First bad review i ever left, ever ! . If i could give a 1/2 a star i would . Absolute worst costumer service ever . Be prepared if you go in there to look at countertops, You will be interrogated. I felt like i was playing 20 questions . It was our first day out looking . never again . The sale person was rude and obnoxious . Obviously business must be good, doesnt need a sale . Fyi i told him we are just looking ill call you if needed anything, didnt want to bother him as we looked . He couldnt handle that .So we left and went to another/better place . Long story short purchased from K&K and people are coming out to measure . Your loss my gain !

YHC has supplied fixtures and flooring for my bathroom renovation, and has now supplied cabinets for my kitchen. The products they sell are very good, and the cabinet manufacturer (Mid Continent) stands behind their product. I will say that some employees are nice initially, but they can become a bit rude when confronted with a problem. However, I would recommend them, but be aware that all of their products have a significant markup compared to what you might find on your own. Still, one stop shopping has its merits.

Went in to request an estimate. Five days later, they called to make an appointment. Day of the appointment, Dennis never shows. I called to see where he was, left on hold so I hung up. Girl calls back, Oh, sorry, Dennis thought it was a different day! Would you like to re-schedule?HELL NO!! If this is any indicator of their quality, dont walk away, run
