lost a corporate customer for life!

Very knowledgeable workers at this location. I like the fact they will test your battery for free. The bonus is that they will change out your car battery. They also take the old battery for you. The owner of the store reached out to me and suggested I visit the store to straighten it out.I called the store manager, Jordan, who invited to stop by and so I did.Jordan was very accommodating and took care of the problem. I am satisfied with the solution and really, it was my own problem for not saying something when I first visited the store. I have done business with this store for many years and they have always taken care of me including recently when I had them test a battery for me and it tested out OK.

Ordered easily online- received a 10% discount just for picking up in store on my way home from work. Very nice girl working in the store gave me my order quickly.

Website allowed me to schedule an appointment when a technician wasnt available, but I received a call from the store almost immediately to reschedule for the following day. It was a one-hour estimate, but my phone was ready within 45 minutes and they called me right away to let me know.

The not so good part was I was told I would receive a phone call when my item had arrived at the store. I never received a call. It also took almost 2 weeks to arrive. However when I was in the store to pick it up the person at the counter was very friendly and efficient.

Just returned home from Batteries Plus after replacing my watch battery, Galaxy Note 5 battery and hearing aid batteries in one fell swoop. Bought a more expensive watch battery, but when it dies can have it replaced many times for no charge. Made an appointment for cell phone battery replacement work and it was done in less than an hour. (sign up on line and save $10) Josh and Juan were very pleasant to work with. Helpful too. In this day where customer service is sometimes hard to find, I was extremely pleased. I will be returning.

He offered to install it for me in the cold parking lot (20F) outside but I told him I need to remove wheel to access old battery so we agreed to skip installation in the parking lot. :-) Then he carried battery to my car for me.

I took my iPhone 7 Plus there to have the screen replaced and the technician was courteous and knowledgeable about the repairs needing to be done. My phone looked like new when the repairs were complete.
