The staff here was awesome helping me fax papers to a place downtown. I live right off 84th & Cleveland so it is close and very convenient. The fax was a little over $5 for 3 pages, but 2 pages was $1.70 so I am not sure how that works. A confirmation page prints out for piece of mind it was recieved. I even found a great chair on sale that I must buy because it is made so well for the right posture while working at my computer desk!

Absolutely rude and no help at all. Not sure why the attitude given by employees but its no wonder they are getting blown up by the competition with these. The Kim who refused to check us out after close should probably not be working the front where she can interact with people

Stopped in for a printer cartridge, they didnt have it in stock, guy ordered me one and it was delivered the next day!! Great customer service and always nice people working there...5 stars.

They dont even deserve one star but hopefully it will get my message across. I was trying to make 100 color copies but wanted landscape. After wasting time and money printing portrait I finally found where it requires manual input for size of paper. Naturally the copier was out of paper or something and I was supposed to get assistance. Nobody was around for assistance so I walked out with a pile of scrap paper that printed portrait! Wont be returning to that store EVER again!Neil

Tim was awesomely helpful! From the moment we entered the store, we were asked if we needed help. Tim came over and helped us from ordering, measuring the box to see if it would fit in our car, to helping us put the box in our car. I would call that excellent service! Buying a flat pack desk has never been easier!

I love OfficeMax because it literally has everything you need! The customer service is phenomenal with employees constantly offering help to customers. If there is one person waiting in line to check out, an employee will open up another register for that customer. Im yet to have a negative experience at OfficeMax!

Very satisfied with them... Mainly I use the self-service copy / fax, but they have made banners for me and supplied my office needs.Friendly helpful folks... Only once in the past 15 years were they not able to meet my needs. But, in all fairness, it was an off-the-wall type of request.

Staff is helpful and friendly however not able to use the coupons they send in mail. Its not the fault of staff perhaps corporate itself or certain vendors like HP printer ink which is already expensive. I drove from downtown to go there to buy ink with coupon, .... But now I can get ink at target cheaper using the target cartwheel app. Again not the fault of staff just I can go anywhere and pay these prices.

Outside its an old grocery store, inside the floor plan is every Office Max with 40 year old flooring from the grocery store. Decent enough staff with prices that are higher than if you buy on line. I would shop here if I needed office supplies in a pinch but not fory everyday needs.

Waited at desk 15 minutes. Got ignored.

5 stars for the ladies in the back by the fax machine. Super nice and very helpful. But their fax is so old i wouldnt go there again to fax anything. They need to upgrade desperately or theyll lose more customers!!

Great customer service. Needed a last minute print on paper that was had to be fed through one page/print a time. Matt was more than willing to help go the extra mile to make this print work.

Great customer service, everytime I go I get asked if I need help as soon as I enter the door. Prices seem to be average. Great selection of Desks, chairs and Computers/ Tablets. They also have a huge selection of every type of office supply or study materials you could ask for. The only criticism is that the store has a very odd set up, the most useful supplies seem to scattered in between many other rarely needed supplies, so be prepared to do a lot of walking in the store to get everything you want.

This OfficeMax is in a former Kohls food store building. It doesnt matter. The employees always give great service. They also keep the store clean and organized.The chain, unfortunately, has lots of competition. Budget conscious shoppers may get sticker shock. Shop for quality and be satisfied. During the 80s, I purchased staplers, hole punches, and office supplies from OfficeMax. The products still work perfectly.Be sure to use the Rewards program and recycle inkjet cartridges for credit.

This place did not have what I needed. I neeeded 8.5 x 11 regular computer paper but they had none. Absolutely none. The place was also dirty. I will not come back here again.

I am not typically an office max, office depot shopper. After my final shopping experience ever at best buy, I saw a deal on a laptop on slick deals and figured I would give them a try. I had to go from Brookfield out to Stallas and staff was amazingly helpful at both locations. I was shocked how helpful and friendly they were. I will definitely return for in the future.

Extremely unclean and almost unsafe store, tripped several times on the flooring that needs repair. When you could find someone to help you, they were very nice. Limited selection, but the staff had product knowledge that you cant find online.

I need a desk chair and desk lamp. I stopped in here thinking they would have something I would want. I checked out the website first. I looked at the lamps first. All the display models were broken. There was glass and broken lamp parts on the floor. None of the lamps in boxes were on display. I went to the chairs. Half of the display models I looked at were broken. Chairs would not adjust, arms on the chairs were broken, seats were messed up. If i didnt know better, I would say this store is closing. As I walked out, I noticed the store was missing displays, shelving, counter space, and just plain looked empty. I got the feeling as I left, this store will be shuttered by October.

Where is the customer service? Asked the cashier about looking up a receipt that I didn’t have with me...”I don’t know if I can do that.” Then wanted to split a transaction between two cards-“ummm I don’t know if I can do that.”If you don’t know how to do your job-at least ask questions and find out!Very disappointed in this location after today.

What a filthy store. Both the exterior and interior are nasty! I took my kids to the bathroom and there were piles of dead flies in the stalls and around the trash.....which was overflowing! In the store the floors are disgusting...I don’t think they’ve seen a broom or mop in years! There’s garbage everywhere and dust an inch thick in places!!!! Even the planter in the very front is overgrown with weeds and full of trash. I can’t believe OfficeMax would allow one of their stores to look like this. Shameful!!!!
