Great company. Is everything perfect? absolutely not, but bo place is. It is a great company with so many creative things that we build. Top of the line work and creative ideas.

As a former employee of over 8yrs of experience in paint/finish work. I can tell you Glenn Rieder has a very unprofessional working conditions. They hire people that dont know or understand anything about finishing. The management listens to the wrong people on advice for preforming jobs the correct way. Glenn Rieder also sweeps problems away by terminating those that bring such problems to HR and plant managers. Heavy drug and alcohol use amongst staff. The manager of the finish department has made multiple attempts to hide his failures by passing them off on to his employees. Multiple jobs have had to be reworked because of such issues. Glenn Rieder is a revolving door for employment because of this.
