Ron, Jose and their team did an outstanding job replacing all of the original windows in our 1963 ranch house. They worked their butts off for almost 12 hours straight to get everything done in a single day, and we couldnt be happier with the results. We are looking forward to having this crew back to replace our front door as soon as it arrives from the manufacturer - I am confident that they will do just as great a job on that piece of our exterior renovations!ETA: The doors have been replaced 9/24 and I am simply blown away. 4.5 hours and the front of our house is truly transformed! Could not be happier with this work as well.

The crew was in and out in 12 hours. Completely stripped off old roof and vents. Installed new shingles and ridge vents on all peaks including attached garage. This is a 2 story house. Price was Very reasonable!!! A guy at work had 2 houses done with Weather Pro and recommended them.

We contracted WeatherPro to install new skylights in our home (the original ones were 27 years old and in bad shape). There were two installation crews - one to install the new skylights and fix the roof around them; the second to fix the drywall on the interior of the home. Both crews were prompt, respectful and the work was high quality. They cleaned up when they were done. Overall positive experience working with WeatherPro on a roof tear-off and replacement. The quote and scope of work were both light on details but that was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. Like one wall where 4 windows are, is one whole unit. They worked with us on pricing, to see if we change the windows, if it would be cheaper. It took time but they did give us the 2 prices. I have used WeatherPro at commercial properties that I manage (condos) for the past few years and have had good experiences so I decided to have them replace my roof recently. The guys that showed up were fast! They arrived around 7am and the job was done by 1:45pm! I had a complete tear off and install and couldnt believe how fast they worked. I have a 3 year old daughter and a dog so clean up was important to me for safety reasons. I havent found one nail anywhere so Im happy about that. You cant even tell people were working there. Overall, Im extremely pleased with the process. Plus my daughter was excited to watch the guys work.

WeatherPro employees gave us an honest estimate and fair timeline for our decision and the agreed-upon work. The crew was polite, courteous and efficient. We had gotten 10+ quotes for our house siding project and went with Weather Pro Exteriors based on quality, price and explanation of bid. Overall our experience was pleasant and we feel like they did a great job and we are pleased. They seemed to be understaffed which caused delays to start the project and during the project. The workers that were there were good at what they did and I am happy with the quality of workmanship we received. Jason was our sales guy and did a good job. Dave was our project manager and was helpful when things were wrong or problems arose. The communication between the sales guy, project manager and actual workers could be improved but I would recommend them to anyone looking to do a siding project for sure!

Weatherpro was incredibly easy to work with. I asked for a sales visit with minimal contact. They sent Heath who did exactly as I wanted. He gave me a quick, fair estimate without being pushy. The clean up left my property cleaner than it was when the installers first showed up (fall leaves removed from much of yard). The office staff over the phone was equally positive to work with. WeatherPro Exteriors replaced my roof and I was extremely happy with the results.They are not the least expensive but they may be the best. Im an architect with years of experience specifying asphalt shingles and accessories and WeatherPro does it by the book.The quality of the materials and installation was exceptional and I really couldnt find one part of the installation I didnt like. The cleanup was wonderful too. I highly recommend them.

Whoever drives the weather pro pickup truck needs to have their license revoked. At 3:45 heading south on 894 on 5/27. Cutting people off, running the on ramp light in front of cars. Not a good look for the company. I’ll make sure not to do business with Weather Pro for this reason alone.

I drove down an alley way past a garage that Weather Pro was installing a new roof. When I parked I noticed 10 new roofing nails in my tire. I went back to the site and asked the roofers for the company info. I called and spoke with a very nice lady who worked with me over the last couple days to get a new tire compensated by the company. It is really nice to see this level of respect, integrity, and cooperation in a company. I will be using their services when I need exterior work done on my property. Great experience. I had a leak caused from a crack in the caulk between my siding and roof. They came out and relaxed the roof as well as recalled the siding. They could’ve charged me and didn’t. The only reason they have 4 stars is due to the outstanding items they were supposed to complete. It took too long to finish the last few items.

I recently contacted Weather Pro Exteriors based on a suggestion from a fellow church member.Not only was their sales presentation very professional and informative, I ended up with a quote that was better than a few other companies I had contacted. I was very pleased with the product selection, color, and warranty, and also the warranty of installation.The turn-around time from signing contract to installation was only 2 weeks, and I supposed that was mostly even that long as I was out of town. It seemed they could have done even soon had I let them while I was gone. The project of tear off and installation took only a day, and everything looked beautiful.And actually now the most important part to me; they did amazing cleanup work. You couldnt even tell anyone was in my yard. They used this really cool collection bin that could be raised up to roof level, so they threw all the garbage in that instead of piling up on my lawn. WeatherPro is under new ownership, so my review reflects my experience with Roland and his crew. I was eager to get my flat, rubber roof replaced when Spring finally arrived and Roland’s guys showed up the first week it warmed up. My neighbor made it a point to tell me how many guys were hard at work all day getting the job done. Unlike other roofers I’ve used, they left hardly a trace. Everything was neat and the shiny, new rubber in place. Roland followed up to say his flashing guy would be out the following week. He came and worked all day taking special care to address vulnerable spots at the base of a railing. The rain storm we got that night left us bone dry! When I looked at the finished project last weekend, it was clear the quality of work was consistent with Roland’s confidence in his crew and over 15 years experience. His office team promptly followed up about payment, and Roland even called me one last time to assure me my roof wouldn’t leak “for a very long time.” I’m confident he’ll take care of me if it does, and when it needs to be replaced again years down the road, he’ll be the man to do it. We hired WeatherPro for a big job. We needed a new roof, new gutters and new siding and fascia, along with removing a 2nd story patio and sliding glass door off the master bedroom. We had them replace the door with a window. Jason stopped by and took all the information and measurements, went out to his truck and within an hour or so knocked on the door with a quote in hand. WeatherPros quote was right in the ball park of two other quotes we received. The thing that sold us on WeatherPro was Jason. He was never pushy, made great suggestions, and seemed genuine. The folks at the office (Im sorry I forgot their names) were all very courteous and professional. Believe it or not, they had all this work wrapped up in less than two weeks after the start date. The guys on the job were polite and answered any questions I had. Roland, the owner, personally supervised the job for much of the time, even pitching in occasionally. That work was done in the summer. Its now December and weve had no complaints about workmanship at all. I always like to wait a while before I write a reviews for projects like this, but in this case we are very happy with the work Roland, Jason, and the great crew of WeatherPro have done. They even put up with our insane Yellow Labrador during the entire renovation!

I dont do reviews very often, but because of the back story, I thought Id share. I had Weather Pro out to do a roof and siding job in 2016, and it was a disaster. I had honestly given up, and was going to proceed with legal action. Upon hearing they had new ownership, I thought Id give them the opportunity to restore my trust. Roland and Ryan came out, apologized profusely for what had taken place, and agreed to completely redo my roof.Talk is cheap, so I wasnt sold. However, in 48 hour time frame, 2 days!! They had a roofing crew here, tore off my old roof, and replaced it all with a 50 year shingle! Fixed my chimney, that has leaked since the install, and all at no cost to me. Guillermo and his crew did a phenomenal job, and Weather Pro has earned my business again along with referrals. They took a horrible situation, and turned it into a positive customer for life. Wish I would have gone with another company.Everything started out well in the sales presentation. However thats pretty much where anything positive ended. Little to no communication about installation, not to mention took forever for installation to even take place. Constantly reached out to salesman because no one else was getting me answers, and I could even tell from him that he wasnt in the loop on things either.Installation was a mess. No one came to my door to say hi or that they were getting started. They were supposed to cover items in my attic with a tarp, that never happened either. Apparently no management on site at my house. Cleanliness, which was talked about extensively in sale, was not apparent on install day at all. Debris everywhere, old nails all over lawn, landscaping damaged, and even my back door had broken glass. They left dumpster on street for over a week, eventually my neighborhood started piling their own garbage in it. Also, my new 16k roof looked like trash, didnt even seem to be a good installation at all. Im in the process now of paying another company to fix what these guys neglected.I should have gone with a company that has a better reputation. Shame on me for not doing my research and now realizing these guys are even revoked from the BBB. From my understanding, you want to steer far from a revoked BBB company. Yikes.

Roland was an awesome guy to work with. The previous owner put the roof on himself and didnt do the chimney flashing right. Water came down the chimney when it rained. Roland came on a Saturday night and didnt leave till the job got done. His workmanship was awesome. I highly recommend him and will use him again!

Where do I start? This company is top notch and professional from beginning to end. It all starts with Jason (sales coordinator) whom was very knowledgeable. He took the time to educate me on the quality of materials, their company structure, and how their installers are skilled professionals along with the office staff, (Taylor and April). He presented all accreditations and certificate of insurance with material brochures and samples. The foreman (AJ) and crew that showed up was second to none. They were professional, polite, fast, and highly skilled. They secured and picked up the site daily right to the end. I love my house and am very picky. Being retired I was at the house most of the time and presented minor questions and concerns that were alway addressed politely and remedied beyond my expectations. The finishing touch is having the owner Roland come out to do a walk around. I had no punch list or concerns so we chatted briefly. If you want to work with a good honest contractor, Roland and Weather-Pro is the one to go with.

I have a little bit older house and this spring I had to replace the roof. WeatherPro showed up as I was leaving for work and by the time I got home that afternoon the old roof was off, the new one was on and everything had been cleaned up. Highly recommended.

I was very impressed with how professional the entire workforce was. Everyone from sales to installation.. They did our roof in one day and gutterrs the next. Cleanup was great. The work was quality - even my neighbor who watched the entire process all day mentioned how there was no skimping or cutting corners - that was my biggest worry as i was getting quotes from other contractors and seeing another neighbor have a contractor come back out the next year to fix some shoddy work done the year before only. Price was competative not the highest, not the lowest, but peace of mind is worth a lot.

New ownership took responsibility for previous ownership window related problems. Assisted in having problems corrected, and made sure that we did not have to pay out of pocket for these corrective actions.

UPDATE - June 2018!!Faith in Weather Pro Exteriors, Inc. restored.I was in the process of getting help directly from the local OKNA rep when I got a call from Ryan Houge last month. Ryan explained he was new to Weather Pro Exteriors, Inc. and was doing his best to help customers, like me, that had a bad experience. He met me at my home with the OKNA rep my issues were fixed. It sounds like the company had some unfortunate personnel issues and was now back on track. I feel good recommending this company based on my experience with Ryan.Original review below.You have been warned. I purchased over $20,000 worth of OKNA brand windows from Weather Pro Exteriors in the fall of 2014. Late last summer (2017) I had a leak causing damage in side the house and another window with a cracked seal. After they caulked the outside (and l left tube in yard) they said they would come back to address the inside. 4 months no response to call or emails. After a visit to the store a lady (Tina) assured me they would call. No call. OKNA rep came to house and is fixing. Bottom line, OKNA windows pretty good (would buy again), I wont do any business with Weather Pro Exteriors again. David, Cedarburg WI.

DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING!I was told to check out WeatherPro by someone who works for painting franchise. At the time WeatherPro was described as a sister company to the painting franchise.Rick the owner came out to give us the estimate. He seemed very trustworthy. We signed the paperwork and were told wed be hearing from Elizabeth to coordinate. She called and said she would be happy to coordinating everything including DJK (abatement co.) we chose and we set a date in the spring of 2017The date grew closer and I didn’t hear anything. I called to find out the shingles were not in yet. A couple weeks later I called again and said they werent in but expect by the end of the week.Install day. I had been in contact with Elizabeth all week since there had been rain in the forecast and DJK told her that they do not tarp. I woke up early and tried calling her cell to make sure we were a go. Nothing. All the materials got dropped off, so I assumed we were on. DJK started right as she pulled up to drop off some supplies. That would have been a great time to stop everything, but all she said was, well have to watch the weather.So DJK continued. The weather didnt improve, so I called her to find out what the plan was. She said she had already been pulling crews off for the day. I asked why she hadnt done the same for us? She said, she couldnt, that it was our call.This is where the blame game and scapegoating started.We tried to get a hold of Rick, no answer. We were pawned off to Matt, the actual owner (along with the painting franchise). He was quick to tell us that Rick was not the majority owner of WP. We just wanted our house secure from the weather and they refused to help us at all. Luckily DJK went above and beyond, buying tarps and then putting them up in 40 degree rain. We asked that someone from WeatherPro come check it out and make sure we would be secure until we could reschedule. Again, they made us feel like it was our fault.Elizabeth estimated that this job would take a day, based on the fact once the DJK was done with the front, the roofing crew could get started. Nope. DJK had to be totally done before the roofing could start. I mention this because it just shows that she should have never been in this role.I also noticed that there was no Drip-Edge or vent for our bathroom in the pile of materials to be installed. I cant imagine what they pull over on homeowners that dont know what to look for or what questions to ask.The house sat tarped for 2 weeks. Finally, after more calls, we got a date. The excuse was that they were having problems finding a crew that was comfortable putting this type of shingle on, which I get, except that the crew (all subcontracted btw) that arrived to do the install had never done that type either.Work began and everything was fine. Then they realized didnt have enough shingles to finish. After they left I noticed that our vinyl fence had been cracked during the work. We reached an agreement about the fence after I showed enough proof that it “wasnt like that before.Two more weeks later the garage/remaining house shingles arrived. A totally different crew came to install, but again they were short on materials. How does that happen twice?! And they had the audacity to ask that I pay the balance before the garage was done! Almost 3 months of me having to be on top of a business to get what I paid for, it was done.I called back this fall for something and I spoke with Luke. He did take the time to listen to this story and apologized on behalf of the company. He said we happened to catch them at a very bad time. I felt a little better, hoping that I could count on HIM if I had any issues covered by their warranty in the future.Just this week Ive been trying for to get a hold of someone, anyone.
