Was looking to get a recent purchase tested for purity. They were extremely quick, no nonsense, and were so friendly and knowledgeable I even spent a few extra bucks on silver dollars. Infact the price was so reasonable i bought them all! Good luck finding more ;)

I bought some gold coins. I thought I got a fair deal and was treated respectfully.

I came in off the street (without a relationship with this dealer) to sell some silver. I was very pleased with the absolute fairness with which the transaction was handled. The price given was 100% what it should have been. I definitely recommend this business with NO equivocation whatsoever. This place is an outstanding example of what coin dealers across the nation should aspire to.And they were nice people to boot!:)

I went in to get an opinion on a possible valuable coin and the coin guy didnt even put any effort into making it look like he knew what he was talkin about and in fact admitted to not being sure which lines to look at on this coin yet was sure after having an obstructed view of the coin that it was only worth the silver. I dont trust his opinion since the details that need to be seen cant be seen by the naked eyes and he didnt even take the time to fully look at it under the magnifying glass which (in a logical deduction) is a tool of that trade meant for situations as such. 😉

I really enjoyed my experience today at Derzon Coins the lady I had was really really nice and friendly and she made me and my daughter feel really welcomed. She gave my daughter stickers and engaged in conversation with us and she had wonderful customer service.I will be back thanks because its very hard to find good customer service these days.😁

Was in and out in 5 minutes and got almost 3 times what a local jewelry store offered me not that long ago, and you have to be a complete loser to think anyone in their is judging you . First time in their and almost didnt go because of the reviews glad i didnt listen to them this time .

Was looking to bring in a gold chain to sell. As I’m walking up to the door the lady inside looks at me and goes and turns the lights off. It’s 4:26 and they close at “4:30” but their site says 5. I won’t be coming back with my business this place is a joke and I haven’t even made it in the door

They tried ripping me off on a boat load of silver and gold coins and bars I brought in. I received 35% more from a dealer in northern Illinois. Im pretty sure that the 5 star reviews are totally fake.

Best spot to buy coins I did a personal survey taking 20 dollars each coin store in the area and buying bags full of wheat penny’s and David’s by far was the best and professional of all the near by area now I’m driving 30 min just for my penny’s

New management team is family oriented and friendly. I recommend you stop in and give them a try! Pam the manager is always on the look-out for coins, tokens, and currency that I am personally looking for. I will continue to stop in regularly.

I use to go here and bring my kid when coins were a thing. Now they give you bullion prices for coins. It turned into a cash for gold store. David Derzon would be ashamed.

Mr. Derzan was in a rush when I walked in. Had had many valuable coins with me and he went through them like he was tossing chips at a poker game. When I said hey, wait a minute, youre not even checking the book values on these. Then he opened a book and looked that one up. I stopped there, took my meager gains and swore Id never go back. It was years ago but it still sticks in my craw.

The price over spot on generics and rounds is quite expensive. At that price I would rather just buy from big companies or look around.

I stopped in there today to get a quote and possibly sell eight US gold coins. I had gone there two months prior to sell bullion and to see if they would treat me fair. The numismatist was not there when I arrived and was helped at the counter by an associate. All coins were pre 1933. All he did was check gold content and give me an offer that was less than even bullion. I knew book value and grey sheet value on all the coins and even had a ngc certified $10 coronet eagle. He showed that coin to the manager and she shook her head no. There seams to be no interest in being a COIN DEALER and only a bullion dealer. I didnt expect book value or even grey sheet value, but I did expect a fair offer. After I rejected the offer and voiced my displeasure, then the manager said wait,wait as I was leaving. If you are a collector dont let them take advantage of you and stay away.

This is a great place! The staff is very knowledgeable, prices are fair, and they knew me by name the third time I walked in. Im not from Milwaukee originally and have looked at several other places and nowhere even comes close to the selection or the service.

Went shopping arround to sell some broken gold jewelry....Stopped at 4 places in the milwaukee area...I chose to go back to Derzon because of the quality of customer service I received. They were middle of the road for the price quote...possible middle to upper...but what really made me come back was the respect I was given when I first entered the store to get the quote. They made me a long time customer!

I went there because I love to shop at pawn stores, and Molines (the only other pawn shop near me had closed) I wanted to know how much they could give me for something I had, and look at thier prices on some jewelry.The lady who helped me was so rude, and it was clear she disliked her job. Everytime I asked her to look at a piece, I could hear her literally sighing, and I could tell she was highly annoyed.I asked her about a diamond I had that another jeweler told me was of wonderful cut and brightness. I saw another diamond of the exact same weight that THEY were selling for $400 more than they would give me for mine! I asked her about this and she told me that my diamond flawed, and practically worthless. Which is fine with me, but I had really hoped this would be my new pawn shop, but I will have to look some more because I will never step foot in there again! ...do NOT waste your time going here unless you like to be ripped off and treated like crap on top of it!

Extremely rude. The employees like to belittle you and act as if they are better than you and dont care that you brought your business there. Find a different gold and silver dealer!!!!
