Outstanding service from Dave V. I highly recommend him for and sales, service you may need for your home. Dave was professional, kind, informative, very personable and extremely focused on serving his customers. I am working on a full basement remodel in my home and didnt want to make the mistake of installing garbage flooring that I would have to replace in 5 years like I have unfortunately done that in the past. I worked with Rick and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all my options and the products out there. The process was seamless start to finish. I tried making a lot of bad choices at first but then he highly recommended I install LVP flooring and I am SO glad he did. It is the perfect material for a basement but looks so amazing that I would use it in my whole home. The flooring is very high quality which made it very easy to install. I have received a lot of compliments on the new flooring and absolutely love it. The installers for my laundry room flooring were professional and did the job correctly. They levelled the floor so the flooring would not have issues in the future and made sure the floor sloped properly to my floor drain. I cant wait to work with Rick again, he made sure that I was happy with the entire project start to finish and was a pleasure to work with. I cant wait to have Rick and team install new floors in the rest of my home.

Ill let the picture speak for itself. Note the giant gap between tile and tub. He just filled the area with grout. Not surprisingly, the installer ran off without asking if I was satisfied with the result.

TERRIBLE. Office staff is ok. Installers were awful daughter is virtual learning wife working from home. Installer talking about smoking weed and drinking the entire time. No masks were worn and this was during PEAK Covid time. Didnt ask to use our bathrooms just did. Im a contractor and I go to the gas station if I have to for the bathroom. Used kitchen microwave without permission. we caught 1 installer going through our belongings in a closet they had no reason of being in. The trim was wrong color so we didnt make final payment until trim was correct. Their policy is half down the rest when COMPLETED. Was contacted multiple times by billing while waiting the three plus weeks for correct trim when the trim finally got installed correctly was handed a C.O.D. slip. Will never recommend this place to anyone else save yourself the headache.

Ordered stairs runner. Wanted installed prior to party which didnt arrive on time (understandable), told binding not necessary on this certain product for runner. Someone came out to measure at which time discussed runner width. Installation day instructed for full carpet stair installation which I corrected and mentioned ordered stair runner. Installer indicated needed to be bound on edges.(incredible father and son duo took 2 hours measuring and cutting runner to return to store to get bound). Received thank you card hoping we are enjoying carpet yet carpet not installed as of yet! Call store, pur direct intovoice mail.Also! Told any carpet in the store could be cut to throw rug of any size you wish. At which time found an incredible black shaggy sample wanted for the bathroom, requested 3 by 5 given a price told had the purchase two when it was only for one bathroom!!!! Sorry not a great experience.

Ive been working with carpet land now for just under a year for multiple rental property flooring renovations. Sales person Amber always rolls out the red carpet with a vast selection of fantastic products. Whether it be renovating a crack house or a million dollar mansion they have always come in under budget with fair pricing and incredible punctual installer 5 stars!

Completely satisfied with the quality of the product and service. Rick, our salesman, and Adam in his absence, both were informative and not pushy. The installers worked 8 hours straight without a break. In addition the painter they recommended were very good as well.

Our master bath shower had to be ripped out and redone and they did a fantastic job from start to finish in a very organized manner. Our project manger, Jared, and tile installer, Ago, communicated every step of the way each detail that needed to be discussed and agreed upon according to the design we had come up with. He did not rush through any detail, which gave me comfort. We now have our dream master shower and could not be happier with the results!

Walking into Carpetland USA and meeting Jared Tio over a year ago ended my frustration in finding quality, affordable flooring for my home. He listened attentively to my concerns and walked me through, presenting his merchandise. After many more trips in and out of his shop with questions and samples to view at home, I finally made my decision.I was so pleased with the flooring installed in the living room and dining room, that over time I continued working with Jared to install flooring in my master bedroom and most recently in the kitchen. I am beyond thrilled with my flooring purchases, the installations, and the guidance I received from Jared. He was always professional and gained my trust. Our sales associate Rick Jacobs went above our expectations!!! Due to Covid our carpeting was on back order but he was able to get it in and installed before Christmas which is what we wanted. I will update this review as the situation gets addressed, but for now Ill rate based on my current experience.The carpet installers who came were very nice, but unfortunately one of them cut his hand while installing the carpet. He came upstairs and asked to use our bathroom and for a Band-Aid, which is completely understandable. After they completed the job, we noticed there were 4-5 bloody areas on our brand new carpet, in addition to blood on our walls in the bathroom and where they installed the carpet, in our bathroom sink, and on the floor leading to the bathroom. We also noticed the installers had scraped up the majority of our brand new baseboards (the man who came to measure for our installation said to have the baseboards installed prior to the carpet), our brand new column beams, left dirty handprints over 3 separate areas of the walls, and did not reinstall a door that they had taken off the hinges. I understand accidents happen, but they left bloody brand new carpet as their finished product. I called the show room immediately and was told I would get a call back in a little bit to address the issue, but I did not receive a call back until the next day. Our contractor came the following day and had to touch up the baseboards and columns that were damaged in the install process. While talking with the Carpetland sales rep, I was offered a full replacement for the carpet and reimbursement for the cost of the contractor repairs from today. The sales rep also said there was normal wear and tear to be expected from a carpet installation and the work should have been reviewed during the exit condition report that the installers did with you. The installers never did a condition report, nor did they offer to wear masks as is CDC guidelines. He wouldnt confirm any of these promises in writing after I emailed him and our primary sales rep pictures. I understand there is normal wear and tear during an installation, but the amount of damage to the baseboards and columns exceeds that. I am awaiting to hear back from my primary sales rep and will update my review appropriately. Until then, Im extremely disappointed in Carpetland, their service, and the finished product.UPDATE: UPDATE: Carpetland did tear out and re install the area that was stained, as well as reimburse us for the cost of our contractor to come back to make repairs. The second crew that came was EXTREMELY professional, clean, and made sure we were completely satisfied with the finished product. Emery, the owner, and Michelle, the installation manager, were excellent to work with, took ownership of the problem, and did everything in their power to resolve the issue. I would advise that if you dont feel comfortable with a sales representative, ask for a different one. If we didnt have an issue with our initial installation, Id wholeheartedly recommend them

We contacted Carpetland to fix our newly installed carpeting by ANOTHER carpet company. Our 5 month old carpet installation was cut too short and pulling away from our hard wood floors. John S. was wonderful to work with in getting this issue fixed. And the installers were phenomenal!!! John and Joe Elliott were super friendly, professional, fast, and knowledgeable about how to fix the carpet. We are so happy with how Carpetland fixed someone elses mistake!! We would definitely recommend them and use them next time!

We went in to look at our options in carpets. Unfortunately the guy who tried to help us was more interested in what was on his phone than actually helping explain anything. Ask a question and he just mumbles something. We felt like we were bothering him by asking 1 question. He was zero help. We did see some nice carpets we like but Im not sure Id go back after dealing with that guy. What a shame, I heard this place was professional.

John Shingles is awesome. We explained to him what we were looking for and what area it was going. Showed us some options, what the carpet is good/ known for. That was it smooth as it could possibly be. Thanks John

I went to get flooring tiles for a 17ft x 12ft patio room, first the man asked if I was going to buy 100ft of it and I said no, and immediately he seemed turned off. He then walked away so I had to get him, and we totaled up to 51 tiles and he tried charging $1400!! I laughed in his face and went to Carpet Mill Outlet and got the same amount of better tiles for $200.

I have been in residential building and restoration of historical homes for more than 44 years, and just had two rooms done by the west allis store . Best flooring pros I have did ever dealt with . John K was straight forward and kept with in my budget . And the best well toned installers I think I ever came across . Pro install / helped above and be on with moving furniture out and back in, reinstalled doors I pulled, The whole experience top notch ! will be calling them first for the great room next year

Our sales person was Adam and he did a great job. We had to come back in a 2nd time after the estimator came out (very promptly, I might add) and each time Adam was very pleasant to work with. And I gave him a hard time!! The installers arrived on time and were very knowledgeable. It turns out a part of the install was not needed and Carpetland was quick to give me a refund. My new flooring is beautiful and I highly recommend this location. Ours was a complex case -- having to get our sub floor removed before the install etc. Throughout the process, they helped immensely. We ended up getting vinyl flooring at the recommendation of the estimator and Adam. Its gorgeous -- we love it!

We needed carpet for a home sale and wanted something nice yet not too expensive, so called and spoke to Jared. We were impressed that Jared had our account pulled up, options prepared and pricing to review the minute we arrived. We ordered the carpet and scheduled the install, it was completed, professionally and on time 3 days later! Very impressed!

Had carpet installed about a week ago. The carpet ended up looking better than I expected and the work that was done looked very clean and professional. Pricing was the around the same as a few others, but Carpetland had the best quality and impressed us the most. My wife worked with John the sales manager while picking out the carpet and said that he was great!

Carpetland was easy to work with ordering the carpet and getting it in stock. The issue came up when they brought the wrong carpet to install as the runner on the stairs. They were able to locate the correct carpet and come back two days later to get it installed. The sales person and the installer were great. The communication from the scheduling team wasnt as accurate as it should have been.

I stopped by the Carpetland USA West Allis location. This is my second time working with this location and having carpet installed. Both jobs were set up by Jared Tio (Sales Manager). He is a very good guy to work with and will help with any and all issues that may arise. I stopped by on Friday and he stopped by my house the following day to do all the measurements that were needed. Approximately 40 minutes after he got his measurements, my wife and I stopped into the office and he was able to provide me a quote. While in the store I ordered the carpet. The Carpet was ordered on the 15th of February and it was installed on the 21st of February at my request.The two gentlemen, John and Joe Elliott (The Elliott Brothers), that came out to my home to do the install were two of the most professional, knowledgeable and polite folks you could meet.They stent time perfecting the job where i have 0 complaints. Could not ask for any more on this job.Carpetland USA is top notch in my opinion and I would HIGHLY recommend using them for your flooring needs. And if there is any way to get the Elliott Brothers to do the job. I would recommend that as well.

Jake was professional and helped guide my decision-making process for carpet and tile. The $$ was unbeatable, as I compared around town.When the installers came for both the carpet and tile they were professional, efficient, and their attention to detail exceeded all expectations. The guys truly cared about their work and the outcome of installation.A little history, I have purchased carpet and tile many many times over the years and have never experienced this type of work ethic and service. If you are in the market, take my advice and check them out!

I worked with Kathy Kelley at the West Allis Carpetland. She is by far the most accommodating and customer service oriented sales person I have worked with. Kathy was patient during my unsure phase and allowed me to check out samples multiple times. She worked with me during multiple visits to make sure that the stairnose leading from the kitchen into the dining room matched the existing wood floors perfectly... even the installer said, Wow, this is the perfect match. Kathy also went to bat when a small corner of the new kitchen floor had some flaws. Carpetland sent an installer back to fix the issue - and the issue was taken care of without hassle! Kathy gets my 5-star recommendation, and you cant beat the quality, products and service of Carpetland.

Not only are they priced great, these guys are quick and super knowledgeable. Im on a condo board in New Berlin WI and these guys not only beat 3 other competitors with out telling them they started the job (20 hallways) in a timely manner after dealing with a pretty picky group. We were a referral to JD at the West Allis Store. JD was FANTASTIC! He was very knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. After a couple trips to get samples and discuss our options we ended up getting CORETEC HD PLUS LVP flooring and we just love it. Alex and his crew had our floor installed in just over a day. They were super nice and cleaned up everything when they were done. We couldnt be happier. GREAT JOB GUYS!!

Short. Great customer service. Had problems with material from two manufacturers in both vinyl and engineered wood. Emery the manager personally handled the communication with suppliers and was able to offer solutions that exceeded expectations. While the problems caused a delay with one floor and the other needed replacement, they ALWAYS were on top of the next steps and stood by their promise of customer service. After evaluating all the local competition, Im VERY happy I chose Carpetland and highly recommend them to anyone.

Start off with saying, fantastic experience as soon as i walked in the door! I did not get bombarded by sales. I got a chance to walk around and look before John came and talked with me. So i did have a small hiccup which i caught as soon as i walked out the door but was too focused on getting my carpet home and installed. I noticed i was over charged, and had planned on calling the following day. This is where the customer service shined through. John Shinkle my salesmen on the day of did not work friday so he could not complete my transaction..called me at a very reasonable time and had told me he caught it; when he got in. I understand honest mistakes, and the salesmen who completed my transaction made an HONEST mistake and John made it right without question. Will be coming back without question! I purchased a very high end Shaw carpet 12x17 from Carpetland last week and the quality of service has to be the worst I have ever ran across. Carpetland screwed up the cut and the mill sent the carpet 2 too short, wanna know how Carpetland wanted to correct the matter. They wanted to piece mill it together by taking four scraps and gluing them together to the main carpet in hope it would work. To show you the lack of knowledge this company has I the customer had to tell them the plush of the carpet wouldnt match. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY COMPANY

The employees at Carpetland USA went above and beyond to ensure an incredibly fast turnaround and high-quality product. The store manager went to great lengths - stopping by our home to take measurements after business hours. I would highly recommend them.

Descent Work, Ripoff prices.They charged me $300 to patch a space of vinyl that was 3x3. I had the material from the original instillation. The vinyl guy showed up and worked for about an hour. That price was obscene.

Walked in the store to just talk to a sales person to just set up a estimate on vinyl flooring. This Rick Jacobs comes to us & we tell him that wed like to set up a appointment. Told him we picked out the Mannington Luxury Sheet Vinyl and the name of the color. He was looking for in the Resilient section & I told him it was Luxury Vinyl, he left us for 10 minutes to go find it & he couldnt. Brings out a calculator & gave us a price estimate on the vinyl. We told him we dont want numbers, we want a time slot. So, he told us a guy would be calling us - which is fine. The next day I decided to read reviews & came across a lot of bad reviews. So I called & spoke to Rick to cancel the appoint & sounded very rude on the phone. He said: ok fine whatever....Do not go to this store for estimates

Wayne was easy to deal with and very personable.

Follow up when there are issues is HORRIBLE from this company- I called in with carpet issues I was having and was told to send in photos to show the repair guys. Heard back from them one time when I asked if they received photos, they said yes and were checking.. one month later and many resent emails, no response at all. Just hope if you get flooring from here, you dont need any additional service/repairs in the future as you will most likely never hear back from them.
