Knew what issues were without extensive diagnostic charges. Brought car to Robert Chevrolet lots of diagnostics and charges but no solution. Went to Doug and he knew what the problem was in literally 5 minutes. Only charged for minimal repair. Going back for other issues today. After all it is a classic car with some years on it

The owner Doug is a liar and I’ll never step foot in his establishment again he sold me a corvette cover which ripped on the first snow storm and said you have a year warranty on it and he doesn’t want to honor it he said he would return my phone call and never did stay away from this establishment and I. Plan to take him to small claims court

I dont think theres a place where Ive ever gotten as much help, advice, and explanations as I have each time I come here!EDIT: Changing my 5-star to a 2-star. Had some work done, and although I thought it was well done initially, now Im learning that it definitely was NOT! Spark plugs not gapped correct. Balancer not put on straight. Too many other things to mention...disappointed!
