Went in looking for a Stove on a Tuesday Night. She quoted me $974 we werent prepared to take it that night as we came after work. Never was told it was a tonight only or only if you take it today etc. Communicated with them later in the week saying wed like the stove and would come get it Monday.They Said great and to call before coming making sure it was still available. Called Monday said Im on my way and they said great it was still there. As Im driving they texted and said Oh by the way the price is now $1,200 for that stove.Seemed very intentional. They had many opportunities to tell me the price had change but waited until the last possible minute and at the point I was most committed to it.While in the warehouse nothing it marked either. You have to ask them the price, they get their phone out and throw out a number. Seems like they are just trying to gauge how much any given person is willing to pay and try to squeeze as much as they can out of you.At the end of the day the stove was only a couple hundred less then new and came opened boxed / damaged with no warranty.

Got a great deal on a stove. The ladies at the desk were very friendly and nice. The guy loading the stove was great. They did have a good selection of all appliances.

Cloud Liquidators has been a great customer buying experience for my wife and I on multiple occasions now. The staff is very friendly and dont mind going the extra mile, even keeping me updated via text as to the technician findings regarding a frost build up in a newly purchased fridge/freezer. A few years back when buying a washer dryer set, Cloud Liquidators was willing to handle the disposal of the units we were replacing. We have several friends that we recommended here that have all had great experiences as well, and you obviously cant beat the price.

Was unable to go into store so the Sale woman helped me with my purchase over the phone and delivery went smoothly. Will definitely purchase from them again.

Marbeli was very informative and delivered great customer service. We were able to get the washer and dryer set as well as a chest freezer for a great price. Downside is while they deliver ($50) its only curbside. But we will return for any other appliance purchases

I went in on 06/13/2019 to buy a gas stove Amanda told me they only had one left. She showed it to me and I look at it but could not see the sides of the range because it was between to electric ranges. I paid for it and I paid Amanda for the stove she never said not once that the stove had two huge dents. On 06/14/2019 I had my daughter go pick it up and they had her sign a paper that it was on the paper that they gave her to sign and she thought was a receipt for the purchase. One my daughter did not buy the stove from them to have her sign that form that had dents on it. 2nd of all I called them once I unpacked the stove and seen the dents I called them and spoke to Amanda and she stated that she was going to speak with her tech and that he can come out and fix it because he works wonders that she would text me or her tech would call me. I just got a text stating that they is nothing they can do because the person that picked it up signed off on it and if I want I can take it back to them to get a refund I had to rent a uhaul to pick this range up and I live on the North side and they are in West Allis that means Ixwould have to spend more money to take it back to them they are a bunch of liars and crooks all they want to do is sell they do not care about the customer at all. I will be reporting them to the BBB also just bad and misleading information Amanda knew it was dented why she did not say nothing because she wanted to make a sale.

My stove had more then dents@ scratches the frame was bent. My fridge wasnt worth the money neither, the door have problems open@ closing.
