Went to buy a costume the sales associate brings out the package it looks like it was already opened when I checked it was missing it was supposed to be a six-piece set it only had one. Glad I checked before I paid for it.

Staff was very helpful even though the store was mobbed for Halloween. They didn’t have exactly what I wanted but one of the team members made a suggestion that was perfect for what I needed! Great experience, great staff.

Store Associate, Tariq Sidney (yep, we were so impressed by him that we later called the store to get his full name!), demonstrated exceptional customer service from the moment we walked into the store. He was incredibly friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond in helping us to select the perfect balloons then adorning them with red, white and blue ribbons. He made our shopping experience a true pleasure.A friendly smile and kind, professional demeanor makes all the difference in the world. I hope that Tariq’s excellent customer service is acknowledged and rewarded by the company.

Great store. A little overpriced but definitely has everything you need for your parties, get togethers and outings. I have been here more than one occasion. Depending on who is helping you depending on the attitude of that person. Young kids dont seem helpful they are just there for the check. You can tell the older staff actually cares about your party needs.

Party City in the Great South Bay in Wesr Babylon is excellent. I found what I was looking for and the salespeople were knowledgeable and pleasant.

Ordered on line and when I went to pick up my order they never received it. My credit card was charged 3 times. I had to call the credit card company and straighten everything out. Then shop for what I originally ordered. Lousy website, they need to fix it. The store employees were useless, nobody cares.

This party city is like most party cities. I find this to be a bit over priced depending on what you are getting. A lot of time I just order stuff from oriental trader or from star trek party supplies.
