I cannot say enough great things about this company and it’s hard workers!! Their customer service goes above and beyond. On a day where Rainer and Nick had many install projects they worked late into the night to make sure they fit in all of their appointments instead of pushing them back to the next day! Not only this but they were so kind, hard working, and positive about the whole process. Designs and Marble went above and beyond to make their customers happy, we are so happy with our choice to go with Designs and Marble.

Excellent tile selection and helpful staff. Sophia was very helpful in understanding our design taste and helping us to narrow down the pool of options, which can be overwhelming. She was patient with us throughout the selection process and has a good eye for design. We are very happy with the tiles and materials she helped us pick out.

We were impressed with Designs in Marble, Tile & Granite from the moment we walked in the showroom. There are endless options to choose from! What’s more, we received excellent customer service from Sophia. She was very easy to work with and made great recommendations on which materials to select. Throughout the process, she was responsive and patient.

I loved the attention and customer service that I received from day one of walking in. Meggan was great and very thorough. I had a lot of questions about installing granite because Ive never had it. I shopped around with several other places, and was the happiest with this place.

They promised a delivery date, missed it by a full week and never even called to explain it was not coming that day. I double tripled checked said date, put entire project behind and their Make-good was a $350 off a $1900+ order. Bait and switch, not proactive didnt make it right, blamed other suppliers. NEVER AGAIN

Be careful what you order...Horrible return policy (which they dont show or explain to you). They will rake you over the coals for their lack of communication.
